Great Apartment! Great Location!

I will recommend EnVue Apartments to my family & friends. I’ve lived here a little over two years. I have no complaints. I plan on staying here another two years until I graduate. I appreciate the prompt responses if I have a service request, and also the kindness of all the staff.

Place is cheap comparatively speaking. They try to keep it nice. Overall you get what you pay for. Staff is always ready to help when needed and maintenance is prompt to respond to service calls that are needed.

Don't waist your time. They will take your deposit and deny you without cause and you will be caliph for hours to get ahold of someone. Go elsewhere and save some money. Management will lie to you about everything.

We were very excited to move in originally, having used an excellent apartment finder and had a good initial experience with staff. However, after signing our lease, it went completely downhill. Our experience, even getting our keys, has been frustrating, confusing, and exhausting. We feel we did not receive honesty or transparency from the complex, and our apartment unit was drastically different from what we feel we were promised. Our unit is borderline unlivable, unsafe, and unclean, everything from multiple appliances not working at all, most doors not closing properly, potential mold, and overall noticeable damage even at first glance of the front door. We are very disappointed at what was originally a very exciting complex to move to.

Maintenance guys and front office staff are super nice. Maintenance was quick to come fix our issues, however the problems have not been permanently fixed. My water heater has leaked all over my items in the utility room three times now. Maintenance has come to fix this issue and it's fine for a few days then leaks all over my things again. There is water damage to the baseboard on all of the attached walls to the water heater (I am concerned I'll be charged for this when I move out). The hot water in my apartment has been completely out for about 24 hours now (submitted a maintenance request about 14 hours ago and have received no response). Have been taking cold showers, am unable to run the dishwasher, etc. Will speak with front office staff tomorrow. I am hoping this problem can be fixed permanently to prevent this from happening again.

It was great when I for many of the years I lived here. Last few have fallen off. Lack of maintenance to upgrade the property. Lately a lot of kids running around areas where cars drive. They are also very loud and unsupervised.

The water goes out very often and the instances of shootings is unsafe. I think we have had issues with 4-5 drivebys or other shooting related instances were we have had to gather the family in the bathroom for protection since the shooting happen right outside our windows. Rent to to high for the quality of our apartment. The insulation of very bad for both sumer and winter were you have to blast the AC or Heater to keep a good temp inside. Kids rooms have extremely bad ventilation so it gets tenpature swings in their bedrooms. If the doors are not kept open, they could wake up sweating and damp or freezing. As for outside, the pool gets trashed and closed because people do what they want and we have kids playing outside throwing rocks, sitting on our cars, and my wife is constantly giving them instructions to stop doing things that risk the damage of our cars.

A nice, cheap apartment. A bit scruffy around the edges, but overall it's not bad--the leasing office has been quick to try and fix any problems I bring them, and the lease process has been about as painless as a lease process can be.

I've lived here for three years now and it has been great! The staff is nice and tentative as well as maintenance. Any work requests are completed in a timely manner with follow up calls or emails. The amenities are very nice and well taken care of. The pool is serviced and cleaned and new tanning chairs too!

it's a good area, no one really messes with you. people in the leasing office are nice and helpful. maintenance gets handled promptly and well. they are pet friendly, there's a dog park that my dog enjoys.

The complex is not too bad overall, however it seems a little run down. Nothing has been done to upgrade the interior of my apartment in the 6 or 7 years I have lived here (ie. carpet, paint, etc). The main issue that I have is that the rent continues to get higher every year and the amenities seem to have decreased.

This is truly a community, children can play outside and when a neighbor grills some bar-b-Que, don't be surprised if they bring you a plate or will invite you to join them. I have made lots of friends and got to know most of my neighbors very closely. Management is proficient and caring, give the community and opportunity so that you can see how AMAZING this place is!

Pros: friendly atmosphere. Great, speedy maintenance team. Nice office staff. Cons: kids running wild and very obnoxiously loud all the time. They consider the entire complex to be one giant playground. Even seem them playing hide and seek and tried to climb into my truck bed. There needs to be something done because just sending emails to residents doesn't help. Either get a playground built or maybe get security to patrol frequently to keep them from roaming all over the place, especially at night.

Me and my daughter I've lived here for about 8 months so far everybody in our complex is very nice and friendly we've had no complaints about anybody they have a nice pool and fitness center and the people in the front office are very nice and helpful I would recommend anybody to live here

It has it's ups and down for the most part it's a good first apartment. The apartments need to be updated , get the roaches out and actually fix's things that need to be fixed instead of having to keep coming back to fix something that shoud've already been fixed.
