Rough start to my move in, but haven't had any problems at all after management changed. Maintinence is quick once the request is submitted. Employees are friendly and helpful in leasing office. Great location off the freeway with easy access to tons of food choices

There is never any parking available. You have to drive around for hours to find parking. Someone hit my car, I reported it to the leasing office and no one followed up on the issue. My car was towed twice because of the insufficient parking available. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Horrible!!

I love the district, the fact that the gates are always closed gives me room to park some what close to home,and if it's not close I don't feel like I'm in danger at night while walking to my apartment so thank you.

I have been living here a week and two days and it's been bad. Aside from repeat service requests another tenant hit my car and left no information. The leasing office has yet to follow up with me regarding anything they have found out. I definitely would not recommend living here I regret moving from the Camden's.

I have been residing here for a week I have put in two service requests so far, and to top it off my car was recently hit by another tenant who failed to leave any contact info. When I went to report it to the office the leasing agent seemed very unconcerned, ridiculous apartments not worth the money people pay to live here. This will definitely be a non-renewal of my lease. Worst apartments I have ever lived in!!!!

Great living space, love my kitchen, family room, dog walking areas, pool and gym- not enough parking so felt forced to buy covered parking- good amenities, unreliable maintenance staff, lousy office staff

The manager here is very sweet, understanding and caring. Also the maintenance crew does a great job and are prompt to take care of any problems that arise in the apt. The have been clened better and make ready list reviewed to fix the problems before we moved in. All of the maintenance concerns were handled quickly once management was made aware of it.

My experience is probably the worst one ever so far from the leasing office telling me a different rent rate and when signing there was a different rate. I felt like I was deceived and the maintence personnel is unprofessional and has poor attitude. I regretting moving in here and will not recommend this place to no one. I will continue to tell the truth about this place. There is no parking and anyone can park on the fire lane with no consequences. People have pool party over here like it's a college party, I thought a tenant suppose have a maximum of two guest.... more like twenty.... I can go on and on

Living at District of Westborough is a wonderful experience this is my second year here. The office staff is very pleasant and nice always assisting in my needs. I am close to the shopping centers, popular restaurants and easy access to I-10 freeway here in Katy. We have during the week a meet and greet along with the office staff getting to know your neighbor. District at Westborough is a great place to live

Our experience has been pretty good we've always received help quickly with things we go to the front desk is always very kind and understanding and helpful.maintenance is always quick at fixing things and checking if everything is still ok a few days after.

My dog loves the dog park area. I just wish people would clean up after their own pets and NOT leave their pets in the area without being with them. The upstairs neighbor sounds like an elephant is walking on my ceiling. Overall, the apartment is very nice and spacious, the garages are nice and roomy. Some of the neighbors I have met seem very friendly, however I have only lived here for 2 months now. So far so good.

Heavy feet in the apartment above me or is it a bowling alley. Didn't see that in the list of amenities... Parts of the building are water damaged to the point of rot. Looks like someone's trash was spilled down my stairs. The little bits of nasty garbage are stuck to the stairs. Not very hygienic...

Great experience, friendly staff, excellent community. The leasing process was great. The staff stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made sure that everything went as expected. I felt welcome from the first time I walked through the doors.

Overall this is a great apartment. Staff is nice, maintenance guys are great, amenities are nice and we have had no issues. The only negative is the parking, there doesn't seem to be enough. Other than that it's a great community.

Been here since June 10,2018. So far so good! Only problem I have is the walkways are kind of dirty and need cleaning. Very nice, quiet community! So far I'm loving it!! Office staff is very nice and professional. My application and move in process was a BREEZE! Been thinking about renewing my lease when the time comes , we'll see!

The apartment community exterior is well maintained, but I began to notice that the management had begun to neglect somethings. The apartment is under new management and it has been a work in progress as the new management is beginning to try and enforce community rules. It has been an adventure with the transition between managements.

Everyone here seems to do an outstanding job the only complaint I would have is in between floors is not very soundproof they really should consider carpeting the second and third floors throughout I've noticed our bedroom is much quieter then the living area and open area by the door

Awesome experience. I love the amenities and adore my new kitchen. The staff is always friendly and professional. The complex is well maintained. My balcony gives me an amazing view of the sky regardless of the weather :)

We had a very strange and awful experience. We first started working with Zayna excellent person by the way, she left to another assignment at a different complex, after zayna left everything went out the window office personnel were not very well trained. my Spouse at the time was in Katy working and I was in Mcallen Texas waiting to join him, paperwork application etc was lost had to resubmit, welcome pkg sent by email was someone else paperwork.Insurance Rental paperwork was never received theyclaimedfrom the insurance co, to many bad things happened only reason we still moved in was our paperwork did not get completed and process til one day to move in and we had no other choice.

Terrible!! People park wherever they want,pool is trashed every weekend by people that don't live on property. Pool security gates are broken,people let their kids good to the pool without supervision, every adult there is left to be responsible.

The apartments are very spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean and the urbanization is beautiful. The pool is very large and the staff very friendly. The rental process is quite simple and they have special to start the lease.

Service was great. Krystal Martinez did a fantastic job of making my move as pleasant and smooth as possible. The process was smooth and speedy and I would highly recommend his community to friends or people looking for an area to stay.

It's been full of ups and downs. From horrible parking to slow and inconsiderate maintenance service. I love the look of the complex and the community. Its located in an amazing school district. It's ok
