I've lived here now for over a year, and plan on upgrading to a larger apartement. The Luxe is well built and energy efficient. The office staff is very friendly as well. I love the work out area. Kudos to you all.

Safe community with excellent ameneties. Staff is responsive and the community is kept very clean and landscaped. The parks is nice for walkting through and everyone seems friendly when you meet them.

Vile: Absence of high values

How precious is our freedom of speech and to voice our own opinions about our own personal experiences and witness of others actions. DO NOT RENT FROM SUCH A DISGUSTING & VIAL COMPANY & EMPLOYEES (manager)! The manager comes from a background of serving steaks at a cheap restaurant with no education that it requires & takes into making a happy, healthy, and safe living environment for a couple hundred of human beings (not robots or prisoners).

Great spacious apartment with great finishes and flooring. I love the high ceilings, attached garage and private backyard. So far the community is clean and the amenities are perfect. The move-in process was easy and pain free. The location is a mere 5-10 minutes from anything you need.

We love everything about the Luxe of Prosper. It is mostly quiet and safe. I don't understand why the manager is such a ------. Seems like he has this power struggle issue. I have never seen him respond kindly. As much as we love living here, the manager (Will) is a game changer. My last experience with him was during our a/c problem. Why does he treat me like I am the problem. I was at day 4 with a/c problems in July. I needed someone to understand and help me, not pull out my contract and tell me my apartment is two degrees short of being an "emergency". That day, my wife and I were broken. It would have meant so much to us to be met with understanding and kindness. Thank God for Randy and Allen who went above and beyond to help us; It is like they know what we were facing with the manager. When your a/c goes out in July in Texas it is a EMERGENCY.

Great amenities, service staff, size of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice community pool, workout room, and clubhouse. Great atmosphere for dog walking with trails and parks all around. Great view of wooded area from my backyard.

Great facility, needs some changes in local management

The Luxe Prosper is an ok place with decent facilities. The walls a paper thin so expect noise from neighbors (or them being able to hear you). The option of townhome feel is great and the fitness center is excellent. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful to work with outside of Will. He has made absolutely every interaction difficult, petty, and completely destroyed our perception of this community. This all ties to choosing to stay or not at the end of our lease for our son. I've lived in Prosper for 17 years and I cannot recommend this community as long as Will is there, his customer service has literally been that bad. I will go out of my way to make sure to steer people away from here, which is unfortunate.

Unit was new with nice amenities. Office staff is kind and helpful. Enjoy the free food as community events, coffee machine and access to office with printer, and 24 hour gym. The security gate has not worked consistente and some resisdents don't clean up after their dogs. I have enjoyed being a part of this community.

This community is absolutely amazing! An apartment that feels like a mini home. Clean, new with all the amenities you could dream of! Including its own permanent 2 food trucks with stringing lights. The dog parks are so cool and the pool, gym are super plush. I am so happy to have found this complex

It has not been a smooth ride thus far but trying to be understanding as the complex is relatively new and my unit was one of the last to be completed. I have no rain gutters on the back of my duplex which creates a lot of backyard issues.

For the most part everything is ok. Still a Few issues with my neighbors and noise. I like all the grounds to walk my dog. Having a back yard is nice sothe dog can go outside and run or chill. Hope this community stays nice.

I moved in after first being built. There were residue spots in the floor and a small dent/scratches on the refrigerator. Since they broke ground, there has been a substantial amount of pests. The walls are thin, but outside of this, everything else has been great!

Community is nice, quiet and friendly. Homes are well maintained and feels like a home not just an apartment. I love the gym on site and the park to walk in during mornings, evenings. Having a dog park is a plus for pet owners and the on-site dog wash. Great community.

Upon moving in, we were happy. Still are a little, but neighbors are loud, noisy, disrespectful and rude. Complaint a couple times, but it's the same. Very clean property. No complaints here. Maintenance crew is very good.

Amenities are nice. The apartment itself is okay. Walls are very thin and have had multiple bug issues over the summer. I also understand that the guest parking is for guests but for 2 people who live in a single bedroom and have 2 cars and are constantly having to swap out vehicles when one of us needs to leave is inconvenient. There is guest parking right behind our unit and we can't even park there as a resident without getting a sticker saying the car would be towed.
