I've had an overall positive experience living here. The building is fairly quiet except for street noise and the staff is very helpful and responsive. I would like to see some updates to the property- new paint, equipment, etc.

    These are safety concerns that I continue to address with the office and excuses continue to be made. This is the door that’s allowed to be propped openwith an item that’s from one of our amenity areas so people on the street can gain access and this door is not even a two minute from the office so this is something that they are able to be able to be seen, but it’s not a concern and again this is issue that I continue to bring up. All doors should be locked and only been able to be open with our key fobs that we pay for if it’s not a rock that’spopping open a door. It’s some type of item that’s popping up in a door. That’s allowing people on the streets to gain access again to our property. If it’s not our car is being broken into it’s something else it’s always a concern, but it’s not a concern to anyone in the office.

    My personal apartment is great, cozy and modern, its a good value for money. but the building could use more maintenance and a deep cleaning. Grills never work, gates break down every week, elevators brake down too...

      Great community and prime location. Staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend Dallas Sync as a prime residential spot for those looking for a great community with nice amenities. I appreciate the security of the property as well.

        I moved into Sync West Dallas about two days ago and this apartment is so filthy. I've never moved in to a place that's so gross. The toilet has so much build up in it that I can hardly even scrape it off. The dish washer smells horrible it's stinking up my apartment. The washer also smells terrible. There's a layer of grime in it that I can't get rid of. The shelves in the closet were covered in a thick layer of dust. The floors are so dirty I can't even go without shoes or the bottom of my feet turn black and disgusting almost instantly, so I have to wear shoes on the floors and then take them off to walk on the carpet. The bath tub has a low spot in the middle where water pools so I'm standing in a puddle when showering. And it has a crack in the low spot and there's water damage next to the tub and into the closet so I think it's leaking. The apartment smells like chemicals no matter what I do. The smell is in all the rooms and all the cabinets. The bathroom sink faucet is clogged or something so it hardly works. The Door that covers the HVAC is constantly leaking. When I use the water dispenser from the fridge, little pieces of black stuff come out in the water. I've spent almost 20 hours trying to get this place cleaned up and unpack. This process should have taken me 8ish hours. I had to spend almost $130 on cleaning supplies to make the unit livable, and that was halfway through my cleaning.

        Communication from the staff needs significant improvement. I was informed that I could pick up my keys at 10:00 a.m., but when I arrived, I was told to return at 1:00 p.m. due to carpet replacement. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, as I arrived with all of my belongings ready to move in. I was not notified in advance of the delay or given any updates prior to my arrival.

          This building is great. It has its cons, but the perk out weigh. Maintenance is quick, trash service is great. The elevators can take a long time to be fixed, and sometimes the gates and doors into the complex don't work. Noice levels are quiet.

            Great community I really enjoy staying at this community at least and staff is great maintenance. Staff is awesome and I'm happy to be a part of the community. Only thing I dislike is my upstairs neighbor.

                Don’t waste your time.

                Perfect rent history with no blemishes on credit, I have stable income well over what they’re asking and valid identification, they still denied me. I suspect no intent to rent certain units in order to retain application and admin fees.

                  The apartment unit is nice itself. Maintenance acts quickly on request. The office team is nice and responsive to issues. The community itself could be cleaner. The walls are dirty, trash in the parking lot, the water bugs are all things they need to work on.

                    I love this building. The maintenance workers, the gardeners, the painters, the office..they are all friendly, respectful and helpful. I suspect they get to know the tenants just to keep an eye on strangers. I just feel safe and taken care of. The apartment is lovely, the utilities minimal and workers seem like old neighbors/friends.

                      Great Amenities. Clean property. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property. Close to downtown, bishop arts and trinity groves. Lots of food places nearby. Brand new Sprouts in the neighborhood also

                        These apartments are nice. They're quiet and I have no issues with staff or maintenance. All tenants are nice as well. I've had no issues overall. Ample parking is present as well. I also don't have bugs so that's a plus!

                          There's to much turnover as far as staff. Community needs to be monitored more as far as security gates are always broke every weekend community needs to be kept clean. And now there's a pest control issue

                            When I tell you the Customer Service experience I received here was literally the BEST I've ever had! I mean top tier! Zaria was absolutely AMAZING! I went on several tours that day and I promise she gave the best experience hands down. She was very welcoming, super informative and very knowledgeable about the property and seemed to take a lot of pride in providing excellent service. The rest of the staff were just as helpful and welcomed me with open arms. Sync at West Dallas?10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

                              This is the best apartment community ever, the property managers are extremely supportive and anything brought to their attention is taken care of immediately!                                     my experience has been terrible for the entire time. Stupid amounts of rent increases clothes getting mold on them in the closet. Big roach problem. Air conditioner, causing mold in house. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

                                          It's okay. There could be a lot of minor things that could help this apartment go from a three star apartment to a 5 star. Small things like cleaning the garage around the trash bins, spray something so it doesn't smell like trash for starters.

                                            It has truly been a wonderful stay. Maintenance is great neighbors are wonderful and Zaria in the office is just great. Again the only thing that I can say is I wish we had some closet space on the patio but other than that this is one of the best places to live. Close to food close to downtown you get to see the firework and the office is always doing something for the community. And I really enjoy that.
