Clean, efficient, great amenities. Staff very prompt in fixing defects, always available to help. My gate key and number were not working the first week. Took it to them and within minutes it was fixed.

Overall the experience has not been to bad. However, I must say that parking is bad, there are not enough spaces for residents. My boyfriend had to park outside of the gate and his car was broken into. Maintenance requests are slow at being completed.

The application process was easy and quick. Zanya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community. The office staff is also great and friendly with the residents and guest who come to the community.

Have only been at these apartments for about a month now.. so far so good! Everything has been working well! Management is helpful. The area is nice. I really like how it's very close to all the good restaurants.

District at Westborough is an excellent property. As soon as I pulled into the community, I noticed how well maintained they were. All of the management were very warm and friendly. I would recommended this complex to all of my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone who is looking to rent a luxury apartment in a premier location at the best price.

What a great place for me and my family to be. Everyone is so nice and such a dog friendly environment. I highly recommend this place to all family and friends. What else can I say.... I'm completely satisfied.

My experience has been very positive since I moved in last year. It is a clean, safe, and quiet community. Which is exactly what I was looking for because I am raising 3 children. The staff is always polite and professional, so I'm very satisfied.

The personal at the office is always warm and kind, they are very friendly and they always try to do their best, me and family, we are very glad to be part of this wonderful place and family. Thank you guys for be there solving and helping us

The building is a very quite place to live. Gated community, very lighted up at night, and friendly office staff. Enjoy the apartments very much, pool is great for the summer days coming up. Have a blessed day.

Overall experience was good had a few minor problems the apt was not cleaned well upon my move in there was cat hair in the cabinet in the kitchen an in between the stove and the refrigerator. Washer had mold inside the drum that still haven't been addressed.

I really like living here. The property is kept up and looks nice all the time. Recently I have had a couple of maintenance issues, they were taken care of the same day I called. The pool area is so nice and relaxing, with new outdoor furniture.

Retired Navy, so when I say this is the worst place I have ever lived that includes tents in the middle east, ship board life, and the rest. The parking is very limited compounded by abandoned cars. There is literally a car in my parking area that had a tow by june 2016 sticker on it (it was mid 2017) and the car is STILL THERE!! mid 2018. There are junk cars all over the property which shouts ------. People outside smoking pot and just being loud. My 2 bed 2 bath apt cost me $1,500 a month but I fell like I live in a complex where my rent should be $300 per month. Did I mention it is ------?

If I could give a zero I would. The value of these apartments have went down. Tenants let their dogs piss/poop on the sidewalks. Guest and tenants still park in other people paid parking spots. My toilet in the master bedroom stayed stopped up. We had to plunge it EVERY DAY. Management changed twice. The new staff aren't friendly at all. My lights clicked off at least twice a month due to bad wiring. I've had to visit the office on 3 separate occasions because my rent statement where incorrect. Please stay away from these apartments.

Um ótimo lugar para morar próximo de tudo. Uma piscina otima, apartamento confortaveis. Eu sinceramente gostei muito de viver aqui nesse apartamento. Aqui tenho as melhoras lojas bem proximo, ao lado da estrada I10.

To helpful to be true , unlike any other. Beautiful staff and so helpful might stay here til i retire. The maintenance gentleman was good. I would highly recommend this community to all i know. So conveniently located to grocerie store and pharmacies. Best place i have ever been.

The leasing process was smooth and easy. The staff was super friendly. Germarie went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t have to over work myself during this process. She took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure she updated me as soon as information became available. Kelsey is also friendly and very knowledgeable about the community and the areas around. :) definitely would recommend

Great apartment community. I love the storage space and the layout of the apartment. This two car garage is everything you need to make you feel like you're still in a home. I love my place. I enjoy the valet trash pickup as well. Fitness center is very spacious and enjoyable.

Don’t move in unless you want to deal with a management team that doesn’t care about your needs and if you want to deal with illegal drugs and break ins. This place is horrible and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Too much money to live with weed smoking and dog crap that isn’t picked up and maintenance that ride around and do nothing

Excellent location. Units are showing age. Lots of issues with previous tenant use that were not addressed prior to move in time. For the most part ok. Average when compared to other apartment complexes.

Very good place! The team staff is very helpfull. We are living here only for five days but we are happy. I love the gym and the pool. The location is very good also. Only the people that are linving here should be carefull with their pets.

A great community of knowledgeable staff. Always attentive to your needs. Maintenance staff as well always willing to answer questions and help when needed. Staff listens to concerns and reacts as needed without reminders.

This is my first apartment expireience and I'm so glad that I chose The District at Westborough! I knew right from the beginning how friendly almost all the staff was, and they were so welcoming from the very beginning. They showed us the apartment and all of its amazing additives! My actual apartment is beatiful has wonderful air conditioning. Our washer and dryer work awesomely! And the shower is always hot when we wanna get it. The only "negative" thing I have to say which isn't even that big of a deal is the parking, sometimes I have to walk a little ways from my apartment at night by myself and I get a little scared.

it's an excellent complex , everything is clean and organized, neighbors are friendly and so do the stuff here .. also maintenance is done quickly, and the appartment devices are of excellent condition
