Good location and accessible to restaurants and entertainment . Ez access in property. Office staff works hard as they can. Need more maintenance personnel ready. Nice gym equipment. Poool is okay. Property needs more lighting at night a few dark areas.

Problems with neighbors. Noise complaints. Vandalism of vehicles. But office management is very responsive and attentive. Will specifically is terrific and deserves recognition. That said, raises in rent do not seem merited based on the poor experiences with neighbors, noise, and vandalism.

The office and maintenance folks have been great, process requests surprisingly fast, much faster than some of the places I have lived! The place is great, especially for a budget, and pet friendly which I was very excited to hear!

These are some decent apartments ! It was very convenient for me close to Walmart,H?E?B, and the kids school..place looks ok from the outside but they are old bugs would literally crawl under the door (the apartments are shifting )I lived here for 2 years would have been a 3rd year until my car was towed from the exact spot I parked EVERyday for the past 2 years ! The front office would not work with me at all saying I was parked in handicap (mind you I have a sign and my license plate shows the same ) the office manager said there was nothing he could do ! Since I had to pay 280 to get my car out it cause me to pay my rent later than expected got hit with late fees ! They would not work with me on that ! I go to try to renew my lease they tell me the late fees had to be paid in order to renew so I pay them ! AND MOVED OUT! I get a bill for over 2k for “damages” mind you my mom and grandma came helped me clean the apartment before I left ! I called he says it’s from damage carpet mind you when my neighbors pipes busted my kids room was a lake I asked them to pull up the carpet and what they do? Go bring a fan to dry up the water smh ! I would never refer another soul to this place ! Never

Affordable rent, great location. Just apartments need better up keep and management should do walk through before tenants move in to be sure its fully cleaned and move in ready. People around are nice. But packages come up missing if your not home. Office should hold bigger packages for tenants to pick up.

I've had ups and downs at this community. It's a nice place to live at. However experienced horrible thing all the time. Neighbors would call the cops on us when we wouldn't even be home. We got a letter from to office stating that we are "loud" and disturbing people when we aren't even home. We don't feel comfortable living here. Neighbors look at you wrong with attitude. Only thing I really don't like. Also I've had my tire go flat 3 different times which is weird. They always got their guest parking in our parking space so we have to park far down and we have children, they are so inconsiderate. Not worth staying here if you have ------ neighbors. Other than that everything else is decent. Nice clean apartments, no bugs. I would want to stay here maybe on the bottom floor and no carpet throughout the whole apartment would be nice.

...though EnVue is an aging complex, Will, Leonard and their staff work very hard to maintain the property to a high standard... ...my only complaints would be VERY old washers and dryers in the community laundry area which break down routinely...and a less than professiinal pool maintenance company (recently fired and replaced)...

It's a nice community. The apartments are nice, but too small for me. I need a little bit more room. Very quiet, until you get noisy neighbors. The staff is very polite. Maintenance get jobs taken care of quickly.

The Maintenance staff will not clean up after themselves, inside the apartment is very small, it is out of style, there needs to be a paint job done. sometimes no one will answer the phone all day i will not be renewing my lease its not worth it they charge you for anything.

I think it's a great place to live. I was a little sketch because of the surrounding area but I think the apartments look amazing and updated. Very nice vibes and seems very calming. I just moved in and I'm glad I picked this place because I wasn't able to tour before moving in so I got lucky.

I have really liked living at envue apartments. The apartment was very well taken care of before I got here. It is a very quite area which is nice due to me being a college student so I can study without a distraction.

First time residents of said property. Horrible attendance to the property. We were told the property was ready to move into and we found a roach infestation that the pest control can not manage. On top of the cleaning crew failed to make sure that food areas were ready to utilize including closets. Also we found swisher wrappers and unused tobacco products stashed in closets. Apartment was not sanitized from previous possible covid carrying tenants. And when problems were brought to light. No solution occurred. Highly not recommended for ANYONE looking to rent

Well I just moved in and so far so good. Since being here it's very quiet, no drama thus far. Office staff is nice as well as maintenance. There's only one at the moment but he makes sure he gets the job done and it's not sloppy work. He(maintenance) comes at a timely manner. They have pest control but with my one experience he was a jerk. Was supposed to spray my unit but said it was too late in the day and would come back the next day and never showed up???????. But other than that great place! And pool is very nice.

Quiet and safe. Convenient location. Sometimes slow to get to maintenance calls. It took a month to fix issues with the apartment when I moved in. The laundry area needs a deep cleaning and the machines need repaired. The dog park area is wet and muddy Everytime I take my dog. Overall it's a descent place to live.

As a single mom with one income I found that these apartments are easily affordable and the staff are efficient and professional with any issues that I may have. The community at Envue Apartments is quite and comfortable with a pool area and dog bark, perfect for when you have guest.

So far it is ok. This only issue I'm having is the apartment has roaches. I've called several times about the issue and they said pest control can only come once a month. My children are highly allergic to roaches and lots of other things. I've requested that that look into the apartments beside and approve me to try to fix the issue. Still nothing

I have lived at Envue for nearly 3 years now. Staff is awesome! Apartment options are great and the rent super reasonable! After searching many communities prior to signing a lease - I was totally sold on price and value! Staff, maintainence and communication are second to none!

So far so good. I just moved in this week. Everything seems to going well as of now minus the fact that I'm paying extra to have a washer and dryer in my unit and that has yet to happen. I moved in on saturday and was told I'd get it installed on Monday. Its Wednesday night and I'm still without. I have contacted the leasing office a few times so I'm hoping it'll be resolved soon. Aside from that I'm completely happy with what I have.

I honestly commend the management staff for their efforts and work here. Moreso, How they keep the whole apartment clean and inviting to live in. My Apartment is Adorable it done with a special design made with mirror wall in my living room is another thing that made me love my apartment. I have been and lived in a couple of apartments but none with such a concept or design. Beautiful design.
