Incredible Student Living Opportunity!

I’ve lived at this community for a couple of years now, and it has been an outstanding experience. I’m normally not the one to go somewhere and write a review, but this place has it all. Outstanding maintenance, incredible staff and management who go out of their way to ask about your day, really good amenities, and the sizes of the apartments are great! The modern style living is second to none!

Awesome environment

This is a awesome environment to be apart of. I'm been here for a few months since I'm going to school in Denton and it's been wonderful. When there was a small issue it they handled it fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you're looking for a apartment outside of campus.

Amazing!!!

1451 is by far the best choice for student housing in Denton. Me and my roommates have loved it ever since we have stepped foot in the office to take a tour. The office staff and maintenance are always happy to help! 10/10 recommend!

1451 Best Denton Apartment

1451 has GREAT apartments and AMAZING amenities! The apartments give off a modern/minimalistic aesthetic.As far as amenities go, their pools are always clean and very well maintenanced and they had a very well equipped gym for all your exercise needs!

I toured here but they have a waitlist. I mean, I get why there's a waitlist after touring this place. There wasn't a single person in the office that didn't talk to me and I even met a maintenance guy on the tour and got to ask him questions (and maintenance is one of my concerns). I just hope i get the call

Review

I have really enjoyed living in 1451 apartments. The management has been super helpful. They answer and come to you when needed. The courtesy officer always answers calls and is super helpful. I’m glad I picked here to live

Love It!

It has been a great experience to live here! I came from an apartment complex that showed me a perfect model but moved into something completely different...That's not the case here. Everything was nice and clean when I moved in and haven't had any issues!

Fun environment!

I am super happy that I chose to live here. I always have a good experience when I visit the office. They absolutely love my little fur baby when I am able to bring him in. When I put in work orders, they get done in a timely manner and the maintenance guys are great with my fur baby too. Extremely pet friendly.

BEST STUDENT APT

It's a really safe and quiet community & one of the best student living apt so far! Everything about this place is amazing & the staff is really cooperative and helpful too!!! It feels like my second home ??

Good place

My son lives at 1451. It was a rocky start because we were new to the idea of "Student Living" but the staff did a great job at explaining everything to us. Andy hasn't complained and seems to enjoy it there because now we see him less at home... and I am not complaining about that.

Good Roommate Matching

My friends and I just moved in in August and I have only had minor problems but those problems we fixed quickly. We only had 3 roommates when we toured so, we had to do their roommate matching system. I was skeptical at first but now, our roommate is considered a part of the friend group. Wouldn't want it any other way. Good Job, 1451.

I Don't Want To Leave!

I've lived here since my sophomore year and will graduate in May. Living here was one of the best choices i've made because it enhanced my college experience. The staff is nice, the events they have are fun (I love when they bring the food truck lol) and I don't have to pay to park on campus because they have a bus shuttle! They set the standard for my next apartment when I graduate.

Great place, great people

I moved into 1451 in 2022, and have loved it! I live in a four-bedroom home, which is so spacious. The design is really nice, and the furniture that the apartment comes with is great. This includes an Apple TV, couch, chairs, beds, and more. The people who work here all SO nice, and very helpful. The area feels safe, and the amount of space is great. The kitchen in particular lets multiple people cook at once and is even good for hosting. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment complex, so transport remained easy. Overall, I super recommend this place.

Great property.

14Fifty-One is a great property. Our son lived there a couple of years ago while in college. We were very impressed with the level of knowledge and care the staff provided. When our son had minor concerns in his unit, maintenance addressed the concerns timely and professionally. We highly recommend this property as our experience was great!

Love these apartments!!

This place is top tier student living! From their amazing management, to their quick and efficient maintenance, and their spacious units. You will love everything about living here, as I have. Love Love This Place !

This apartment is so beautiful inside and out! I always felt so at home being here. I had no problems with noise or other disturbances. This is an apartment complex that you really can feel safe in. If you’re looking for a place to feel comfortable after your long day in class or after your work shifts, 14-fifty one is amazing and i’d pick this place everytime.

This place ROCKSS!!!

14Fifty-One Student Living is by far the best apartment complex in Denton! When I first moved in, the staff was so enthusiastic and welcoming! This apartment complex has such a nice modern style look that really feels like luxury for a college student! One of the features I love about 14 Fifty-One is that a lot of their units have half baths downstairs. This is amazing for when you have guests over and you'd like to keep your bedroom private and secluded! The divided pantry spaces for each roommate is something I didn't realize would be so beneficial! I love how safe I feel in the community with our courtesy officer always on standby. The complex is always well kept and has interactive things for the residents to enjoy. The staff at the front office, specifically the project manager Kimeyon, is sooooooo awesome!! Any problem or concern I had, she was very attentive and reassuring that all my needs are desired!! I would 10/10 recommend 1451!

I have been with 1451 for 2 years now and I throughly enjoy all the perks, amenities, and most importantly the amazing staff up front. Shawn was very attentive with me in regards to answering all my questions, reassuring me about any concerns, and being quick on his feet to provide me quick service retrieving my package. Shawn was very friendly and I can see adds to the friendly and welcoming culture of 1451!

This is a great living community for college students! It’s very close to TWU and UNT which is great as well because it’s not a struggle to get to campus. Also the community itself is really nice. Compared to another student living community I’ve resided in, this one is a lot more quiet and clean. I would recommend this housing community to any student looking for somewhere to stay off campus!

Great leasing office and maintenance staff. All of the amenities are things I regularly use and I don't feel like I'm paying for a lot of extra stuff that I won't use. I've really enjoyed my unit the past two years and would definitely recommend 14 Fifty-One to a fellow college student.

I miss living @1451! ?? I graduated and moved away. My apartment was spacious, friendly staff, and the little giveaways the office planned for the residents. I wish my current apartment offered the same quality amenities.
