A great start for my daughter

My daughter is going to be a junior in the Fall and I made a trip to visit her this last weekend. We stopped to look at a few properties in the area as she is looking to live off campus. on Saturday, we had the pleasure of being toured by Cooper and he put my mind at ease for the next step in my daughter's adult life. The property was clean, well maintained and I believe my daughter is going to take no time at all making this her home away from home.

Awesome townhomes

We came into town to tour UNT and while here, my daughter and I toured a few townhome style apartments. The staff here were very welcoming and the model was clean and came fully furnished. My daughter was most excited about the pool and the resident events. We were very impressed overall. If my daughter chooses to transfer to UNT, we know that this place will be our choice.

The staff overall is great, even the maintenance. I go into the office and get greeted by my name and spoken to as if they’ve known me forever! Maintenance came into my room to fix my shower rod and even walked me through what he was doing.

No Complaints

I've lived here since August. Move-in was cool, roommates I was placed with are cool, staff is cool. No complaints. If you're a student looking for a place to live in Denton while you're in school, I would recommend 1451.

Great Student Housing

I highly recommend this community. The property is clean, well managed and conveniently located near school. The staff is friendly, responsive and truly supportive, which makes living here a great experience.

The complex is amazing and also close to campus. Alexandria was the one who helped me find the right layout and amazing roommate for the upcoming school year. She had amazing customer service and had a great attitude during the entire process.

Very Homey

I moved in 2 years ago and renewed again. The staff allowed my roommates and I decorated our apartment to make it feel more home-like! Tons of space for when we invite our friends over for game nights.

Nice property and nice people

I took my son to tour these apartments after the tour or UNT. It was a much better experience than I had many years ago at one of the "chain" complexes. The staff were super nice and the amenities were perfect for him. Five stars!!

Great Complex !

I signed up for the roommate matching because I transferred to UNT, so I didn’t know anybody. I was skeptical at first, but my roommates were cool and the move-in was smooth also. I recommend it for other transfers.

I moved in 2023 with my friends and have no complaints! Maintenance is quick and the office is friendly. They’ve picked up on their events this year, so we get a lot more free food. Glad we chose to live here.

Best Student Living in Denton!!!

Trust me, you want to live here!! I lived at another student living place prior to 1451 and I am SO glad I moved here!! I’ve never had any issues. The office staff is really nice and friendly, there’s fun community events, and maintenance is always pretty quick if you need something fixed. I would recommend this to anyone and would live here after I graduated if I could!

1451 is a great complex for college students

[Incentivized Review] The complex has a lot of spaces to study, my favorite is the e commons area located in the office. Very clean and peaceful facility, staff workers make sure you are taken care of and all your needs are met.

Great Apartments!

Great property! Well taken care of and very well managed! Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and caring to what I needed and what I was looking for. The tour guide was extremely informative and very knowledgeable about any questions that were asked! 10/10 recommend!

Best Student Living Apartments in Denton!

[Incentivized Review] I lived here all of my junior year of college and resigned for senior year as well! These are townhome style units which I like a lot better than apartments because it feels more homey. The office staff is super nice every time I come in or have a concern and maintenance is super quick to fix stuff as well. 10/10 recommend tbh!

Great place!

I stayed here my last two years of college and never had any issues. The staff is nice and always answers the phones, maintenance is quick, super nice pool. 10/10 would recommend living here to any friends!

Rocky start but definitely worth it!

I did the roommate matching thingy because I didn't have any roommates but when I moved in, it was awkward and I felt like none of them matched with me. After a month or two, we all started getting along and going to the events that 1451 put on as a household and really got become pretty cool with each other! The staff is always nice and I never really had any issues with maintenance. Now that my lease is about to end because I just graduated, I hope my next apartment complex is just like this!

Great Staff!

My daughter moved here 2 years ago and I am glad we chose 14 Fifty-One. We had a bad experience with her previous apartment, but I have no complaints here! Anytime I call the office, which I don’t have to do often, the customer service is AMAZING and I can tell that they care about their residents. Cudos to you all!

Such an incredible place to live!! If you are a student and are looking for housing, there is no other place that compares. The staff, maintenance, and property are all 10/10! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and care about their tenants.

Awesome extras

My apartment is dope! I just renewed my lease for next year! My favorite place besides my apartment is the gym. The gym at school is too busy and my apartments gym has all the stuff I need. The office really likes my cat, so I bring him in sometimes to visit. They are super pet friendly.

Great Experience!

I have lived here for two years and the only reason I’m moving is because I’m graduating this summer. The staff in the office are always really nice and helpful, maintenance gets work orders done pretty quick as well. The property is kept clean and I always felt like I had a home away from home :)

Great place to live

I moved into 1451 over the summer and have enjoyed my experience so far. The office staff is so nice and Peyton is really fun to talk to when I pick up my packages. My apartment is nice and I really enjoy the roommates I have. I highly recommend this place.

excellent!! this place is so fancy and definitely worth the money. i toured not too long ago and fell in love with the look of everything but also how upkept everything is. i can tell that management takes pride in caring for the neighborhood. stephanie is my personal favorite though so reach out to her if you need anything!!
