Living here at luxe at prosper is the great experience..I am also new here .i can't tell much but hoping I will have great experience and safety during my stay. Until now whatever experience I had with neighbors and staff it's all good.

Love living here. Staff is great and maintenance is done swift and efficient. All units are brand new and very large. It's very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle that generally larger communities have going.

The management at times seem racist towards Black people. I like the community but they make us feel uncomfortable and not inclusive. I am not looking forward to renewing my lease at all. However, there are a few that work in the office that are nice but alot of the staff is extremely unwelcoming to black tenants.

Great amenities and staff. Price is a bit high for what I would expect in this area. They had said I would have preventative maintenance on the 21st and no one showed up. Had my dogs locked away for the whole day really inconvenient.

Luxe Prosper is perfect for my lifestyle. It has wonderful amenities and quick turnaround to any maintenance issues. The staff is very friendly and the monthly events are an added bonus. I also love the dog park and walking trails.

In my opinion this community is clearly not "luxury apartment homes". Unit lawns are "mowed with noisy gasoline motor string trimmers that leave grass scalped and uneven. Motorized backpack motors blow debris everywhere instead of bagging. Vent hoods over cooktop blow smoke/air back into the unit instead of external venting. Smoke detectors are sure to sound off on ceilings too high to reach the reset button. GFI receptacles appear to overheat using apparent 15 amp receptacles on a 20 amp circuit. 20 amp receptacles are more expensive. Uninsulated garages build up heat that dissipates into the home. Contract requires inspection check off within 48 hours of move in. We waited until we moved in in order to accurately respond to unit conditions. The system AI advised we could not complete the check off since it classified "move in" as the day we were in the system. We submitted the check off in person but system indicates no check off on file.

This place is amazing! Lots of space even for a one bedroom and a good size yard for your pets. It's a great area and community. There is a beautiful scenic route on the way in, it's so relaxing. And on top of it all it's so quiet out here and peaceful. I absolutely love it!!!!

Very clean, dog friendly community with a great pool, great gym and very helpful and professional staff. The units are modern and clean with all appliances and washer/dryer hookups. There are also garages and little backyard areas with grass. It is gated, though I've not seen them closed often.

The staff has always been very attentive and kind to me. I appreciate the extra events that they put forth for holidays and extra events besides that. It has been a nice place to live in and very proud to have friends over to my place. The only issue I have had is that I sometimes hear the neighbors through the walls.

Beautiful community, great staff. My home is just perfect! I moved from a 2000 sf home, and downsizing was what I needed. My new home is very manageable and the monthly lease allows me to travel a bit and really enjoy my retirement.

It is clean, but requires more knowledgeable staff re: questions and problem solving. The units are well insulated, but there is virtually no patio space in the back yard with appropriate overhangs. The property needs walls or fences all around to assure security.

The property is well maintained at all times. Very pleasant to see a very attractive place to call home! A great indoor walking experience inside all 2-4 bedroom units. The community as a whole is just very homey and very different than an apartment.

Great community. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities including the pool, recreation center, and dog park make living here very easy and enjoyable. The units are so much nicer and cleaner than the rental homes I looked at.

So far it's still quiet and nice . However there has been lots of complaints of mold from my neighbors and delayed response from the management office. Whenever you put in a request you have to follow up or no one will even acknowledge it. At first it was amazing here, but now mmmmm.

Great community, beautiful apartment! Very pleased and looking forward to our stay. Leasing staff are prompt with response, my only issue I had was the appearance/upkeep of the lawn but other than that I have no complaints so far.
