I am sad to be moving out this summer! I have absolutely loved everything about 14Fifty-One and will really miss the community since my new "big girl" job is moving me to East Texas! The staff is always so sweet when I come to the office and Maintance always finishes my work orders super fast. This has been the best living experience I've had in Denton and I would recommend anyone to live here.

I was looking for apartments near my school and was told about 1451. The staff is awesome. Brian was helpful in answering all of my questions. 1451 is on the top of my list.

I love living here. I was concerned about people using the pool that do not live here. Recently I've noticed the office members checking the pool to make sure this does not happen so the pool can stay open for residents. 10/10 would recommend

We were hanging out at the pool and our friend who is a resident went back to her apartment and two girl staff members came and asked us to leave. They even brought out a "courtesy officer" to escort us out. It was ridiculous. We were just hanging out quietly. Staff member's name was ------- I think, very unprofessional, very inconsiderate 10/10 would fire.

These apartments are very nice. I've taken a tour with them and I was very impressed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are dedicated to making everyone feel like they are welcomed. I really appreciated that. I definitely recommend these apartments!

The staff is amazing and plan great things for the residents to get involved in. Also the maintenance staff gets to work order promptly. Chicken and pancakes and grocery bingo are my favorite activities that we have done so far. I have enjoyed my 2 years thus far.

If you are looking for an all inclusive apartment, with great staff that works with you, excellent facilities for tenants, excellent maintenance crew, and overall a luxury apartment without the luxury price. 1451 is for you. I am going to enter my 3rd year of renewal, and honesty couldn't look anywhere else with all ammenities you can ask for.

it is way too expensive for a Stillwater apartment. you pay an outrageous amount for rent for what? maintence takes their time on fixing your things. they charge you for pointless stuff when you move out. and the management isn't very nice. you might as well move into Apple creek or aspen heights and pay less money while getting the same amenities. I fully regret moving in here.

From the moment you walk through the doors you're instantly drawn in by professional leasing consultants who know how to do their jobs. Management is so friendly and willing to help out when you need something ! I appreciate the energy and positive environment by each and everyone here ! From the full amenities to the fully furnished town homes/cottages , 14/fifty one definitely knows the atmosphere to provide for a college student. Parents don't have to worry about being concerned with safety of their child because the officer stays onsite works for DPD. The fact that I have somewhere to always print is also a plus ! Out of everything this is the way to "Make College Memories" !

1451 is the best apartment complex I've ever stayed at. I have never had an issue with the staff. They are amazing. And they make living here an amazing experience. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to live here.

One of the best places for a student to live in Denton. I've only lived for a short time but it's really nice. Maintenance is very good and prompt. The Ebony is really nice and helpful too. I've only experienced a two real problems here: noise and management coming into the apartment. Often at night I hear students going to and from parties/bars and it can be pretty annoying when I'm trying to sleep. Also management will come into the apartment to inspect it and check locks and what not and they don't always give notice about it and it's kind of annoying.

My daughter lives here and I feel so comfortable with her first off-campus apartment. We visited several complexes and by far, this is the best. The staff is professional, attentive and courteous. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Most importantly, I feel like she will be safe.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone who has any friends. There are probably 15 visitor parking spots for the whole complex. Additionally, a towing company drives around and tows students cars if they park in one of the one hundred empty parking spots. It's a $200 charge to get your car out. After visiting a friend at her complex, I never want to live there.

Nice apartments but horrible living conditions. Unless you can deal with constant partying and noise everyday of the week then don't live here. I came outside one morning to find someone passed out in the bed of my truck. Not to mention the vomit that is all over the sidewalks and porches. The management never does anything about noise complaints so don't bother. The pool is really nice but you'll never get a chance to use it because random people who don't even live there are using it. Management does not care because they want it to be a party scene to attract people.

The units and grounds are exceptionally nice especially for student living. However, when there is a concern or problem the staff handles it in a rude and immature manner. If you have a maitenence issue management fail to resolve the problem even though the maitenence men are fabulous workers. Concerns usually take a long time for them to fix. Once you have a concern the staff tend to treat you differently for it. I would recommend these apartments if the staff were different.

The apartments are nice but the appliances are sooo cheap. my roommates and I went home for Christmas break so we turned the air off and got charged $60 EACH because "emergency heating" came on. Also if you do not put every single little scratch on your move in sheet, they will charge you for EVERYTHING even if it was like that before you moved in. It's college students so expect lots of parties where they are loud until 3 am and when you call the cops, they don't do anything. Oh and have I mentioned 14fiftyone pays their residents to write positive reviews on here? Save your money and find another apartment.

I love 14Fifty-One! I've lived here for a year and a half. It's been wonderful. They've taken care of me and my 3 roommates very well. The staff is super friendly and diligent. Whenever, if ever, there's a problem maintenance comes and handles things quickly and sufficiently.

It's new so it's still nice Pros: Clean Appliances are nice Own rooms with everything (bath) Cons: Students work here (catty and rude) They pay for their reviews So loud don't expect to get sleep on fri-sun night Paper thin walls Verizon will intentionally slow down internet Trash builds up and sits Appliances aren't great Student living sucks, it's loud and living with other people you don't know isn't great. This place just tries to put a pretty facade over that to get you to ignore it. I'm not resigning my lease here it's overpriced and am not impressed at all.
