So the apartments themselves are nice and they're upkept really well but the staff is honestly sooooooo annoying, I have lived at these apartments going on two years now. I swear to god in the month of February alone they have been in my apartment 3 different times and they're literally supposed to come again this week like they are really up your --- here at all times. They come for inspections so they can look at your stuff early and charge you for it now so that when you move out they can charge you for it again and they loooooove to charge you for any little thing and you have to have a whole endless back and forth with management to get them to not charge you for ---- you didn't do. They also give you ridiculous windows for when theyre gonna come and they expect you to have your pets up when they do come, like they said they were gonna do fire sprinkler inspections two different weeks and the first week they didn't come at all and then the next week they said they were gonna come between tuesday and friday at any time during their open hours. Like I have never put in a maintenance request at this apartment but I know all of the maintenance staff cause they are in my home so often. Also when you move out they charge you for every little thing. Make sure to put on your inventory and condition paper about the carpet pulling up or any little scuff cause they will charge you for a whole new carpet even when there was nothing wrong with yours and when you move in the first day you'll see that the carpet is already pulling up and gets everywhere cause its ---- carpet. Like the apartment would be great if they could just calm down and be out of your business but they can't and its not worth it because it's seriously the most annoying thing

I have enjoyed living at 1451! I will be leaving at the end of my lease only because I am graduating!! I have referred several of my friends to live here over the years and will continue to send people here. This is a student property and from time to time it can get a little noisy. Maintenance is awesome! The office staff has been very helpful when I had issues with my roommate. It took some time but they were able to get the issue resolved.

The walls are extremeley thin, so not only can you here everything in your own house and I mean everything. You can also hear everything in the house connected to yours since this is duplex style housing. I hate living here. The insulation is terrible so you'll get charged electrical overages all the time since the air conditioner or heater will be running pretty much all the time. They will tow your/your guests car even if you do everything right. And roommate matching is a joke. You will get paired with someone who doesn't match your profile at all. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. I just wish it didn't cost so much to get out earlier. One good thing, maintenance is amazing. They come very quickly and they are always so kind. The staff is nice in the office but that doesn't cure the issues.

I'm living at 1451 for the first time this semester and it's been awesome! The apartments are so spacious and affordable. Move in was super easy, and so was leasing. The employee (Peyton?) was really helpful and I'll definitely be renewing my lease.

I recently moved into 1451. From the beginning, move-in day was well organized and my apartment looked brand new! Nearing 2 months of me being here I have no complaints. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is quick to complete my requests. I have recommended 1451 to friends and classmates for the upcoming semesters. 1451 is easily the best student living complex in Denton!

This is my first apartment and I'm so glad I choose 14Fifty-One! The maintenance guys are amazing and fix most of the work orders the same day! My friends live at other properties and complain about the maintenance all the time. Definitely recommend this place!!

Very friendly staff, great location (Close to UNT, TWU, & The square), A beautiful pool area, and the maintenance team is always very efficient. The apartments look very modern and newly built, I have loved living here.

I loved 1451 so much! I lived there for 2 years and had absolutely no regrets at all. It was a great transition for moving from a dorm to an apartment after my freshman year. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious, and the carpet is very soft! I wouldn't have wanted to live anywhere else while at college! 10/10 would recommend!

I have lived at 1451 for over a year now and plan on continuing to live here for my remaining college experience. The staff and maintenance is always very responsive and helpful to any of my needs. Being a college student it is very convenient that the bills are all-inclusive and the location is so close to campus. I would reccomend 1451 to anyone I meet.

1451 is such a great place to live. The atmosphere is amazing and they make a lot of effort when it comes to roommate matching. Made me feel right at home when I moved to Denton. The amenities like the work out room, pool, and game room are the nicest I've seen. As a woman, I feel 100% comfortable walking to the gym at night.

1451 was a great place to go and visit and hopefully I'll be able to stay there the staff was very helpful and polite I meet some of the maintenance guys and they told me if I had any problems I can contact them I was just a great experience and it's not too far from campus they even provide visitors passes for parking and I think it's just great. They do everything to help your living situation to be the best and I just can't say enough about it. There was this great site manager greeted me personally so I thought that was pretty cool she came out of her office and say hello and even the front people at the desk they are even great as well I called and contact them several times and they answered all my questions it's just a very pleasant and clean place to be

I am so excited to live at 1451 in the fall. The pool is amazing and the apartment is so pretty. The bus stop is out front so I'm saving money and taking that to class. Everyone was so nice when I went to look too.

This apartment complex is awesome because you feel like you are living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. They have a variety of floor plans to choose from so you can get exactly what you want. The maintenence is amazing because they are out to fix what you need the same day! Highly reccomended for student living!

I absolutely love 14Fifty-One! The apartments are spacious and luxurious. When they say that in their advertisements, they really mean it. PLUS everything is actually included in the rent. So you literally don't have to pay extra for anything. There is a $35 cap included and all of the appliances are eco-friendly, so there are almost never any overages. There is real granite in the common area and stainless steel appliances that are to die for. I'm personally a fan of the cottages because they feel like an actual house and not an apartment. Compared to other student living places that are the true apartment style and cottages too (Forum, Republic, Midtown, Casket Rock, Courtyards, etc.,), 1451 has them beat hands down, especially when it comes to management. The office is always willing and ready to help when you walk in. The Leasing Manager Randi is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met, and you can tell that she truly cares about the residents, and she's great at handling roommate issues. The Property Manager Kimeyon is also super helpful, it's very rare to find a property manager that actually comes to the resident events and enjoys interacting with us residents. Oh and the resident events are amazing! Wine glass decorating, breakfast at night, taco tuesday, and the list goes on! I actually like going in to the office just to talk to the staff about their days. Meghna toured me and we actually became friends because she's so cool, and they have new faces in there, but they are just as qualified and helpful as the people who I have known since day one. They used to have a girl named Kali who was like my favorite person to talk to, but she moved I think. Maintenance is also great, they come in almost immediately if not the day after I put in a request. All in All a great place to live. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Me and my friends enjoyed our visit to the 14Fifty-One Apartments, and we look forward to living there in the upcoming fall semester. Acha, our leasing agent and one of the staff members, was a huge factor in us making our decision to sign with this apartment. He provided us with a great tour, and answered all of our questions with ease. I would recommend anyone to lease with the 14Fifty-One apartments because their staff treats you as family, as well as the community.

The best student apartment in the Denton area. Me and my friends took a tour and everything was great. The first time we toured, we had a great experience mainly because of the staff. From the rooms to the pool area, the apartment complex looked great. My leasing agent, Acha, was very helpful when touring and provided great customer service.

These people are awful. We lived there for a semester and left. The staff is rude and they constantly gossip about their tenants. They harass tenants over parking and using the pool. They are slow to respond over maintenance issues and have an overall patronizing attitude. They even rolled their eyes when they thought I wasn't looking! Their security guard is shady - spends way too much time conversing with female tenants and staff!

This is my first year living at 1451 and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. All of the staff are super friendly and they give great customer service to their residents. The apartments themselves have a modern, feels-like-home vibe to it. It's more of a home to me than an apartment. Also, I've yet to have a bad experience with my neighbors. They have been nothing but friendly.

This is my first year at 14Fifty-One and so far I have not been let down. They are great about making sure pertinent information is relayed to the residents. The units are spacious and the atmosphere of the housing as a whole is welcoming and well kept. One of the staff members named Brian is really nice and knowledgeable. He always greets you with a smile, and has a willing attitude. Any time I have a question I can count on getting a direct answer from him.

I was recommended by a friend to take a look at these apartments for my daughter. We visited the property and took a tour with Meghna. She was very thorough during the tour and answered all of our questions regarding the leasing process. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to leasing.
