I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I regret moving to the District at Westborough. The worst move in my life. Some of the staff is incompetent. The apartments are run down, and they do as little as possible to fix them. Don't let how nice the office look fool you. I had mail and my car stolen from there. They have a roach, gnat and fly infestation. Roaches were living in the back of my stove. All of the appliances are old and don't half work. Most of the gym equipment was broken when I moved in and the same way when I moved out. My apartment was switched because of a sloping floor. The one they switched me to has the same problem. My apartment flooded twice from rain off the patio. The halls and stairs are dirty with trash and peeling paint chips. My shower sounds like a lawn mower; maintenance tried several times to fix it. I just learned to live with the noise, Loud music in the middle of the night from people outside in their cars. The water from the sink had a funny smell to it. The water pressure is very low, when taking a shower. The front security gate is broken half of the time, and end rear entrance stopped working. There is dog crap all over the grass, especially at the entrance to the buildings. I watched people block the entrance to the building while working on their cars. Make sure you do research before moving into an apartment. I will not make this mistake again.

Worst place I ever lived

This is by far the worst apartment experience. Rim and tires getting stolen in one month in crazy. The front office don’t have care in the world cause it’s not them going them it and have fake cameras up. They care more about towing cars parked in wrong spot more than resident safety.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!! This property has had issues from the time I moved here. They have had 4-5 different managers in 3 years. This place is unkept! Dog ---- everywhere, dead grass, pool barely opened, gates ALWAYS BROKEN. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE?? The hallways are nasty, there’s trash everywhere on the grounds. There’s residents that just throw trash out in the middle of the lawn and leave while the workers walk right pass it and don’t touch it! This place is a step up from section 8! Adara communities doesn’t give a damn about this property, the residents or the staff. This place hasn’t had a porter on almost 4-5 months! They don’t have the proper supplies needed to fulfill work orders, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE?? You’ll regret it! I will not be renewing my lease and I would NOT recommend any to this property! The rent is too high for the subpar service and amenities ???? Adding 12/7/23 - When you move out they charge you all kinds of fees for cleaning and knit picking ----! We cleaned the apartment top to bottom and they still found all kinds of ---- to pick about! We were there 5 ------- years! How you except perfect carpet? They even told us we were supposed to change the things under the burners on the stove! When I moved in this raggedy --- apartment it was dirty AF and I had to clean it myself! This PLACE and the MANAGEMENT ARE TRASH!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! If you move here you will MOST DEFINITELY REGRET IT! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! CRYSTAL PRESTON

Do NOT MOVE HERE??

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived! The property is not kept up. There dog shot everywhere you walk, there’s always old raggedy sofas piled up around the dumpsters, there’s bad --- kids braking into the fire extinguishers spraying them! The management does not walk the property to see what the issues are! It’s dark at night with outside lights blown out! This place has had 6 different staff changes in 4 years! Everyone comes with great ideas and do absolutely freakin NOTHING!

Nice place to live.

I appreciate Mrs. Liz, who worked with us and made things run smooth from when we inquired until our move-out date. The staff was amicable. I enjoyed staying here, although the tenants above us were loud at times. There is an option to use the free parking or the covered parking or an opportunity for a garage. We chose the assigned covered parking. We had no problem parking as the free non-assigned parking can get hectic at night. Excellent location next to i10, making it easy to jump on the freeway for work. Amazing fiber internet through Att at a meager rate. The only two things I wasn’t fond of were tenants not picking up after their pets and being on the backside of Bombshells during weekends. It gets loud with people partying and revving up their engines when you're trying to sleep.

Great service response time. A/C was out and the tech had back up and running within an hour. Office team is good - they make things real convenient since they hold all my deliveries until I can get by to pick 'em up. I have no issues here.

This complex is attractive and conveniently located. The units are fairly well maintained. The complex has had very frequent changes to the management company, and the quality of service and leasing clientele has varied by company. In general Pegasus has done a good job of manageing the facilities.

The Leasing office staff helped me with all my questions and needs, when I applied for a unit. I love that everything I want and need is within a five mile radius!! I really feel very comfortable living in this community. Best experience ever !

Great residence apartments. If you have issues that need to get fixed. Maintenance fix it fast. Is a good and quiet place to live. The surroundigs shopping stores and restaurants are near by. The amenities are great too.

Customer care service is second to none staff and most neighbors are great and friendly. So far I have only had one issue and it was resolved in less than 6 hrs. Complex pools and facilities are great. The only conns that I have seen so far is that there is no ground keepers on the weekends so the big green trash cans get overfilled and sometimes there is trash flying arround but comes Monday and grounds are back to being clean. The other issue is parking there is alot of vehicles at night so if you work late hrs good luck finding a parking spot. Other than this 2 issues I would recommend this place.

So far the apartment is really nice, but the leasing staff does not seem to understand what is going on (besides Zeba). There were a few things in our apartment that were broken when we arrived such as the patio screen and the towel rack in the bathroom, but everything else is beautiful. We love the community as well.

Quiet even so close to fwy, clean grounds and prompt response to any of my concerns or needs. Staff are professional and willing to exceed my expectations each time iv encountered anyone. Pet waste in common walkways near my apt would be my one ongoing concern with the cars parked on corners and always firelanes which has been a problem since i moved in due to limited spaces available

Apartment looks great the model Does anyway. Upon moving in my apartment was dirty and had not been painted or cleaned. Parking was even worse , there is no where to park an people park in tow areas an anywhere.

It's is a good community with excellent amenities and staff. Maintenance of areas within the complex are always clean and in order. I would highly recommend this apartment community for young professionals and starting families.

The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team works so quickly and efficiently! The apartments are very nice and everything looks new. The trash service is great as well as having the dog park and beautiful pool.

Everything has been great. Neighbors are friendly, property is clean, staff is nice and helpful. The pool and acesss to everything my area whether it be food or entertainment is extremely convenient. I love that it's close to the highway but you don't have the noise of it. The community is a great place to live if you don't want to be in the middle of Houston but close enough to access the city. Only con is parking.

For the most part it has been a pleasant 4 ? yrs. here. There has been quite a few changes in management which makes it hard to keep rules enforced. I wish we would have more social events like we used to when this property first opened, and a calendar so we can plan to attend the events.

Awesome neighborhood & incredible staff, Ingris is incredible & has a great sense of urgency when it comes to resident's needs. The game room could use new pool sticks & also proper instructions on how to use the golf simulator would be great!!

I appreciate the fact that the complex does it's best to maintain a 'gated' community. Despite the behavior or some residents, the complex does a great job with keeping the grounds clean and respectable. The maintenance staff is friendly.

Everyone has been wonderful. It is a nice clean and quiet community. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is very prompt about getting things taken care of. They are nice and respectful of your time and space.
