We really do love living here. It's pretty easy and mindless when you think about everything it takes to maintain a house. I think management does their best to keep the property looking its best. They do provide social events and other special events from time to time but they aren't overly pushy about making everyone be friends. It really is a nice place to come home to at the end of a long day.

It is a berry quiet, peaceful, safe community. The house itself, is Lovely. The high ceilings, backyard, attached garage are exactly what I wanted. The staff is very accommodating and always available. The provide a monthly special get-together for us that is always great. This is my home.

Community is well kept. Office staff is nice. Great amenities available, dog park and walking trails. Close to 380 and only a few mins to 75 and tollway access. Shopping within 5 mins, truly a great location.

I moved in a couple weeks ago. It's been a smooth process with everything so far. It has been very peaceful at all times of the day. I may hear an occasional thump from my neighbors but nothing excessive. Property is well kept.

Love this place! The property always looks nice, manicured, new shrubs and trees when necessary! the staff is professional, friendly and take the time to listen! the amenities are clean and fun! great pool, nice gym and office are readily available! Overall experience in this community has been positive. They do respond to maintenance request within a certain amount of time. Just not real happy with the latest maintenance service with temporary fixes that don't really fix long-term problems.

The Lux Apartments have been one of the nicest places I've lived. The staff is great, maintenance is quick (though rarely needed), and even the residents are genuinely pleasant. The home itself is modern with a nice private backyard?definitely a rare find. And the biggest surprise? My electric bill stays tiny, even in the scorching summer heat!

The staff were great but my unit was gross. It smelled TERRIBLE when i moved in. It smelled like they dumped 15 glade plugins into the HVAC ducts to cover other odor of the unit. I submitted a work order for this which was cancelled. I emailed the office staff and they ignored me. The smell was so strong it was giving me migraines every single day. The layout and architecture was nice. Off you decide to rent here, ask for a tour of the specific unit you'll be getting, first. Do it before they do the sign off to hand you keys.

The staff at Luxe Prosper has always been professional and courteous?office staff and maintenance staff. Their maintenance staff responds to maintenance requests timely and executed quickly. We do have an outstanding maintenance request for standing water in our backyard, but understand the weather has limited the timeliness of completion along with the work being contracted out to a third party lawn service

Horrible!!! Management does not care about issues once you move in!! Next door neighbor had what were two trained to kill pitbulls which he told me to run away if I see them. They got loose and tried to attack 2 different delivery services & they would not deliver to me after incident. I am handicapped and that was a huge issue. Now have new neighbors who continue to bang doors etc starting at 11pm until early morning & office said they didn't hear it??????

The property is absolutely amazing! It is filled with wonderful staff and neighbors. I do not have a single complaint for the property and their leadership team! During the leasing process any humps in the road was easily addressed by the Manager Will or any of the leasing team. Work orders are quickly taken care of

[Incentivized Review] It is an introvert's paradise. If you like quietness, choose to be closer to the office. If there's things that needs to get fixed, request for maintenance to come. Warning, they are fast. Don't be picky, the office staff has alot to deal with already. They don't bother you when you don't bother them but when you need something, they're always willing to help. It's always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go. 10/5

Great location, Lexi at the leasing office was wonderful throughout the whole process, and move in was a breeze. Maintenance has been so helpful and prompt and we are so excited about our new place. Highly recommend.
