This is a great community, very quiet, with amazing apartments, amenities and access. Maintenance is very efficient. I can't complain about anything at all. Streets are kept clean, and common areas as well.

Great community with a fantastic maintenance team who genuinely cares about your problems being fixed. I love how the community is fairly affordable for a backyard and attached garage. The only downside of living here is having to see MAGA/republican political advertising posted around the property which makes me feel unsupported as an LGBT person by the ownership.

Just moved in - so far it is fabulous. I love that it's a gated community, fantastic amenities (gym, community center, dog park, pool). Love that the unit is clean, with garage and private backyard - great for pets

I pointed out some issues in inspection which are unanswered so little sad that they expect me to open a ticket for everything, Im little lost that before move in the house is not even cleaned properly and then they would expect before i move out to do deep cleaning. There's literally marks on shower floor drain holes are dirty, garage floor is dirty as hell.

It was great 1st year, then management changed. Not as fun. Pool in summertime has a hired policeman who has shined light on folks who are grown adults in a cabana. Very embarrassed for them and others by the way this person made folks feel. Past management staff was very friendly new my name when I walked in, current management staff not as friendly, basically it's like what do you want when you walk in.

I have lived here for 2 years and counting. It's the only complex I've lived in where all the staff is amazing and the community is very well kept. The staff are very helpful and have great customer service. Any maintenance I've had done is done in a timely manner with an awesome maintenance team. The complex (community and homes) looks exactly like the pictures posted online, which is hard to find.

I love my home! It's always clean and quiet. I oove living here. All amenities are nice and kept well managed. There is a community here where the office does nice events for all. It's a great way to know your surroundings. I have lived here for two years and I don't regret a thing.

The community and amenities are great. Floor plans are great. Location is not so great, it is a little out in the nowhere. Great dog park and pet amenities. Love the garage and a backyard that comes with the unit.

My name is ----- ------- and I recently moved to 3928 Daxton Drive McKinney, Texas 75071 with my son-in-law and two grandsons (1 freshman high school and 1 freshman at UNT) on 8/23. My daughter was not planned to come due to Ovarian Cancer. We chose this complex for three reasons. One reason it was zoned for Walnut Grove High School. Second, one month free concessions and third it was a really nice place. We paid for the lease to start on 8/23 unfortunately due to moving company could not arrive until 8/24. The way we were spoken to was unacceptable. and we looked passed it. Then on Monday 8/26 we went to Walnut Nut Grove where were informed the mother must reside and be on the lease. for Blake to attend We made the front office aware yesterday (8/27) and requested my daughter to be added to the lease after being informed by ------, ----, and another young lady it would be no problem because we were already financially approved as well as moved in, We were advised by your front office team to fill out the application and check the not financially responsible box because we were financially approved and it was not needed. That was not the case.... a link was sent for verification of income and bank statement which was provided. Then the family received several emails which stated $1577 deposit instead of $600 and a cosigner. Then another email was sent stating no specials, double deposit, or guarantor, deposit equal to 1/2 months rent based on rental history. My daughter flew here and gave rental history which was good up until 11/2023 which the lease ended. She continuously paid the rent even though she was in the hospital. This is very unfair to treat us this way. It cost us $7k to move here and money has been allotted for. We were informed of this today at 5:37pm, which is three days before the September 1st. I may be 73 years old but something doesn't seem right with the changing of terms, various emails, and the policy and procedures between front office/leasing staff and Management (MR. ----) Thank you

We needed a short term rental while waiting for our new construction house to be finished. The employees have been wonderful helping us learn about the community and get settled. This is a wonderful place to spend the summer! Great pool and beautiful areas to walk or run. We really like it!

I love living here. This is a wonderful community Stav management. They are wonderful. Very quiet, very peaceful. No noise, no loud music. Nobody walking down the street all time of the night. This is a wonderful community. I will recommend anyone to live a year
