Nice place to live, in a nice area. Staff is great ! Close to major roadways . Near king of Prussia ! Nice biking trails . Walls are a little thin. Can hear the neighbors. But overall a nice place to live

Good community.Calm and beautiful.Trailer walk is something which I'm looking forward to in summer. Neighbours are friendly. Best part of the Westover community is leasing office. Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable from day one. Always ready to help. Excellent job in keeping the community clean and beautiful.

The complex is quiet. it is well maintained and staff are nice and caring. I would not change my apartment if I did not have to move overseas. It is so close to trails and river and have a good view to a tennis court. Totally I enjoyed residing here for 3 years!

I have enjoyed the time here for the past few months and hope to stay here for longer. It is very peaceful here. I have not yet been to the pool becuase it is winter. The people here are very nice. Also it's very close to a nice trail.

Been smooth so far. Everyone has been very helpful and I haven't had any issues. Anytime I have a question or inquiry, someone gets back to me in a prompt manner. The neighbors are respectful as well.

My experience has been very positive. The front office personnel are great and help you any way they can. The couple service tickets I had were completed in a timely manner and the techs were great. The service manager even stopped by after hours because the one issue was with the frig and he didn't want the food to spoil and wait until the following day to try to get it working. Which he did

A very nice place to live with excellent management staff and good views in some of the apartments. The layout of the unit that I was in was a little bit strange and the kitchen was a bit small but otherwise it was great.

Maintenance service is excellent and the community is safe. I moved into a pet free apartment building five years ago but this past year someone with dogs was permitted to move in next door. Between the pets, new charges for water and sewer, and continuous rent increases, I'm not as pleased as before.

Pet friendly! Gym included and a wonderful pool! Great area! Right next to a golf course!! Apartments are super nice and cozy! Great for small families! Doggie park!! Lots of beautiful deer and trees .

Westover club is dope. Reasonably priced and an overall nice place to live. But the people at the office make the difference for me, Always helpful and the maintenance people are always a pleasure. They literally changed the whole company's washer off times because I asked them, I work long days and can only wash late nights they fixed that immediately. Whoever the lady is at the front desk is also a sweetheart who does everything she can to fix whatever problem you have. Highly recommended living here.

The apartment is nice. I haven't interacted much with the other tenants, but I haven't had any complaints with them either. Parking is easy and the grounds are well kept. The front office is very helpful and friendly.

It was a great experience residing here at Westover Club. The Maintenance crew was prompt and efficient at every request. The office staff were very helpful, always willing and able to assist as needed.

Overall experience over the past 20 years has been good, maintenance has been very good. The calibre of the leasing office staff have varied over the years, but the current staff has proven organized and responsive in recent years. Have noticed a significant increase in turnover of neighbors in the past few years as well as there being more people in each apt (and more vehicles per apt) than there used to be likely due to the higher rent increases that have been going on for several years. Also, I do not understand the renewal rent term option pricing structure used in the past several years - it's like playing Russian roulette as to what term will be the least expensive each renewal and I find it very annoying.

Nice quiet community, apartments are clean and well maintained, service calls for help with any issue is prompt and thorough, leasing office folks are sweet and super helpful. Nice place to live, compared to all other apartments in the area (and I've lived in all of them).

I loved the apartments and the staff are good. Maintenance is very fast. I haven't hard any security issues in the community. I wouldn't have move from the Westover club apartments if I hadn't chose the job in Ohio. Overall I had good experience with the community.

Maintenance is horrible. Parking is horrible. Apartment is ok. To much money for little space. No family gatherings or parties people complain about noise. Rent goes up every year. Only security is nosy neighbors.

Love fact that it's tucked away, walking distance to a river and trail, a small dog park is 2 to 3 years new. Very pleasant maintenance personnel and super great person at the front office. Flexibility is given to adorn your patio area as you would if this was your own home, and add to the beautification of their grounds. Nice to see a couple of wide life animals are seeing running about looking for food, ??, ?? ?????????? and let not forget to include the deers

Absolutely love it here! The staff from Eileen in the office to the maintenance guys are always timely, respectful, and treat us like family. No pc mumbo jumbo crap, just good honest folks maintainin the best apt complexes in Norristown!

Apartment is dated but ok so far. Things need to be updated and or replaced to have a better feeling about this place as well as better general maintenance. Office communication could be better to be more accessible and helpful to residents.

After the sale of my home in Collegeville, I desired an apartment in an area with which I had familiarity. Westover provides a sense of safety with a touch of natural surroundings with the bonus of great access to shoping, restarants and all major transport links. The staff are congenial and efficient.

Overall value is good, complex is quiet and safe. Maintenance department is quick to respond and does a great job. Grounds are fine. Main office is slow to respond at times. Utility bills seem high considering the space.

Really good experience, wish that there were another recycling bin and that the dog park would get maintained a bit better. Love my apartment and everything else. When in emergency the service individuals have come in a timely manner. Some work can be done with the maintenance of the apartment, I asked to see if someone could come clean my carpet when my contract renewed and got told that that was not possible.

The apartment complex has VERY thin walls, so if you value privacy or even a peace of mind not being able to hear what's going on inside of your neighbor's apartment, I would look elsewhere. Aside from the thin walls, the apartment itself is placed in a quiet area.

Westover Club apartments are a wonderful place to live. They really care about community and hold events frequently. There are pet areas, waste bags, and they allow larger dogs which is hard to find! The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. I'd recommend these apartments in a heartbeat!
