Well maintained complex, laundry room washers and dryers are circa 1970's...time to replace. Msintainence concerns addressed promptly, but most should have been noticed in the period between prior tenancy and mine...the personnel reviewing r err pairs to vacated units desperately needs improvement... Facilities are adequate, though often unavailable due to age-related issues. See prior comments re. age of laundry machines ....pool opening delayed due to Service provider delays and inefficiencies (pool, filters). Management is aware of age-related issues; but delays due to aging physical plant/appliances are key here.

I am very satisfied with Envue Apartments. It is in a great location, The office staff and maintenance are very reliable. being that it is a large complex I do not have any rodent or bug problems. I am very pleased.

So far we have been here a week, but have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. They have gone above and beyond to assist us with the whole rental process. We fell in love with the aesthetic of our new apartment when we saw it, especially the mirrors in the dining room.

It is ok until the pool opens and I then have no where to park. It has been quiet so far and I have not had any issues with any other residents. It's a pleasant place to live. The office staff are friendly and so are the maintenance guys. They do a great job as a team.

Very quiet. Grounds are kept clean and groomed. It's Central to everything in the area between Bryan and College Station. When need things repaired. The maintenance department takes care of it, in a timely matter.

Great services from office and I like the neighborhood. Every time I have had a with anything in my apartment,EnVue has always been there to correct it. I would truly recommend anyone that is looking for a home to come here.

It's been good , staff seems friendly . Residents seem nice . Rent prices are ok but couple possible be lowers because of the size of the apartment. Kitchen is small ,overall everything is ok . I like that dumpsters are everywhere.

the rent is to high for a 2 bedroom these are old building.. if you are living here well visitor shouldn't have the right to park in your space they are not paying rent we are,,U don't look out for your tenants especially that has been here for awhile.

Although the maintanace is prompt I still have a concern about anybody having access to the pool. People from the whole block or that dont live in the apartment community are able to swim. It causes the pool to be overcrowded.

I really like the place with the washer/dryer hook up, the pool and the fitness room. The office staff was awesome : Yvonne and Will - I love the screened in patio and the parking is close to my place.

The apartment is a decent place to live. Noise level has not been an issue and the staff is generally very easy to talk to. The amenities are good but you have to got to Suddenlink to setup your cable and internet eventhough they are cable ready

Great floor plans and even better price for rent. Sometimes loud neighbors, but otherwise it's a good location. Always had pleasant interactions with the staff. Front desk is pleasant and informative, and maintenance is knowledge and friendly. About to renew my lease for the 2nd time

Friendly staff and neighbors. Clean property. Knowledgeable staff. Quick to respond to requests and are able to resolve the problems fairly fast. Neighbors can be loud and at times but mainly have been decent.

From the maneger to the staff in the office to the maintenance guys there all very friendly. They do above all when it comes to their job. They put in work orders at a decent time and get everything finished same day. Great apartment to stay at I give it 10stars!

The place is quiet and peaceful. I think the staff here is great and are well responsive to any isssues that I may have in my Apartment. I like that everyone keeps to themselves but at the same time be friendly when met.

I moved in about a month ago now and everything has gone smoothly. The apartments look really nice and they have great features (clean pool, small dog park, etc). I had an issue with my toilet upon move-in, but maintenance quickly fixed it when I called it in and I was called by the complex the same day asking if everything I had an issue with had been resolved. Great customer service and maintenance. I have no complaints so far! Even though it's in Bryan, it is actually a bit closer to campus than my previous apartments (The Trails @ Wolf Pen Creek). In about just minutes you'll be on University. Everything you need is in close proximity (HEB, Walmart, fast food). This complex has so far exceeded my expectations!

I am currently about to move into Envue I am ecstatic, I have a friend who told me about this place and how much she loved it. The office is great along with the staff price is a little high for the space, but from what I hear is worth it. Every time I’ve been to office and her apartment it has been very quiet, also love that a park is right up the road for my little ones.

Love it here, good service, neighbors are friendly, clean neighborhood, parking lot is clean, ground is well maintained. Close to shopping center, close to my job. Very quiet here, pets kept on leashes

So far it is has been fine. Just been here a month now. Neighbors are quiet which is a good quality. With the cold weather, I have not gotten out much yet to check out the facility but will do so when possible.

Community is great but I do not like the marketing ploy of lowering the cost for 8 months then increasing rent by $200 at lease renal. If I knew this I would not have moved here and lost respect for this company.

I have lived in these apartments for quite some time now, when I first moved in it was only for work I figured I would not be here long. After the past year it has slowly gotten better meaning people, the office and maintenance. All I can say is I officially have decided to stay and I do call this place home.

Overall, I am satisfied, however the only down side I can find is access to the fitness room. The fitness room can only be used during office hours. This makes it really difficult to utilize when most people get off work at 5pm which leaves you 30 minutes to an hour. The complex is pet friendly and there are dog stations on the premises that you can use with bags and a trashcan, however the bags are not frequently refilled.

Just filled out our lease contract yesterday and let me tell you this place seems to be awesome. The office and maintenance are amazing super friendly! We stayed with a friend here until we found a place and we just fell in love! The price is also unbeleivable!

First time to live in Bryan and these apartments have been a great fit. Close to restaurants and Wal-Mart. Elementrary and high school are also close. Overall no complaints and no bugs,insects or rodents.
