Let me start by saying, I am solely moving to 1451 based on Justin Days attentiveness and knowledge. He educated me on every question I could possibly think of, he was patient with all my concerns and exceeded my expectations with his service. He is a star employee. He is always on his game and seems to really enjoy his career. Thanks for all your help Justin, you’re a rockstar

I didn’t think a student living community would be this comfortable, but I must say 14 Fifty one has exceeded my expectations! The amenities, maintenance team, and office staff are all top notch! I’m super happy here!

Pay attention to negative reviews . 1451 student living is not the safest community and it has many issues. To start, 1451 has absolutely no video surveillance for its residents. There are no cameras around any of the apartment homes. This may not seem that bad given that denton is known to be a pretty safe area. However, the apartment has sent out frequent emails (one of which we received just yesterday) about an increase in home break ins, car break ins, as well as stalking. Being that we have received these emails and 1451 doesn’t have so much as a gated community, that leaves residents extremely unsafe. Not only is 1451 not the safest , but they also aren't the most affordable and the community is unkept. 1451 is now increasing their rates. There is currently a renewal offer going on where you can renew by December 17th in order to keep for same space for $720 or renew after the deadline for $750. Per the flyer sent out to residents, this renewal offer was said to “save money” , but to someone who is staying in a 4x4 that is paying less than $700 , you could imagine the frustration with having to pay more than I originally had to. Lastly, 1451 is extremely unkept. Despite having a lawn maintenance team, 1451 has so much dog feces laying around. The property is extremely unkept and despite threats last year about paying a fine for not picking up dog feces, residents still leave it laying around. 1451 also has a big pest issue. There are certain units within the community located near the dog park that are susceptible to ants and roaches. Also their maintenance team works diligently to resolve these issues , they do not make haste in doing so. It took two weeks for maintenance to respond to a pest control request as well as a maintenance request. 1451 will also neglect to tell you that alot of their items on the property malfunction consistently. Wanna throw your trash away? Sorry the compactor is broken. Wanna get some homework done? Sorry the internet is down. Wanna go chill by the pool with your friends? Sorry the pool is closed because unauthorized people were at the pool late at night and left broken glass as well as trash in the pool. Wanna go run on the treadmill? Sorry there’s only 3 available for use and two of them stop working routinely. Wanna call the office for any reason? Sorry the phones aren’t working. There’s a lot of undesirable things going on at 1451 and if you’re considering moving here , you should save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. There’s a wide variety of affordable , nice places to live in denton that wont cost you an arm and a leg and will save you the headache.

This is the best place iv ever lived! They are so understanding and helped me get my car from the towing place! I 100% recommend! I haven’t had any trouble getting in contact with management.. if you are looking for a place to stay 1451 is it!

I visited 1451 at the beginning of the year as I was looking for a place to live for my college endeavors, the staff were very nice and helpful to let me know all of the information I needed. The place seems very nice and from what I’ve heard their maintenance staff is very efficient and quick to resolve any issues!

My daughter moved in recently with her friends and I think she really loves it.. She always tells me about how easy it is to get to campus on the bus that they provide.Excited to see what this year has in store!

Pay attention to all the negative reviews. Most are very true. The property initially during the tour is beautiful, then again its a staged apartment and planned walk. However, If your a parent I assure you this is not the place you want your child. If you can get past the drug deals going down on the property, the roaches, un maintained grounds, the unclean carpet, dirty moldy kitchen, you then have another issue, communication, and lack of resident care. The first year we were sent a letter, myself co signer and the student to renew the lease and we did. The second year went to hell, we get a knock on the door at the end of the lease asking us if we can be out by 5 pm and our unit was leased. they said they contacted us but I have no documentation as the co signer in my email, messaging and my 1451 account that I signed up for. In addition, the rent was paid two months in advance well past the lease expiration date. I would think the pre-paid rent was a clue for them to their jobs and let us know the new leased needed to be signed. As a side note they did contact my son several times to have him pick up his packages in the office, now why not mention the lease??? The most irresponsible thing the Asst. Manager said to me was " We saw your son several times this year getting maintenance request, he never mentioned renewing his lease" Are you kidding????? Its your job to romance your renewals. This company as a whole is a hot mess! Avoid leasing here if you're looking for a reliable management team, customer service and the security of your child having a bed to sleep on. One more thing----- I am a Licensed Realtor, Retired from the Apartment business over 18 years, accredited ARM and CPM. I know the business well! This management lacks integrity!

I am moving in to 1451 in a month and I am counting down the days! When I toured with Kristina and learned about all the great things 1451 had to offer I knew there was no place I'd rather be. Not only are there great amenities, the community is awesome too. Driving around it is so clean and the streets and sidewalks are well maintained. As some one who has fallen many times at my old apartment because of bad sidewalks this is something I appreciate. Something else I am excited about is the Dog Park! Its not just a little patch of grass, its an actual large space with jumps and benches for both you and your pup to enjoy. I will be recommending 1451 to anyone who asks!

The pool and property are kept very clean. Management is great and leasing was easy. They rooms are very spacious as well as the common areas. One thing that I noticed is that management is very well put together and staff is hardworking

I will say that after touring 14 Fifty One I'm really impressed. I really liked the fact that the bus stop is close by, the staff seemed knowledgeable and didn't seem shady. Everything is newer and well taken care of and Kristina really made sure I didn't leave with any questions unanswered. 20/10 stars!!!!

After touring about a half dozen other properties in Denton for my college student daughter, she fell in love with this place. And after meeting the leasing staff and seeing the property in person we signed a lease. Shout out to NatM. She moved in, and could not be happier. She has great room mates and the apartment is bright and airy. This complex has an onsite courtesy officer which is very refreshing. Would highly recommend 14 Fifty-One if you plan on attending #UNT, #TWU, it's a great, safe and reasonably priced apartment homes.

Yesterday as I was attempting to open the main door with my keys I was forcefully stoped by a guest of my roommate who thought I was the intruder of my own place!! There has been times where I was told she didn't feel comfortable and unsafe because of the people I bring to the house( they're -----) yet she would have sleepovers and random people sleeping in the house.

14Fifty-One is one of the best places to live in Denton! I love how amazing my cottage looks and everything is super nice and modern! One of the best things is that we have front door parking and that the entire property is very well kept. I did not need to tour anywhere else because I knew I would get the most for my money at 1451!
