Be aware that apartments stating no dogs still have them. I was told they are emotional support. However, the dog in the apartment under me barks all day long. Proving that it is not trained to be emotional support. Further, if you need something replaced, good luck with that. Maintenance works at a snail's pace.

    Takes too long for repairs to washer that was not working for over 10 months. When there are only 4 and 15-20 apartments are sharing it - it can take a while to do laundry. Trash trucks arrive in the morning at 530-6am making too much noise. Oversized vehicle allowed in lot - noisy and takes 2 parking spots. Too many cars come in lot with music too loud. Not a quiet environment and rent is high.

      I have had a wonderful, stress free time living at Westover for nearly 5, and am only leaving because I decided to make the jump to homeownership. Wonderful amount of space, well updated and kept. Friendly and helpful staff.

        It's quiet, the front desk is helpful and friendly, no real maintenance issues so far, decently clean complex, very close to the Schuylkill river trail (great for biking, walking, running, etc). Small bug problem when I moved in with pantry moths but management worked with me to handle that and it's been fine for months.

          We love the location, which is great. The community is small and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance and it's crew of people are awesome. Management response promptly. Only downside, not having washer on dryers in the smaller units.

            My time here has been decent. My only frustration is the yearly increase in rent. It is very large increase and it is making it much harder to afford on a single income salary. But it's a quiet area and the maintenance team works hard at getting a done for you when needed. You are close to Norristown so if you want safety/secure buildings they do not offer that.

              Maintenance is great Property is outstanding property looks great. Apartments are well maintained and quiet. Great access to schools and the trail and river. Office staff and maintenance staff are excellent

                  Our basic needs are met and maintenance responds quickly and are friendly. I do wish that the pool had a set schedule. They email me almost daily it feels like about it closing for every possible reason. We got an email that someone had been breaking into cars in the parking lot, but nothing was being done about it like adding more lights or cameras or security or anything really. We've had some unsavory neighbors with the police being in the hallway multiple times. A washer in the laundry room has been broken for over a year. It's nice living across from a golf course and near the river though. The office has always been nice whenever I call there. I wish there was some more beautification to the grounds like flowers. Everything feels pretty basic even though rent is so high. We are considering moving this year.

                    Honestly we didnt have such a great experience when we moved in because we moved in during Covid. We did not see the unit until the day before we moved in, the unit was not in great shape. We had many complaints and they wound up making good on some of the issues.

                        Older complex in a quiet, safe community. Love being near the Schuylkill trail, the small gym and pool. Downside there is no playground and the significant increase in price gets to live here every year. In addition to increased rent they added a number of utility fees and administrative fees to manage them in the last three years. I feel there is nothing they won't nickle and dime you for now and it's become just as expensive as living in a new luxury apartment complex. We won't be here much longer.

                          This is an older complex. While the apartments are nice, they really need a major overhaul. Carpets should be only in the bedrooms and they should put more money into higher end appliances, flooring and fixtures. The location is the best thing about Westover. The golf course on 2 sides and the Schuylkill River is on the other. It is fantastically quiet at night and the people are friendly. The pool area is nice but the pool needs a major overhaul. They need to completely redo it. They should also build a building with a bathroom in the pool area. The gym is clean but average. The grounds should be magnificent but the landscapers are terrible. There are weeds growing everywhere...stairs, in every landscaped bed, in the rocks. It is really sad that is not a priority. The maintenance staff is the best! The office ladies are nice but they are just middle people between Scully and the residents. They try. They have nice events for the residents. It is nice if you have pets, Flooring instead of carpets are my biggest issue.

                            Quiet, clean but rent went up 10% and no one is happy about it. No washer and dryer in your apartment. For what I'm paying now there are nicer apartments with more upgrades than this. I'll be out by next year

                              The buildings are clean. I enjoy my tio. Personell usually try to be helpful. The problem with tthe pool needs to corrected. A new way to bill monthly rent clearly should be formed, so residents could avoid mistakes.

                                Generally nice community, but recent rent increases make it less appealing. Tenants are now billed for water & sewer (in addition to gas). Utility billing is handled through a third party that NEVER sends the bills in a timely manner. Staff is nice. Routine maintenance is very responsive, but management is very stingy about major things like A/C replacement. More involved maintenance requests involving third party contractors take forever and communication/coordination could be better (again, management-related issues). Grounds well maintained, but property is showing it's age in places. Nice apartment layouts, but closet space is a bit limited. In the wintertime, tenants are advised to leave a faucet dripping to avoid frozen pipes. Centipedes are an occasional problem. Nice location. Good overall, but there may be better values elsewhere.

                                  Disappointed the pool isn't open. We pay for an amenities we can't use. It's already July and we haven't been to the pool once. Wish some money could be taken off since we can't use the pool. Seems unfair.

                                    Overall good experience. However I was disappointed with the carpet when first moved in. Clearly very old and needs replacement. Has only gotten worse. Constantly finding carpet bits. Same with the tub.

                                      I like the people in the community however the apartment is not worth what I am paying in rent. I have ants galore and random insects in my apartment. The unit I saw before signing my lease was not the unit I was given.

                                        Fair at best, apartments are old and the rent hikes are unfair upwards of 11%. The main ammenity - the pool has been closed half of summer of 2021 and thus far for the season of 2022. If you ask to transfer to another apartment - it could be an additional $300.

                                          Mostly pleasent. Quiet neighborhood. Staff is curtious. There are some amenities that I would like to see here at Westover, and they would include the following: 1) Playground 2) A Pool that is consistently open during the Summer months.

                                            When we first moved into Westover Club we were over the moon in love with the property. The grounds and pool were immaculate, the management were caring, supportive, and very attentive. However, in the last few years Westover Club has lost all of that. The landscaping and upkeep of the grounds are terrible. The pool is never open. When the apartments need fixing everything is half fast or cheaply done. The rent is going up extremely high but the services/amenities are going down. It's really sad and upsetting. We live here because we can't afford to move but soon we will be forced to because the cost does not match up with the property or at services.

                                              Responses to inquires are extremely slow and most times weeks go without communication having to call back and repeat issues. I have found the office staff rude and condescending. Phone calls are an all day procedure to get threw to ??

                                                All good. Pool is the worst part of my experience here. How do you pay a pool management company that does not supply lifeguards. Seems like a waste of money. You can look to hire lifeguards directly and not waste our money on a mgtmnt company
