Staff is very friendly. And maintenance request are always taken care of in a timely manner. Very quiet surroundings and the maintenance staff keeps the grounds picked up on a daily basis. Great place to call home.

It's a Great location, it's close to schools stores easy access to the highway, they have friendly staff members, it's very affordable, has different floor plans, it very sizable and quiet maintenance is quick.

Viewing apartments at Envue was quite enjoyable as the rental associate was very friendly, informative, and honest and the apartments and grounds were very clean and affordable. It seemed like a good fit for our family and I'm very happy we decided to check out EnVue.

I have had good experience when I moved into the apartment. Everything is quite nice quiet. The staff is very friendly and everything went smoothly when I moved. I have no complaints about anything. A very nicely happy where I'm at. Glad to be here. The parking is good.

Overall experience was great . It just my apartment is infested with bugs and roaches and I haven't even been here a full week yet. Very disappointed in that because I am a very clean person and to wake up because bugs and roaches were crawling on me just is not right. But I was expected to pay the full amount to be able to get keys but no one took the time to make sure that this unit was sprayed through correctly. Very disappointed

The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors have always been polite and respectful. Parking is easily accessible. Maintenance is on top of things. The staff has always been helpful. Close to alot of amenities.

Living here is great! Some of the fixtures are a little outdated, but as far as I can tell, they're constantly being updated. Office staff is always quick to help and always so kind and pleasant to speak to.

If quiet, pet friendly, and clean is what you're looking for, this is the perfect spot for you! Pool, exercise room, grill area, and dog area is always immaculate. Family-oriented! I have enjoyed staying the last 2 years and look forward to a few more.

Overall the experience was great! When looking at other apartments vs here, the office staff were well educated and took the time to make sure I seen 2 different units and the amenities. What ultimately made my decision when choosing envue was the tour and the floor plan of the two bed one bath. The only thing I don't like about my apartment is the huge mirror wall that is in my dining area that was not in the model unit. Other than that, my location is great and I've had zero issues.

It's a nice place to live just need to get better with the fixing things in the apartment correctly. Also with the management of the property cause it's been so many people in the office and I feel like the property hasn't been managed right for the past year are so.

Very calm and quiet, never have any issues with neighbors around my building, the staff is also very helpful, and if there is ever an issue usually maintenance is very good about resolving it, me and my girlfriend have enjoyed our time here

I love Heidi and Rebecca. They are very helpful and professional. The maintenance men are very kind and professional. The apartments are clean and cozy. I enjoy the quiet and positive energy. It is also a great location because it seems to be right smack dab in the middle of College Station and Bryan! Gotta love it...

Walking into the office I was welcomed with a warm smile, Hyde was super helpful to make sure all my questions were answered, and if I were to have any concerns or questions I was able to email the office and they would respond right away. Having fast communication is always a plus. I absolutely loved the way the apartments are ready made. Super cute a the neighborhood seems quite. I absolutely love this place

Apartment extremely dirty!! Not even attempted to be cleaned as evidence by the ease at which it was wiped up! Told the office staff in which I was told they would forward my email to the manager, still haven't heard from anyone.

Many managers but it hasn't been a bad experience. Not too noisy, no pests, no major problems or complaints thus far. Rent increases yearly but it's not unmanageable. Wifi is free or laid by the community.

The unit didn't look like what was advertised on Envue's website. There were also many things in disrepair and needs updated badly. Our unit smells of smoke and management hasn't been good at all, as of yet, in our situation. Also there have been some roaches.

Disheartened

Office staff just does not care. I really hate I renewed. This is the worst. Customer service is not the goal here at Envue. Money money money. I have never been late on rent in 3 years and can't get a door unlocked.
