So far when moving in everything was good. I personally just recommend when moving in the first to check all appliances when getting your keys. It kind of inconvenience, especially in my case moving from another state and having worry about the other the stuff that comes with it.

poor - parking garage has trash in it - hallways are beaten up with no repairs being conducted in over 17 months - hallways smell of pot - trash being left in hallways, hallways are rarely mopped. I was told when I signed the lease that the building was being updated .... that hasn't happened

The pool is fantastic. Document everything in writing, you're going to need it. As of the last year, they've changed what's included in their maintenance fees. It is still somewhat unclear what is covered as I have yet to find it writing on the portal.

So far it's been great. We have dogs and a little one, we like to be outside, we love supporting local spots and the walkability around here is perfect. Not to mention bike lanes. We are loving exploring this area of oak cliff! The dog park could use some lights on the trees. But we love that there is a dog park within the complex And how clean it is kept. The pool is amazing. It's gorgeous it's clean it's large it's perfect for everyone and everyone seems to love it and RESPECT it! We love the community here! It's lively! It's diverse! We see no problems besides parking has been interesting!

Good location, nice kitchen, The most annoying part of living here is the EXTREMELY thin walls. Can hear everything in other units. There is no privacy whatsoever. There are cars being stolen and broken into in the gated parking garage.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Has all the amenities you could need. Spacious apartments and community spaces. Even though it's a large community, there is still plenty of space and ability to utilize the amenities like pool and gym without them being too crowded.

Its been amazing as far as the staff and office management people go. Some residents haven't quite figured things out yet, the thing I like is that management sends out warnings and fines and then they take further actions, but they keep the community safe, clean, and at the highest quality possible and that I am grateful for.

Worst Apartment Management Ever!!!

I cannot believe I have to do this. I moved into this apartment complex the WEEK the complex opened in like 2016. I was the THIRD tenant to move in and I have lived here ever since. It started out as a Lincoln Property and it changed over to a Greystone apartment a few years later. Then a little over a year ago, it changed to Sync. In the short time since Sync has taken over, my experience here has gone to the gutter. I LOVED my apartment and my experience before Sync took over. Now it is absolute hell. DO NOT move here!! As one of (if not THE) longest standing resident, I can tell you signing a lease here would be a major mistake! Everything is always broken. It takes months to repair things. The front office staff apparently hates their residents. But what really crosses the line…They LOVE finding ways to tow their own residents. It’s like they’re getting a kickback or something because they tow everyone for no reason 24/7. Recently, a friend of mine parked in guest parking (2 hours) INSIDE of our parking garage and was towed after ONE hour. When I asked them if they could help and reimburse my friend, they told me guest parking doesn’t really mean guest parking for our residents. It means guest parking for the businesses NEXT DOOR to our complex. Oh silly me! Why would anyone think the guest parking in our garage was for our guest? (Mind you, for the past SEVEN years, that has absolutely been our guest parking). It’s nonsense like that that tells me they are desperate for money and will do anything to get it. Save your mental health and your money and block out any THOUGHTS of signing a lease here. You will regret it!!

The leasing office were so welcoming and walk me through everything joining the community. But after an emergency maintenance incident happened I was persistent to receive updates and actions plans but the lack of communication ahead me to searching for maintenance and the property manager.

The experience here has been good overall. My daughters and granddaughters helped selecting this apartment . I moved in from a nursing home and my family was in control of setting things up and information was sent to my daughter instead of me. The residents that I have been around have helped me with the gates and doors when I have problems with them. My experience here has been good!

Sync at West Dallas is not only in a prime, ideal location, it is a very well organized community. Although it isn't the smallest complex, staff ensures effective procedures are incorporated that will continue to support the rapid response and care for its residents. A big part of Sync's warm, welcoming vibe is owed to the wonderful leadership of its Property Manager, Classy. Not only is she highly professional and knowledgeable, she is easy to talk to and ensures as a resident, one is taken care of.
