Amazing property, amazing staff and a great location. I have lived all over the US and this has to be one of the best run properties I have been to. Maintenance is excellent. They respond within 24 hours. Ingris is a fantastic APM. The move in and first week I've been here so far has been amazing. Plenty of good restaurants around and prime location.

Awesome neighborhood but the parking problem (lack of close spots near ones apt.) here needs to be remedied ASAP. The staff is super friendly and has great sense of urgency when dealing with residents.

The property is georgeous.The floor plan i have which is a 2 2 with almost1500 square feet is well thought out, very spacious & is a beautiful apartment home. I wanted to purchase a home but this seemed to be an excellent alternative. The downside is that Parking is a major problem. Property management brags about and threatens to have their residents vehicles towed if illegally parked. I am disabled and i own a handicapped placard and even with that i still struggle to find a parking space. I've parked so far away from my unit until I've almost collapsed and i couldn't locate my car. I've spoken with other residents and they too share my struggle for a need for sufficient parking availability. I can't understand how they can have their residents cars towed if we don't have sufficient parking available. Covered parking has a waiting list and the available covered parking is way too far away from most units and appears to not be rented out to many as far as i can see. It should be torn down & visitors should have to fend for a parking space not the residents. Renters beware!! Don't allow the beautiful model apartment fool you. If you want a parking space you will become a prisoner to your home in order to have a space to park. If you arrive from work and you are lucky enough to get a legal spot you better think twice before leaving to run any type of errands. You also better come straight home from work!!!

I love this place. It's clean and new - under 5 years old. Amenities were remodeled when current management took over. Office staff is attentive and service requests are completed fast. Always have hot coffee and tea, clean pool, great game room. On site police officer is always around making me feel safer.

I love the complex , not so much the ladies in the office made it so easy for my move in. Move in day it wasn't quiet ready but the maintenance crew took care of most of it the next day. a couple things still need to be done.

This apartment complex used to be a really nice place to live but with the new management has come new problems they are not assertive to the residents needs they do not maintain the property like it once was and they don't seem to be screening new residents coming into the property it's really sad because at one time the property was a nice place to live I would not recommend this place to anyone

Tenants move in and out with in months which is alarming. Clientele doesn't seem consistent with price of rent. Rent may be too high for the area and the demographic. Tenants are not keeping common areas clean. Hallways usually contain trash or dirty. Dog faces on lawns or in parking lot.Have seen residents not picking up dog faces when walking their dogs. Upper tenants let trash blow off their balconies. The pool is beautiful.

I love the community my only complaint is it's not enough parking and my upstairs neighbor let's their kid run and jump all day and night it's frekaing crazy I'm rarely home and when I am home I just want to sleep

Paid $99 to submit an application. We were declined for refusing to pay an old $800 fraudulent bill for damages on move-out on my wife's credit report. Funny how they take their word and not ours even knowing the extent of fraudulent claims like this. Guess they don't need good residents.

The maintenance crew is awesome and the office staff is courteous and helpful. It is a little noisy because you can hear the traffic and late at night people are playing loud music in cars. It is nice.

Well i was really disappointed when i made the transfer there were fleas in the apartment was really upset i had to move the electricity and rental insurance all over again to the new apartment and i signed a lease that said i had 0 for prorated rent but yet was charged an amount . Sonthe lease was not right and that was the 2 lease i had to do over again . Honestly really disorganized and personally this will be my last year .

Although there has been a few office personnel since I moved to the district, Pegasus and their employees have been the best by far. They have really fixed up the amenities and are friendly and professional. I am impressed with their service and I will definitely be renewing my contract with them.
