Staff was nice and helpful but the property was obviously not being cleaned well. Bad smells in all common areas. Looks like the TVs in the common areas have been removed or stolen as well. Prices seem very high compared to other nicer places in the area

    Almost 2 months in… All the Ladies in the office are phenomenal! For the first time in my moving history, I felt the Welcome Home Love as soon as I walked in the door! All the ladies gave me good and positive vibes!" I’m loving my apartment. It’s so peaceful here. It’s the SYNC for me??

      This place is a joke. The complex now is always dirty, always broken, something is always wrong. Currently the door I use in the parking garage has no handle and a resident added an object so the door won't lock, thus has been like this for over a month, safe. To get anything done, you have to reach out a billion times. When you do speak with someone they probably will not follow up and they will not be helpful. For example, my car was towed due to the office not completing something they said they would. The staff members were looking into how I could get reimbursed since I had all the proof this was their fault? shocking no one ever reached out and ignored all my attempts of reaching out. It is just awful for how much we pay and the lack of support we get.

        Very mid level. Upkeep isn't the best but the maintenance crew is always timely. The office staff not so much because they have gone through multiple agents since I moved in. For the price you pay, I wouldn't say it's fully up to par for the quality. Pest services could come more often as first floor apartments are very prone to bugs. Garbage dumpsters stay full and are always in the street. I don't use the amenities because, for example, the last time I tried to use the rooftop lounge the AC was out and we weren't informed. I love my unit but do think I could get the same quality for less somewhere else.

          I moved in about a week ago and my move In experience was beyond wonderful. I didn't have any issues throughout the process. The application approval happened very quickly and efficiently. I don't have any complaints so far.

              I have loved these apartments since my friends lived here. Any property will have issues but I have not experienced what some have. I feel at home here. I am moving next year but I'm glad I'm here now

                HORRIBLE PROPERTY

                You can rarely get anyone on the phone. Things are always broken, such as the gates and callboxes. When I moved in 2021, they used to change light bulbs and filters in the fridge, which they no longer do despite the rent continually increasing. I have lived in a 2/2 and a 1/1 in this community. My vehicle has been towed twice. Cars are routinely broken into. The office management changes every few months, and there is no accountbility taken. This is a ridiculously run, horrific property. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place.

                    Do yourself a favor and don't move in until you've fully inspected the apartment, I mean deep inspection. Or don't move in at all, staff and maintenance are subpar when it comes to ALL issues. We've had so many problems: ?Pest Issues? ants and flies(didn't get resolved until I personally got involved) ?Gates are ALWAYS down (security issue) ?Pool =absurdly loud NOISE and speakers that people use every weekend will give you a headache. And they will stay until the 2AM. ?Mold and Water Damage in units that they failed to remedy and refuse to address ?Amenities, where? The gym stinks, nothing's ever clean or equipment is always broken. Big stains on the carpet. ?Courtesy officer is non-existent. So, the pool is treated like a party area. Loud speakers, dinking and insanely rude people. Most I'm sure aren't residents. Staff takes advantage as well. ?cheaply made cabinetry, you can see the warped faux wood over the original wood Do yourself a favor and just move anywhere else.

                    This space looks great in person too, the leasing office staff is friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend checking it out and doing a tour if you are looking for a nice place to live in the Trinity Grove area

                      If SYNC still owns the property then advice is to not move in. This property management company does not fix anything and the office team is unprofessional and lacks the skills to run a community. They send emails out a ridiculous amount due to always putting owness on the residents instead of themselves for the issues in the community.

                        Took a loop around the building to view the appearance before the tour. Property was clean and nice both inside and out. Spacious units and friendly staff! Emma and Ms. Gail were very helpful to answer all of my questions and sealed the deal for our new home!

                            I really loved this apartment when I first moved in. It has gone through 3 ownership changes and is really going downhill. Maintenance request aren't handled nearly as fast. Quality and aesthetics of the building are barely sub par and yet my rent rates reflect luxury.

                                Nice apartments, definitely feel like "Luxury" should be left out due to a lot of issues that go on around the place. Overall haven't had any issues myself to say anything less than what it is. I love my home although I feel like rent could be a bit more reasonable. Oh and Dani.. love her! She's amazing and definitely shows interest every time.

                                  Really great! Very well kept and more amenities than I had imagined. This is a very comfortable place. I'm looking forward to living here in the near future. Swimming and b.b.q. patio, conference rooms and meeting spaces, and community members events... what's not to like?

                                    This community used to be upscale/luxury, but not anymore. Many crime and safety issues (break-ins, thefts, etc.) and the gates are often broken. Key fobs don't work and access doors are left open for weeks on end. The price does not line up with the quality and I am planning on moving out.

                                      management has changed often and standards have slipped. With minimal if any improvements, the attention to detail for cleanliness slipping away, and amenities being taken away there really is t a reason to resign the lease.

                                        Management is not good! We have car break ins almost every day. Maintenance request take a long time to get fixed. We needed a new water filter for the fridge and after a few days they "fixed" it but they only reset the button for it. I knew that the filter was not replaced because I marked it just to see if they would even change it. Gates are always broken. They don't have enough security cameras.

                                            Great communication from seeing if they had availability to actually renting here. The community overall is great. Staff and neighbors are welcoming and respectful. Everytime I am taking down groceries or accessories down from my car, I always get asked for help. I like that.
