Residents are nice and keep to themselves for the most part. There are times when the gates and doors are not working and have to be propped open so that residents can get in, however that has allowed thieves and homeless in, which has made it feel unsafe. These concerns have been brought up to management multiple times in email with a request for follow up, but I have never heard back. I have requested cameras in the hallways or a parcel box service, but have been told that they will hopefully get something. Garages and walkways have been dirty since no one is following the trash valet service instructions.

Alex has made my move in process very easy! She’s very knowledgeable about the property and although I had lots of questions she didn’t seem annoyed by it. She was always happy to help! She’s really nice and takes her job very seriously.

I really love my apartment. The only downfall is that the halls are always so dirty and smelly, and the garage as well, I always see mouse running around. I once had a mouse problem in my apartment which it was I problem I have never had at another apartment complex where I payed way less than here. I got pest control sent but didn’t really made a difference. We used glue traps and got 3 rats out. I think the main problem was the that when we moved in our dryer didn’t work and after almost two month later we got it replaced. The conduct was ripped and we didn’t notice until we saw the mouse running around. We placed a ticket but we ended up using isolated tape to fix the conduct.

3 Stars. Staff could an attitude adjustment. Maintenance is very unprofessional. Management needs to have better communication. The fact that they can send rent reminders, but not important information. (beryl…) you guys suck at it and need to do better like yesterday . We pay too high of rent for y’all to suck at communicating.

The grounds and the unit is beautiful and spacious. They did not cut any corners when they renovated the complex. And the location is really convenient. Our leasing agent did provide us with some inaccurate information before moving in and has been slow to take care of a few of our questions. Overall we are very happy with our living situation. The parking can be a bit of a hassle at times but overall it’s bearable and not a deal breaker. You do have to follow up with the leasing office quite a bit to get them to take care of your concerns though. Maintenance was very quick to respond. I put in a request at medium level of concern and it was fixed in less than 3 days and in only one trip.

I have not been here long enough to form a real option for the property. But so far so good. I do feel that all units should be upgraded to the highest standards and not just a selected few. That way every tenet has the same luxuries.

Not good the first year, management changed about three times in one year, with highs and lows on maintenance orders, sometimes they got late response, sometimes quick, not stable at all for these two years

Last summer my ac completely broke, it took them over two months to get it fixed after they simply added Freon, finally they had to replace the whole unit because it was determined that the unit was broken. i was not compensated in anyway for being without ac for almost 2 months. I have also been attempting to get them to fix my dryer after all they do is clean the vent and it is still not drying properly, requiring several cycles to dry even the smallest of loads. The dryer has yet to be repaired or replaced.

I've been in the community for a month. I've noticed that the trash piles up. The evening security guard sleeps in his car. The halls are dirty and smell like trash. Oh, a homeless man was roaming the halls. We've seen rats in the garage. My maintenance requests have not been attended to.

I hate this place and can’t wait to get out. There’s always trash and boxes piled high in the parking garage, there’s hardly spots to park, they give out all these rules but don’t enforce them. This place is a joke. Been dealing with a crappy A/C from day one move in. The list goes on.

They take care of us. Been here for many years and it’s home to us. Convenient to restaurants and other day to day locations. Been thru many managers but Tammie and Monica are amazing. Also Nicole and other fabulous staff

highway noise, they lied to me about where was located the apartment I knew until I moved, there were so issues when I moved related to maintenance, no water in the shower. it was fixed after a couple days.

It’s a nice property. It’s pretty big so I see why its kind of hard to keep the place up… But I got in on a good monthly rate and i now see WHY it was so affordable…but overall it’s a nice property and location for the RIGHT price.

Settled for this apartment because I was looking for something fast and this is what I get. Basic make ready wasn’t done to my apartment even when I was told it was vacant many days prior to moving in. Brought the concerns to the office & only fixed 1 thing. I’m just waiting now to the end of my lease

There’s no a safety complex, the car gate and pedestrian gates are open permanently, you can find the corridors dirty every day, for any maintenance I have to wait 1 or two weeks, I think that the staff could do better.

Auxo has amazing floor plans,the management team is attentive and tenant service requests are handled in a timely manner. The property is the definition of convenience and accessibility if traveling within the city. Parking is conveniently located on the same level that you live on.The maintenance team is visible throughout the property . Overall I am satisfied with my stay here and would stay another year.

Learn to communicate with residents. Make haste on urgent matters. Have some type of urgency when residents are reporting request such as their a/c unit not working in the mid of summer - or at a minimum notify residents of how soon they will be attended if there are delays with maintenance requests.

During my tour, I was assisted by Heidy, who provided exceptional honesty and transparency. She personalized the experience by making me feel valued and understood. Her genuine approach added a refreshing touch to my overall tour. Aside from Heidy, I was also assisted by Nicole and Monica, who also offered excellent service with no hesitation. They answered all my questions and concerns, when Heidy was busy assisting other possible tenants. Auxo at Memorial offers a wide range of amenities, catering to different lifestyles and needs, from recreational facilities to communal spaces. There's definitely something for everyone, including your furry babies. Not to mention , the property's location adds another layer of appeal, offering convenience and accessibility. However, I am encountering a minor setback during my stay. The noticeable smell in the hallways detracts slightly from a positive impression. It doesn’t overshadow the overall experience, but it's an aspect that can be improved. I understand that they offer valet trash services, but something can be done to control the trash odor lingering throughout the hallways. Overall, my experience here has been great. I’m glad I didn’t allow the bad reviews keep me from checking them out and see, for my self, what they have to offer. They’re under new management, and so far, everything has fallen in place on my end.

The worst complex
The worst leasing ever! Ive been stolen, now I have one week with out A/C, all the complex is dirty, any request that you need is going to take a lot of time to fix it, all the gates are open and damaged

Sense NEW Management has taken over, I can see a huge improvement... Staff is awesome and NEW Community Director really cares and making this a great place to live again. I would highly recommend to live here!

Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!! I currently live here and can't wait to get out! There is dirt and trash everywhere! The management is horrible and if you need something fixed, you are going to have to do it yourself. There is no water pressure in the shower. They claim they have fixed this issue, but it gets worst each day. The smell of weed is constant, people are trash and it definitely does not give you a sense of safety. Do not move here!!!

Current resident I highly warn anyone looking to move here do not move here hi theft research the overwhelming amount of criminal cases add this apartment if you drive a nice car it will be stolen or left on blocks the staff is highly unprofessional their answer is always they are on top of it or the situation has resolved which could not be further from the truth also besides the security the amount of trash and rodent infestation that is living in the trash constant drug deals being made in broad daylight
