I really love the apartments and the overall living experience, but the maintenance service definitely needs improvement. Requests are not handled in a timely manner, and communication is lacking. I’ve had work orders marked as complete even though no one ever came to fix the issue. For my last request, I had to call the office every day for a week before someone finally showed up. Each time I called, I was told someone would come out, but there were no updates and no follow-through.

I love my apartment, but the fire alarm goes off constantly which affects stress level, pets, and sleep. People also do not pick up after their pets and there are several scary big dogs living here. Also bathtub water does not get hot and I was told there is no fix. Shower gets hot though so it's strange.

Good neighborhood and professionnal Management team. Good maintenance team. I will suggest to make sure that the residents who own dogs clean up the ereas where the dogs defecate or urinate, as this some time happens right at the entrance to the gate. Regards

I absolutely love living at Auxo at Memorial. I’ve been a resident for over 11 years, and it truly feels like home. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and the staff has always been supportive and responsive. The location is great, and the atmosphere makes you feel safe and valued as a resident. I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else.

The leasing office is amazing and responds promptly to all questions or concerns. I have witnessed major transitions since moving there in 2021! Female leaders are necessary. I will recommend my friends or anyone who is looking for a safe space.

We have been there for about 6 years, and we have seen multiple management groups. So far, the current team is the best. The pool has been maintained better, and the parking, the corridors, and the landscape area are cleaner.

The move in process was a major hassle. Especially with their pet screening process bc my dog is an emotional support animal. Greystone uses way too many 3rd party platforms. One for your application, one for income verification which they stringently check, one for pet screening, one for the security gates, one for paying your rent and tons of others that send u promotional offers. Its ridiculous!

This is the worst place I’ve lived in. Only did it to save money but I much rather pay higher rent for better service. The maintenance is horrid, the staff answers the phone super rude, they lied about the apartment appearance when we first moved, everything breaks down, they didn’t even bother to clean properly after the previous resident, the carpet was infested with fleas, there’s dog pee everywhere in the hallways and mailroom. I could continue and I’ve only lived here 3 months.

Noise Complaints: We’ve received notice of multiple noise complaints, though we believe these have been misattributed to our unit. Our household maintains a quiet lifestyle, typically going to bed by 9:00 PM due to early work schedules. We also have camera footage that reflects our routine. Despite this, we’ve felt that our efforts to address the situation have not been acknowledged, and that complaints from neighboring tenants have been taken at face value without further investigation. Management Communication: There have been a few misunderstandings and miscommunications that have added to our concerns. For example, when my partner (who is listed on the lease) contacted the office, staff seemed unaware of his status as a leaseholder. In other conversations, I’ve been described as “nasty and rude,â€� which I respectfully disagree with, as I’ve only had two brief calls with the office. My intention has always been to seek clarification, especially when the nature of the noise complaints was unclear and we were trying to determine how to resolve the issue. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding pet registration. We’ve never hidden the fact that we have a dog—our decision to move here was based in part on the community’s pet-friendly policies. I’ve retained emails confirming that management was aware of our pet from the beginning, and to date, we have not seen any outstanding balances related to pet rent or deposits. Maintenance Concerns: While we appreciate the efforts of the maintenance team, several issues have required repeated visits and temporary fixes before being fully resolved. This has occasionally disrupted our schedule and added to the overall frustration. Request: Given the combination of repeated misunderstandings, misattributed complaints, and the general breakdown in communication, Tammy has advised that we will not be offered a new lease with Auxo. This is unfortunate, as we had enjoyed aspects of living here. Despite the misunderstandings we were hopeful to sign a new lease at Auxo, and now I feel that there is unnecessary tension that will prevent that.

I have been living at this apartment complex for a while now and my experience has been pretty average — not terrible, but definitely not great. The only real standout here is the maintenance team. They are consistently fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which I really appreciate. The location is also a plus — it is close to the city and more affordable than living downtown, and the pool area is nice and well kept. That said, there are quite a few downsides that make living here frustrating. Security is a major issue. There are no cameras in the parking lot or hallways and no on site security of any kind. Vehicles are broken into regularly and I worry about mine every single night. On top of that, packages are constantly being stolen from doorsteps, and since there is no surveillance, the leasing office cannot do anything about it. The gates to the complex are almost always broken, which makes the idea of a gated community pretty meaningless. The hallways are often dirty and smell like smoke because residents ignore the lease rules and nothing is done to address it. Overall, my time here has been just okay. I do not love it and I definitely do not feel safe. If you are considering moving in, it is worth weighing these issues carefully before making a decision.

Overall it’s been pleasant experience. However, since the management been changing so much there has been a lack of communication and lack of avalabiloty of the maintenance team. I think the maintenance team has been approving. I would like to see better communication from the front office.

I love Auxo at Memorial. I am happy with my choice. Rent is amazing given the high quality of the community. Friends and family are constantly amazed by the price point given the amenities. 10 out of 10

No security it's a free-for-all
My experiences I get to work two jobs to afford this crappy apartment and I get to come to my truck to find it's been broken into because the front Gates always open what's the point of having a gate if it's never closed anyways look to live somewhere else unless if you enjoy having to pay out of pocket for thieves coming in and basically robbing you

Great location. Great floor plans. Quick responses on maintenance issues. The maintenance teams quickly fixes items. I love that some basic items are provided, such as lightbulbs and refrigerator filters. The option to rent a storage area on my floor is great as well. Highly prefer this apartment to my last one. Highly recommend.

I am happy with the experiences in the community. The only thing that I really have a complaint about is the way people drive in the parking garage. There’s posted signs that say slow down people drive at speed that are dangerous in and out of the parking garage. I have almost been hit more than once not just in my vehicle but walking to try to get into the apartment units through the mailbox area. I don’t understand why these people are in such a big hurry to get in and out of here!

Nothing good to say. Lease policies are not enforced and neighbors do as they please. Mechanic work in the parking lot, smoke week in hallways parties all night. Entrance gate is always broken, anyone can come in.

Worst especially with WATER BILL several hundred dollars + that no one wants to resolve but blame the city otherwise. No one will provide accurate information or calculation & will not refund water bill due to incorrect info. BEWARE & AWARE!!!

Office staff is nice & professional . Maintenance is kool, it’s just the one guy messing up the work orders . My neighbors are quiet but their guest like to steal packages . Garage is nasty , permanent mouse problem

Excellent service and outstanding maintenance; I was able to see the apartment the day I was moving, so, I founded smaller than the apartment model and need some changes like diswasher and washer/dryer machine; the floor it does not looks good but with a carpet ut would be better.Out of that I am making room for an smaller dining set and feels right in my home. Love it and think I would recomend this property to other people. I believe I did the right choice by moving over here and its very convenient to go anywhere in Houston.

lease is hard to get out off even when i have a job offer in another state, i was still told i still have to pay 2500 early termination fee. no consideration for reasonable termination of lease . A neighbor put her trash on my door, staff refused me a meeting with that person.
