Clean complex and generally nice neighbors. It is in the perfect area where you have everything around you and great places to eat! Love the pool and all the amenities they have to offer. The staff is always so nice and usually so helpful. The only downside is that parking can be a hassle.

As a valued resident here at The District at Westborough, I feel compelled to send you this professional survey regarding the current staff. Over the last 4-5 months here, I have seen an amazing transformation here at The District at Westborough. I have had the fine pleasure of knowing the current group consisting of Jennifer, Germarie, Kathy and Kelsey over the past couple of months, and they have shown me nothing but a compassionate and caring nature. The team here has worked tirelessly to make the residents feel valued and welcomed here on the premises. The entire team is not only professional and competent, but they are also extremely friendly and enthusiastic about helping all of the residents to the point where we all feel that we can approach any of the staff in the office regarding security issues and other concerns. Throughout their employment here at The District, the entire staff has carried out their assigned duties and responsibilities in a conscientious and responsible manner, showing attention to the resident's needs and an aptitude for improving our quality of life, with a spirit of service and warmth for the current residents. Therefore, I have no doubt highly recommending this amazing team and their stellar efforts to bring this property up to a standard of excellence and professionalism.

Great place !!!! Just love the apartment large and beautiful... Pool area and other amenities are great .. Parking is difficult after 7 pm ... I would definitely recommend moving here ????

Im a resident in this appratments. The appartment is poor in Parking management, Website doesn't update; you will end up in late fee (85), play area is not maitnained well, you will see pool but no sticks, golf simulation that wont work, you will be stuck with ATT (No other choice for internet), if you leave anything outside your appartment like bike, even though it is lock will be gone in the morning (Im a victim of the same) and if you complain the office all you will get is "ohhh.... So Sorry" . You will see dog poop all over the apartment pretty nasty.

I have lived at The District at Westborough since 2016. The new management team does nothing when it comes to your concerns or issues. For the last year I have been dealing with neighbors above that don't walk lightly. There is a difference between being heavy footed and stomping and these people just stomp all the freaking time at all hours and management does nothing. The worse is that there are people that smoke weed and a lot of it in this complex. I don't care what you do in your own apartment but when it comes into my apartment and affects me is when I have issues with it and of course nothing is done about it. Leasing office pretty much calls you a liar and says that you just reported the problem when you report it all the time until you are blue in the face and still nothing. The people that own pets don't pick up after their animals and there is dog crap on the grounds all the time. Parking is the worse and people just park anywhere and everywhere they want and it causes problems. I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else to rent because this place is crap and the leasing office is rude and nothing gets done. I can't wait to get out of there because it is literally a hell hole!!!!!

No place to park. Always worrying if your gonna get towed because there was no place to park. Have to walk extremely far to your apartment in order to park legally. Sucks

I have been living at the District at Westborough for two months and have had an amazing experience so far. The staff here always want to make sure i am very well taken care of but the reason i took the time to do this review is because i want to commend one of your staff members that does a fantastic job. Clarissa tyler brightens up a room when you step in the office she makes picking up a package a fun and inviting experience for me. I hope you let her know how great of a job she has been doing to make one of your residents happy. But i would like to thank all of the staff for making sam and i (my girlfriend) feel at home.

From what I understand pets are alou, I do not have a pet.... But the grounds are pretty the pool is amazing and there's a lot of space. The apartments have lots of storage room and beautiful kitchens and a washer and dryer, oh and I love the gym!

Its a nice apartment and the pool is beautiful. The grills are not up kept constant complaints of how filthy they are and asking the grounds keepers to clean them each morning. As well as the actual grounds the neighbors dont respect it dogs poop everywhere and they dont pick up after them. There is a dog park but people with small dogs disregard the rules and let them use it where ever ugh its so gross!!! the parking is Horrible there is absolutely NO parking space after 630 pm DAILY so make it home by 6pm...Management knows but has yet to address the issue and when you pay the amount in rent that these apartments cost you dont expect to park across the street at a hotel taking a risk getting towed away or broken into. I will not refer anyone to these apartments.

It feels as if we are living in a vacation retreat! We absolutely love the community & the staff goes out of their way to be sure everything is going well. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else as this community is hands down the nicest of all we visited before choosing to move. I really enjoy coming home from work! Parking is a bit difficult sometimes, but that's the only drawback I've seen.

We have loved the grounds staff, who respond to requests incredibly fast. The wonderful manager staff made us feel at home from the day we got here. The apartments are LOVELY, the best part is the large kitchen, and massive amounts of storage.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Theres been break ins. The police are here every week. I've had neighbors threaten me and leave notes on my car and front door. Management will not do anything about it. ----- the manager is racist. There's always gnats and bugs in my home despite how many times pest control comes. If you want to be miserable and fear for your life this is the place for you. Run while you can.

The community and complex are both beautiful!! The District at Westborough gives a home feel somewhere you and your family too feel safe and look forward to coming home to! The staff is very professional and kind!! They are always ready to hear you and quick to bring solutions to any issue that arise. The amenities are an added plus!! I would highly recommend the District at Westborough!!!

BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX. We have not moved in just yet, but we are so excited for our move in date. We toured with Clarissa, and she was very nice and helpful. All of the features were hard to beat, and it did not take long for us to make a final decision.

I love this place. All the office staff is very nice and friendly. Shawn was very helpful when giving us the tour and showing us what we were looking for and more. We were looking for a 2/2 and he show us all our choices and explained how each one was different. The apartments are awesome and the amenities are great. Can't wait to move in this week.
