Envue is at an excellent location, close to Texas A&M and downtown Bryan and it is relatively inexpensive.. I really like how quiet it is and I have not any noise issues with my neighbors. I have been less satisfied with getting my maintenance requests filled promptly and correctly. This has become an issue with living here for me, although I don't know how it compares to other apartments. Also the gym is only open during business hours when people are at work or attending classes when under previous managers, we used to be able to get to it after hours by using a key.

Have found living at Envue to be a great experience. Moved here in 2016 after selling my home in another city. Great storage space. Staff is great and property continues to make improvements. Quiet, convenient and reasonably priced. So happy to be in my new home!

My son and I moved into the apartment complex in 2006. We upgraded to a larger apartment in 2011. We liked the fact that the decks were screened and we could use our own washer and dryer. The bedrooms are spacious and the community is quiet.

the community itself is nice. peaceful and quiet. my unit is outdated and from understanding will not be updated until I move out. I can request to transfer to an empty updated unit but there is a transfer fee which I feel is ridiculous because along with the transfer your rent increases as well. I feel families that live in the community already should be given the option to transfer with rent increase but no transfer fee because the utilities are already going to hit you with transfer fees as well.

I have been pleased with my stay at Quail Hollow, now EnVue Apartments. When I moved in the rent for the space was most reasonable price and the location has been the best with its equal placing between Bryan and College Station. Parking is always available, the grounds are fairy clean; there are dog waste stations but the bags are never there; most of the neighbors are small families or singles and very polite/keep to themselves type people (although there are some drugs). The unit itself is a two bed one bath with a functioning fireplace, small closed off kitchen, laundry space and the master bedroom has two closets. There is no overhead light in the living room so lamps are required but you get lots of light from the screen door to the patio (the patio space is great as it is full screened in).

I do not like this apartment! I was given a 4day notice that I had to move from the apartment that I was in on this property into this one. The apartment is smaller, roach infested and I was told by the manager that my rent will remain the same. So unfair!

Office staff are rude & usually always have an attitude about something. However, the maitennace techs are absolutely wonderful to work with. They spend time trying to solve the problem rather than covering it up with some excuse.

I have lived at this apartment complex for years. It recently changed owners and they are working hard to make things better for tenants. Making repairs in a timely manner, painting outside, repairing pool, changing landscape and so much more. I am interested in seeing what they will do next.

This is the most unorganized group of people that have ever run an apartment. They're clueless. On several occasions we've paid rent, on time, only to have them put a notice on our door saying that we neglected to pay rent. Thank goodness that I could prove that we paid. When maintenance requests are made you've got a very low chance that they'll come out to fix it without at least a follow up call. There are only two maintenance people for the entire complex, so it is not maintenances fault, it's the people running it. There is currently a mass exodus of tenants from this complex due to an uprise in crime in the area. Someone broke into our patio while we lived there. The grounds are always dirty and not well lit, so safety was always a concern. It was dark enough for the local homeless people to hang out in the corner at night behind our unit. We saw trash, human feces, and various sex toys scattered about behind our unit. Upon move out, we were told that we are being charged for carpet replacement due to an "unusual smell". Upon asking them to describe the smell we were told that they didn't know what it was. Then she asked if we had a dog, when we said yes she said that the smell was definititely dog pee. So it's obvious they're just looking for excuses to charge us money to subsidize the massive amount of people leaving. Mold was a serious concern while we lived there. This place was just bought out and due to the mass exodus of tenants they're trying to nickel and dime us with claims that they know that we can't refute. Stay away from Quail Hollow. Don't let the higher than average price fool you, this place is not a safe or clean place to live. Quail Hollow is a sinking ship and I implore you to live elsewhere lest you go down with it.

Stay away from this apartment complex. The staff is horrible.. Maintance is never completed or is really late and the office staff is horrible. It's pretty obvious the people in the office and the owners are in it just for the money..more example is they will only allow you to be 10 days late on the 10th day the are running up to the courthouse and filling an eviction notice....Stay away from this place these people are horrible

For the beginning of my stay here, I truly enjoyed living quail hollow. I am a college student and couldnt afford the "student living" apartments but the apartments here were clean and the office staff is nice. On the first week here our air conditioning broke and it got up to 98 degrees in the apartment but maintenance came as soon as we told them about it and the problem was fixed. WHEN THINGS STARTED GETTING BAD: First, when we moved in all the advertised was that water was included in rent, and for the first part of out lease they payed it. and then out of no where they started sending us water bills. After we returned to the apartment after Christmas break, we started having strange men knock on the door late at night. Being 2 teenage girls, this was not okay. My boyfriend started staying over a lot and his truck was broken into twice parked outside. Then our trashy neighbors moved in next door. They smoked outside literally 24/7 to the point that even inside our apartment smelt of smoke and it was embarrassing to have friends over because of the smell and that the trashy 50 year old man would always be sitting outside, sometimes naked, next to the always present MOUNTAIN of cigarette buds and just stare at us coming and going. He also drove a tow truck that he parked throughout as many spaces as he pleased leaving no open spots for my roommate or I and we would have to park 2 buildings over. BUT if we would get cussed out if we ever parked in "his spot" (there are no assigned parking and we lived here much longer than him). Even after talking to the front office, all that was done was notes on the door of all residents saying not to smoke in walkways which did nothing. The laundry room is an absolute joke, hadn't been clean since it was built and nothing works. I guess if you are put next to decent people here it wouldn't be too bad. But overall I felt unsafe even inside my home.

Water is shut off for a full day almost every other week for "maintenance". Don't plan on having maintenance come and fix anything. Placed a request 3 months ago, called about every 3-4 weeks. No luck. They said they have "ordered the parts" last I checked, changing the sealing on the door doesn't take 3 months to ship. But what it does do if left untouched is allow roaches and cool a/c out. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES.

I understand the apartment is old, and for the price I really should not be complaining. However, I wish I had known that more than half of the doors in our apartment are broken, not allowing us to close them. It seems as though everything was just painted over to fool you at first glance. The place is dirty. Maintenance workers are an old man and a woman? or little girl? Terrible management all the way around!!

I moved in Quail Hollow not that long ago but i also lived here some 15 yrs ago i know. I was some what hesitant to come back after reading some of the reviews, but i said it couldn't be any worse than where i was already living. The transition \ move in was nice & simple, the apt was VERY clean to my surprise, i love it, the location is good, it's pretty quiet, neighbors you rarely see, parking is plentiful, office staff is very nice & friendly, so i would say i made the right choice by returning.

This place is horrible. You go in the office and tell them your rent will be late and they will give you the amount you will owe with late fees and when you get the money and pay up you think you are good then a couple of weeks later you all of the sudden owe more money like $10-$20 dollars. The management is never consistent. The rent is $800 plus you pay electric, gas, water, sewage and trash for an apartment that appears to be built in the 80s and no real upgrades. In addition with all of the rules they are constantly putting out i.e no smoking in the breeze ways or in front of your door and no hanging outside. I thought I was an adult not a kid.

Terrible management. The entire time I lived here, I never had a pleasant experience with the property manager or the twits who run the place. When you have a problem they speak to you like you are so stupid. Horrible property, horrible service, horrible management. Never again. I looked up the management company that runs these apartments and if you are smart you will too so you know what else they have so you don't rent at any of them.

I moved in last summer. Overall I have great things to say. The apartment they had originally assigned me had an issue, so I looked at others, and found one that suited what I needed. The layout is nice, and there's plenty of room. The neighbors are mostly quiet, and the appliances are from within this decade (which is more than I can say for my last place). The screened in patios are awesome! The rent is reasonable, and there's convenient parking. The only downside, and it can be a big one occasionally, is the internet speed. The cable and internet services are included with the rent, advertised as 'high-speed,' but the internet will never reach 3Mbps. Not once. It usually hovers on or about 1Mps, which is pathetic. The cable comes through fine, but it's a crapshoot as to whether your webpage will load, or especially whether Netflix will load. On at least one occasion, I had to turn it off, and watch it via the 4G on my phone. I don't know if I can pay extra to just get suddenlink internet instead, but I'm seriously considering it. So if that doesn't bother you, the rest of the place is great.

CRAP!
Upon moving into Quail Hollow Apartment my roommates and I were extremely excited, it was reasonably priced for college students, it was in a descent neighborhood and close to Blinn College. A few weeks passed by and my roommate began to see roaches in the house. I, being a girl was not too happy about this, and then I encountered the biggest roach I have ever seen. My roommate had ants galore in his room, so bad you could not see his window seal, we went to talk to the apartment about this and the attempted to fix the problem by having the bug guy come and spray. We told the apartment management about this continuing problem and nothing was done to fix the ant problem, we had to spend our own money on pest control and fix his screen on his window to finally fix the problem. We began to breath a little easier and just brushed of the isssue, we then began smelling this terrible smell, and was assuming that it was our third roommate due to his trash pile up. We all three cleaned the apartment spotless and the smell just continued to get stronger and stronger, we mentioned the smell to our aparment and they told us they would try and find out the source. About a week later, I came home from work and walked into my bathroom to notice these small white worms on the ground, of course the apartments office was closed and I had to call emergency maintenance and all the gentleman did was tell me they were termites and vacuumed the bugs up and sealed up my wall were they were falling out off. I did my research and they were MAGGOTS!!!! Needless to say I didn't stay at the apartment that night. The very next day I stormed into the apartment office and asked what they were going to do about the issue. The woman proceeded to tell me that the apartment next to mine had a rat issue and they had set traps in the wall, they never mentioned this as to when we mentioned the smell. She then told me that there was nothing to be done about my maggot issue and I would have to let nature run its course, because they couldn't just put random holes in the wall to find this dead rat. I had to call the health department and then the fire marshall before anything was done. Once again we thought our issues could not get any worse. About 11 days after the maggots we started having these huge flies appearing in my room and the kitchen, I killed about 12 in an hour and I went out of town and had to have my roommate call up to the office, where he was told that we would have to wait 2 weeks for the pest control to come, because she can't make emergency calls for a small bug problem. I had to take pictures of my room and neighbors windows to show them that this was not a small bug problem and something needed to be done NOW!!! Since that issue, no more major bug problems have accured, but there is still maintenance issues, our kitchen sink leaks and they come to fix it once and its still not in working condition. I would absolutley NEVER recommened this apartment to anyone!!! So please just do not make the mistake that we made and move in to Quail Hollow Apartments in Bryan, Texas.

I've lived in a 1bdr here since late '09. I have NEVER had any issues here at all. Whenever something needed fixing, I've always had it done that very same day before I even got home from work! I'm not sure why it seems people have either a great experience here or flat out terrible one. I can say personally it's been great for me.

Not bad for the price.
When I first moved in the whole master bedroom was soaked. There was a leak from the upstairs apartment. =\ That's what I get for not asking to see the apartment before we moved in! It's a good thing they offer 24 hour maintenance service. The manager has been extremely nice and helpful. I was waiting in line to see the girl at the front desk and the manager noticed I'd been waiting a long time so she came out to assist me with my problem. I'm sad that she's no longer here. She definitely knows the meaning of good customer service. The new manager to me, comes off a little rude. But she's nice to my husband so I let him deal with everything. I'm still a little hormonal from recently giving birth. So it's in everyone's best interest I stay out of everything, lol. I really hate that there isn't a pantry! Makes me feel like we have too much stuff. I don't buy too many groceries because of that reason. But it's nice that the kitchen cabinets are where I can reach them. A previous apartment I lived at in Houston, theirs were extremely high. Not very functional for someone under 5'2. There's an extra doorway in the bathroom which is very odd. But overall, the bathroom is nice, a bit small though. They're probably bigger in the 3 bedroom apartments. There's a walk-in closet in the master a long with an extra closet. Which is great because I've received more clothes than what I already had during my pregnancy. I have very generous sister in laws who shop a lot! I do like that there's shelving in all the closets. The living room and dining room are each a little narrow. I only have a loveseat so it works fine for me now. Definitely not the space for a sectional. The kitchen is also pretty narrow too. There's really enough space for just one person. But I do like that the stove is gas instead of electric. The oven and dishwasher work really well. I don't like the sliding doors on the closets, they just get stuck so we took them off. All in all, not bad for the price. You can't beat their price anywhere with as many utilities that they pay for. We just pay rent, gas and electric. One more thing, I have noticed some noise coming from the apartment closeby. Who do I call about that? It's not one of my neighbors but a completely different apartment separate from quail hollow.

Quiet & great bargain
My husband & I moved into quail hollow July 2010. Soon after the management was changed, and since the new management has taken over it's been better. It's always quiet, our neighbors are friendly, maintenance requests are fixed promptly. There was one time this winter that they had to shut the water off without notice when a pipe burst, and my husband needed to shower for an interview. The manager was kind enough to let him use her personal shower since they weren't going to have the water on in time.
