I have lived at 14Fifty-One since last summer and it is phenomenal! The pool is huge and there is a volleyball area in the pool! Plus my apartment is gorgeous and my roommates that I was matched with are the best friends I could ask for! I love the office staff, they are always super friendly when I stop in to drop off my rent check! I live in a 4 bedroom and for a first time student who didn't have furniture 14Fifty-One is definitely the place to be, cause it feels so luxurious! BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!

I have lived at 14Fifty-One since August and I love it here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Denton. I live in the 4 bedroom floorplan and the office matched my roommates & I get along great with everyone. The staff is always super friendly and maintenance does a great job!

I have lived here since 14FiftyOne has opened and my experience has been great. The spacious apartments are well built and modern and I enjoy living here. I like taking my dogs to the on-site dog park so they can run around. The maintenance guys always take careof any issues that come up. I will definitely be signing another lease here.

I love living at 14Fifty-One. The staff is super friendly and the grounds/ facilities are kept pristine. I found my roommates randomly and they did a great job of mathing us up!

1451 has a great environment. The facilities are impressive and the rooms have an adequate amount of space within them. There are many priviledges included such as having a bolted lock on your room door, a washer and dryer inside your apartment and having an ample amount of kitchen/living room space. As far as safety, I feel comfortable because there is an officer who lives in the apartments and when needed he becomes on duty. Overall I highly recommened these apartments to any student living in the Denton area.

Love living at 1451! Each unit is different and they give you tins of space so you can actually live unlike dorms where it feels like a jail cell.

I really like the feeling that these apartments give their residents. The feeling of living your own home and this neighborhood is really nice. The rooms are a good size and the busses that pick you up right in front to take you to campus are very convenient. -Gunnar Jones

When I decided to check out 14Fifty-One the staff had great attitudes and were helpful. I loved how the apartment they showed me looked exactly what I moved in to. Some places will show you one and then you move in completely shocked on how it isn't what they showed you. The pool is huge and has a nice sitting area with grills. The workout area is all nice new equipment too! By that area is computers for us to use as well with printing. I love my 4X4.5 place! The rooms are a great size and you have a walk-in closet. The kitchen is nice and big. Everyone gets their own individual cabinets to fill up too. I am definitely happy living here! :)

I've only lived here for a couple weeks so far, but I like it a lot. Maintenance is quick to come by and fix things you've requested, and the staff is friendly. Only issue is hearing loud cars come by at night and early in the morning, it just depends on where your unit is.

I have lived at this apartment complex for two years now, and easily see myself renewing next year. The staff here treats you like you are one of the family and they are more like friends than they are employees. They always cater to any need or concern that a resident may have, and are friendly whilst coming to a reasonable solution. The only complaint I would have, is not enough visitor parking, and the fact that they tow visitor cars all too often. I've personally known at least six of my friends to have their cars get towed for a fee of 250+ dollars. Other than that, everything about the apartment complex is great! Very beautiful and very affordable. There are plenty of amenities and everything seems very new. I love living here and it seems very safe and very quiet. Probably one of the best apartment offerings in Denton. The only problem I have with it is that there aren't many visitor parking spots, but I understand that it's probably kept that way to keep the complex safe and orderly. Overall it's perfect for me!

14Fifty-One is easily the best place to live! It's rent is affordable and it's very close to campus. Not only is it close to campus but the DCTA bus stops at 14Fifty-One so there's no need to walk far from your townhouse in order to catch the bus. There's also a 24hr gym for residents only, in case you're the type of person who likes to work out late or early in the morning. My four personal favorite things about my building is the 4 bed/4.5 bath. Townhouse come fully furnished, granite countertops, and our Verizon FiOS internet.

This place is so clean, and I really like my floor plan. The main complaint is that 14fiftyone says you get certain amenities and they do not deliver on that. I didn't get Apple TV even though it says so in our Student Living newspaper. There hasn't been a lot of noise so far and I'm quite content. So far, I like living here.

I've been the courtesy officer at 14 Fifty-One since August of 2013. The staff has been exceptional and the students have been exemplary. I've lived at other student housing properties and 14 Fifty-One is above and beyond the rest. What makes this property different than the rest is easily the staff. They are always helpful and available to address problems and issues that may arise. The property is well kept, clean and is one of the newer student housing properties in Denton.

The property is really nice it's not even a year old. I lived here when it first opened and everything was fine the first 6 months while they were trying to get their residents to sign on for another year providing $150 gift card incentives. However once January hit we started receiving bills for electrical overages, etc from previous months. Each month I was charged an additional $25-$40 to my already high $700 rent. Upon move out I was charged for carpet cleaning and painting before I even moved out of my unit. I spoke to Shannon whom was very unhelpful and not understanding. I would not recommend 1451 there are much more affordable living in Denton. The staff of the apartments seem to prioritize increasing their earnings by nickel and diming you over the satisfaction of there residents.

I love this place, good size rooms, a personal bathroom and space to breathe. It isn't far from UNT and if you don't have a car a bus comes around every 30 minutes to take you around. Definitely recommend.
