******WARNING******* STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! Every since Greystar took over, it has been nothing but issues; Remotes, Rent, etc. Leasing agent, JESSICA was Rude on the phone, nearly hung up on me. I was told that them getting the website running to pay rent was not a priority and that programming the remotes was all they were focused on (I'm sure their focus will be getting the website finished for online payments when half their residents can't pay). I was told to go get a cashier check.. Im sorry, where do i live? A luxury apartment? I think I pay way too much money to have to go get a "cashier check". Come on Greystar, y'all aren't new. don't act it, this is no excuse to run a property. They should be a shame of themselves!!!! **************DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPLEX**************** there are so many options elsewhere!!!!

I am very unhappy with the new management company that has come in. The new manager is very rude and always acts like the concerns of the residents don't matter and as if we are wasting her time. The leasing staff is pathetic. I don't know if they just picked girls up from off the street, but they don't know anything about their job. I was get a "I'm not sure, can you come back later?" I pay too much money in rent to have to take more time away from work to get a simple question answered. The new maintenance is beyond ridiculous! The head maintenance man can barely speak/understand English. He is very slow and makes me feel very uncomfortable when he is in my home. He tried to explain why I have low water pressure and why my water is cloudy/stinks and said its because I don't have a filter on my faucet. I should not have to buy something in order to make my water not smell like feces. The property constantly has trash everywhere. I don't know if they are short-handed, but they need to act fast before we get an infestation of rats. The old staff was the best thing about this property and now that they are no longer here, this property has absolutely nothing good about it. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

If I could give this place zero stars that would be my first option. My husband and I chose this complex because we just sold our house and needed a place temporarily while our new home was being built and because of the proximity to our daughters current school. The day that we moved in what was suppose to be smooth and easy was simply a disaster. First we noticed as we were moving in our things, that our ac wasn't working. They fixed it that same day but not entirely. Still, to this day the ac only cools off one side of the apartment the other 2 bedrooms don't have working vents. We also don't have hot water or any water pressure. The sink faucets just drip. We told management and all they said was "we understand, unfortunately we only have 2 maintenance men and 340 units and that no hot water or ac isn't an emergency". Whose fault is that?! I have a half working ac and no water to take a bath and it's our fault that there wasn't a thorough quality check before we moved in? Or our fault you all didn't hire more people for such a large complex?! And what constitutes an emergency in an apartment complex if not lack of running hot water or ac? Anything else I'd probably call 911. The cons don't end there though. During the construction process our particular apartment was skipped over when doing some electrical wiring. So when AT&T came out to install our internet. They simply couldn't. A lot has to be done between both companies to rectify that and in the mean time we simply have to use hot spot on our phones to get connection. We don't have racks or a light in our refrigerator. Our garbage disposal doesn't work. There's a weird outlet that turns the lights in the living room off if you plug anything into it and we still don't have our trash can that's suppose to have been ordered for our valet trash pick up. I can't believe that for a "luxury apartment" we are dealing with these issues. The ironic thing is when we go to the leasing office to get things fixed they treat us as if we are simply complaining too much. As if we don't have valid reason to be upset that we are paying over 2200.00/month for an apartment and can't even take a hot shower. The place where you dwell should be a place of refuge after a long day. I have been nothing but stressed since we moved in. I absolutely would NOT recommend anyone live hear. Everyone in that leasing office simply has no regard for their tenants well being. Do not let the look of grade A granite or gulf simulator fool you there are just too many issues in this complex to rest easy. Spend your money elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere. :( This has been my absolute worse experience in renting an apartment. The property manager, Paul Vani, is the most pompous and inconsiderate individual. Customer service is not his forte. He displays no desire or concern when it comes to resolving issues his residents have with the property. Paul was disgusting and rude, and treated us like 2nd class citizens. He acted as if he didn't have one minute in his day to spare. Why are you a property manager? We had to contact upper level management to get our issue resolved, which took weeks. The pool area, which is the most appealing amenity of the property is ALWAYS CLOSED. Not only is it closed, it's CHAIN LOCKED on a daily basis now. You pay a serious premium for your tiny apartment because of the amenities the leasing agents will boast about when you take your initial tour. When you move in, you are unable to enjoy them... Nice. When you go the front office to inquire, the leasing agents will tell you the pool is being shock treated... but every day? The property management company is run by people whose sole interest is making a buck. They should really focus their attention more at mindfully maintaining a FULLY FUNCTIONAL property for their residents to enjoy. There is always trash around the property that will linger for days. (I will upload pictures in the future.) The noise level from Interstate 10 is unbearable. When we took our tour with the leasing agent, she assured us that double-pained glass was installed in every unit and the apartments were quiet. This is not the case at all. To top it off, from midnight to 3 a.m., street racers utilize Westborough Dr. and create even more noise than the freeway. Sleeping is not easy over here. It is really sad when they paint a lovely picture for you of what your life could be like at their property and you discover otherwise after moving in. I get citations for putting my trash in my "trash bin" at unauthorized times? What is this crap? Trash goes out when the trashcan is full. Also, laminate floors are installed on every level so that you may hear everything from the neighboring apartments, from loud footsteps to low volume talking. I feel that I was misled and taken advantage of by greedy property owners and their staff. I was so excited to move into this place, and since then it has been nothing more than an utter disappointment. I could have moved to a better place for the amount I pay for my apartment. I will urge my friends and family to go elsewhere.

First thing, if you read a positive review here, it's because it was written by somebody with Kapcorp, the management company of District at Westborough. I've lived here since June 2014. The first thing, most of the amenities with the exception of the gym and pool table were not available until just a few weeks ago. Still not sure if it's all working. Second, the previous manager mishandled my account and it cost me financially. I was never reimbursed for their incompetence. All I got from the front office on that was the run around. The big one, I rented a carport and two weeks later I was told that it was rented to someone else and that I would have to give it up. Management offered me a carport for a month to sweep it under the rug and keep it quiet, but the Asst. manager made two months for free. It's located completely in another part of the complex, a carport that I won't be using.

I recently moved in to this community. The apartments are truly state of the art.Manager Paul Vani and his team do a good job in running this place. There is a big 'BUT' though!!! The crime situation and parking situation is pathetic. Apartment break in attempts, car break ins are common. Flashy chrome wheels are easy target for pawn shop headed criminals. This apartment community is new and is going through growing pains but if the crime situation is not handled properly, it will loose all other plus points. There are more covered spots for parking (paid of course) than free uncovered spots. I feel unsafe late in the night if I have to search for a free spot to park my car. To summarize, excellent apartments with a poor safety record. Move in at your own risk!!!

I just recently moved into District at Wesborough. First, I absolutely love the layout of the apartments. There are lots of windows throughout the actual living space and although the interior is quite modern, it is easy to make the place feel quite homey. The staff is very helpful and everybody is kind. The leasing agent who worked with me was Holli, who is fantastic. She was very kind and helpful during the entire move. Admittedly, I can be a bit OCD when dealing with leasing agents during a move, so I especially like it when someone is patient with me which Holli was. She helped me walk me through the process of setting up an account, and even helped get my lease ready well before I moved in (which is not the norm) to ease my mind because I had just submitted my 60 day notice at my prior place. The other leasing agent is Tiffany, who was also very nice and helpful with me when Holli is not around. The accessories of this place are also quite impressive. It will be very nice when construction on the remaining buildings are completed, and things can settle down a bit. But thus far I am very happy with the place.

I'd like it to be known that Ms. Holli, the leasing agent that I worked with during our search for our apartment, took EXCELLENT CARE of me & my family and is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE in ALL the documents needed to seal the deal, I couldn't have done it without her helpfulness. This was a very difficult move for our family; but during this time, I couldn't have found a warmer and more caring person I'd rather have worked with. Holli made her-self available for us even on her day(s) off. I know she went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of us. If you are looking in the area, I'd surely stop in and visit with Holli! As far as another staff member that came along after my move-in, I CAN'T & WONT say the same!! Thanks Holli for all you do, it's truly appreciated.

Very disappointed in the leasing staff. Holly is rude, and doesn't seem to care how she treats people. She was just on the phone in her little office looking at me through the window. Didn't give me the time of day, and then just rushed me out of the door. She told to go to another complex that I would like better. Once I got to that property I told them about holly, and they said it wasn't the first time they have had somebody tell them this same thing about holly. They really need to get rid of her because they will lose a LOT of business because of her.

If you do NOT have a perfect credit score, do not even bother filling out the application because you will get denied, regardless if your background checks out clear and you have no criminal record! Chelsea never did a follow up or called us to tell us the news. She was quick to take my deposit but when we were denied rental, I called the next day and she told me I won't receive my refund until two weeks! Oh and my refund won't be deposited back into my account (the method they took it), it will be sent in the mail. Well, two weeks have passed and I still have not received my refund. You'd think if credit was a huge determiner in being approved for an apartment, the leasing agent would notify you beforehand instead of wasting your time. The application process took a little over half an hour and Chelsea never once brought credit to our attention. We even told her that we were homeless, but all she did was heightened our hopes that we would soon be future tenants at District at Westborough. With the information that we provided to Chelsea, she should have known prior that we would not be accepted. I feel that I was nothing more than just a sale. I'm out of money and do not have a place to stay. Thanks a lot Chelsea, I hope you are enjoying your new luxury apartment and hot meals.

My wife and I recently moved to Katy, TX from Atlanta, GA and the management TEAM at The District at Westborough went above and beyond the call of duty to make it a smooth transition for us. We looked at a dozen plus apartment complexes before The District at Westborough and it instantly became my wife's favorite. The staff here is very professional and personable. At our old complex we felt like just another tenant at the complex and we had no relationship whatsoever with management. Here, we instantly felt like it would be possible to establish a good relationship with the management TEAM and were more than just another tenant. I am a very detailed person and ask a lot of questions and the TEAM here has never once seemed annoyed by my questions and has always had a swift response. The actual apartments are very nice and cozy. They seem to be very energy efficient. The apartment heats and cools quickly and stays comfortable throughout the day. You don't hear conversations or any other outside noises through the walls. There is ample storage space and so far all of the residents are very personable. This is a top notch facility and we thoroughly enjoy living here.
