I've been here since October 2016 right at the beginning and the staff has been very attentive and awesome. The location is great and the amenities are wonderful, I especially love the Sky Lounge with the wonderful view of downtown as well as the hardwood flooring in the unit. Also love how the apartments are very tech savvy too, such as the after hours mail package lockers and the Stratis mobile app as an alternative to lock/unlock our units.I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love my apartment and all of the wonderful amenities that come with living at Alexan West Dallas! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is great! The fitness center pool and gameroom are really nice, not to mention the lounges! Love Love Love it there!

I've been residing here since November 2016. I have only great things to say. First, Lincoln Property has done an amazing job staffing this building. The staff is extremely on top of things, and each one of them feels like a friend. The events they throw are some of the best ones compared to other apartments I have lived at here in Dallas. This is my 3rd apartment in West Dallas, and definitely my favorite. I do wish that each apartment came with a washer/dryer already instead of having to rent, but definitely wasn't a deal breaker for me. Really great amenities, and a Starbucks machine, so I was sold! Thanks to the staff for making this place great! I would recommend my friends family.

Awesome community! It's small but we are all close. Common areas are always clean, and it's so close to downtown/uptown areas.

This is a great community with a dynamic staff. They take great care of you from prospect to resident and it doesn't stop when you move in. Duranda went above and beyond to meet my needs. The manager and one of the leasing agents live on site which is always a plus for me because it lets me know the community is good enough for them. They have several events each month to keep the family atmosphere as well. The amenities are so awesome! I've never seen a set up like these. My only concern with the property is that there is no valet trash. With the chutes being in such inconvenient locations, valet trash would be ideal. Hopefully this is added soon.

Love our new place, we recently sold our home and decided to rent an apartment while we looked for a new house. Although we were not looking forwarded to apartment living and a smaller place we are extremely happy we did. The management did and continues to do an amazing job at making us feel at home. They are an awesome team! They do gathering events often to bring the tenants together. The complex is great! Love the lounge, the clubhouse and especially the gym. They have some really fun outside hangout spots and we can't wait for the summer to enjoy them. Overall we are extremely pleased and we're all ready thinking of extending our lease. Thank you Alexan West & Management.

This place is awesome! My only complaint is the lack of trash chutes (there's 1 per floor). BUT the beautiful apartment units and crazy cool/super nice amenities make up for it! Plus the staff are awesome and very responsive to requests!! I love it here!! :)

Already treated like it's our home! Joshua and Alexan staff have been incredible so far. We can't wait to share our puppies and good times with our new family.

Love Love Love! I've had an absolutely amazing experience with Joshua, Manny and Jessica. The entire staff is always responsive and very informative. Ivan in the maintenance is the nicest. I will be referring all of my friends.

The leasing process was so great. We leased with Joshua, but have also spoken with Manny, Christy, and Duranda! All have been very pleasant. We have dogs and the leasing office has been so welcoming of our pets as well. The area has been pretty dang awesome too! We walk to Houndstooth for coffee and JuiceLand for smoothies! Also, we have started doing all of our grocery shopping at Cox Farms because it's so close and so healthy! We are beyond excited for the rest of the amenities to come to life! When we moved in, we received one month free special, we really helped us stay in budget! Depending on the increase at our renewal after year one, we will more than likely stay in the area. We are very, very happy so far. Thanks Alexan team!
