I loved living at 14fifty-one place but management is very difficult and unprofessional to deal with. I share an apartment with 3 other students and one of the students ordered unauthorized movies. Since no one confessed that they ordered over $150 worth of charges they are holding all students accountable. I do not think this is fair. They should have a better way of policing issues of this sort. Totally can't wait until my lease is up.

Yesterday I went and toured 14Fifty-One and signed my lease for next school semester. The apartment is amazing! There is lots of parking, a dog park, a beautiful pool, and business center. The inside of the apartment is huge, with everything you could possibly need in it. An apple tv in the living room, a walk-in closet, a laundry room, four huge bedrooms in mine (with 4.5 bathrooms), a marble counter top in the kitchen, and best of all to me a pantry for each individual roommate. The rent is $665 a very fair price for all that you are getting. Go 14Fifty-One!

I absolutely love living at 1451! The staff is so nice and helpful & if you have a problem within your apartment someone is quick to come out and check it out. The gym and cyber lounge is really nice. I love how there is always parking right in front of my building. They are always giving away free food and the pool is awesome. I would definitely recommend living here!

1451 is the best apartment living I have stayed at since I've been to UNT my sophmore year now that I am a senior i love my room and the balcony with the view of the amazing pool they have. Fully furnished, all bills paid, washer and dryer, the kitchen layout is beautiful with the back porches, and i appreciate the 52 in tv they gave us mounted on our wall with verizon cable/ internet wifi plus the apple tv!!!! The staff is soooo amazing that they are very helpful and understanding if you have any issues with anything especially rent!! they go out of their way for you when you need any help. the security is very helpful which means the neighbor hood is safe, parking is available for residents!! they are planing to build a kitchen for the grill area and i sooo cant wait becasue im ready to bbq. Ohh & they keeep the area very clean and spotless!!!! i lovee this place!!

14Fifty-One is the best student living here in Denton. All utilities are included, and it's very hard to go over rent. It's very nice, clean, and a great atmosphere. The staff is excellent! They attend all your needs, and make sure you're living is a great experience. I live in a 4bed 4bath apartment, and my roommates are pretty cool as well. They did a great job on matching. The only thing I might say is that I wish the kitchen area was a bit bigger. Other than that, the rooms are a nice size, the bathroom and closet are a good size as well.

14 Fifty-One is a great place to live. I definitely think it is the best student living complexes in Denton. All the amenities are included and the staff is always so friendly. There is a bus that takes you to campus which is very convenient. The maintenance is always on top of things and fixes things quickly. I always feel safe and comfortable on the premises. The cottages are built to feel very home-y. The rooms are spacious and comes with your own bathroom and walk in closets.

14Fifty-One apartments are great! Each cottage and town home is built beautifully. Each room comes with it's own bathroom and walk in closet and there's even a guest half bathroom downstairs! Staff is awesome and are willing to work with any problems you may have. Maintenance is always on top of things and gets things fixed quickly! Overall, a fantastic place to live for the money.

1451 is the best student living available in Denton. It's brand new and beautiful. Our houses, bathrooms and closets are very spacious. They allow pets and have a dog park. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. I would recommend this to all students that don't want to worry about lots of bills because 1451 gives you everything you need.

Best student living apartments in Denton. The staff makes you feel like more than just a resident but more like a friend. They take care of any issues that I might have. They have made living here the best experience so far. Being here makes me feel like I'm at home. I wouldn't mind stay here until I graduate. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the perfect place. From the clubhouse to the pool, everything is anything short of amazing!

14Fifty-one is one of the best and nicest apartments I've resided at. I recommend this complex to everyone. maintenance is really quick and can fix anything handed to them. I live in a great spot close to the pool which is awesome during the summer always a bunch of people hanging out. Neighbors are great we have a really close community on our side of the apartment complex. Random roommate selection was right on point made a really great friend and was super pleased with what the staff chose. Sign up today you wont regret it!!!!!

14 Fifty- One is the nicest student living complex in Denton. The property is relatively small so there is a large sense of community. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. I thoroughly enjoy living here and would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in a great community.
