I love this community..The office staff is always friendly and helpful.. Abd when anything goes wrong in my apt , they're there to fix within 24hrs of submitting my work order.. It's been 2 yrs and I don't plan on going anywhere..

The location of my apartment home is very convenient to the DFW metroplex. The area is growing and new businesses are coming to the area. The amenity space is being revamped and is quite inviting. The pool is a resort style pool with nice lounge chairs and an area to grill.

Relatively close to everything in an okay neighborhood. The apartments are nice with updated appliances. The leasing staff are really nice. However, they raise rent for no reason. The maintenance crew need to do better.

Overall my experience has been good, in the unit I stay there isn't much I can complaint about. If things needs to be fix maintenance always come but the overall of the apartment building needs help. Doors and gates are not working, some cars do get broken too here and there.

Sync at West Dallas could honestly be a great place to live seeing as how it is in a great area near downtown Dallas. However, the complex has really struggled since I moved in last year. Most of the doors and gates outside do not actually lock. This creates a security risk. I have seen on multiple occasions unhoused people roaming the halls of our apartment complex. There are always constant maintenance issues with my apartment in particular. And the communication between tenants and maintenance is almost nonexistent.

I'm only writing this review as my management asked for a feedback survey and required that I fill it. This community is fairly okay for the neighborhood but has issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and minor crime.

I love living there at night on the fourth level of the garage. The view of downtown Dallas is unbelievable. I'm close to all the major highways. I've been I'm close to all the majors within highways. I've been within walking distance of downtown. within walking distance to downtown.

This community is terrible. Packages are stolen often, emergency maintenance is non existent, dog poop bags are rarely replaced, Trash is always overflowing, outside lighting has been out for months creating a safety concern.

The community is nice overall, there are a few things that need to be changed and paid more attention to like the stairwells, parking garage, and security. Especially more camera surveillance for the residents vehicles including the outside areas and the parking garage.

It seems the building is going downhill since moving in. The front desk people are nice and prompt no issue there. The hall ways smell like weed but worst on other floors..but the main issue is maintenance. Maintenance is so bad im thinking I won't renew

Its okay, there are alot of package issues, parking can be difficult, but all and all the property is an affordable roof over our heads. Our internet signal is horrible on site which may or may not be something the property can resolve.
