Don’t DO IT!

From a former resident AND employee of this apartment complex..whatever you do. Stay away from these apartments. There is no security, there are no cameras, there are no gates. they will try to tell you that police officers and sheriffs live on property (they dont). They will tell you maintenance tries to take care of all issues within 2 weeks (youll be waiting months, or even lucky if they come at all.) they will tell you there isnt much crime, I have had my car window broken into and a few other residents who had their tires stolen with their cars left on center blocks and since the complex has no cameras, you will be Sorry out of luck. You may look at all the Google reviews and think this place isnt bad. If there are any 5 stars reviews, its because the property manager sent out a text to the employees to have our family and friends put in a good review since we were in a competition. Roaches in every building. One time, a resident was getting ready to move in but there was mold and mildew in the apartment, I was instructed by the property manager to just go spray Kilz on it instead of actually fixing the problem. And if you have had previous evictions, they will deny you but still try to have you put in an application because thats $75 for the owner. So whatever you do, stay away, you will find WAY better apartments for your money than these¦ I say check out places like. The Fredd Townhomes, Elevate at Huebner Grove, or The Vance at Huebner Oaks.. or honestly¦ just any apartment that isnt The Frederick Apartments.

I was desperate. Don’t be. They changed the name to Eckert Heights, like common criminals trying to escape justice. They baited and switched me on the apt I leased, and I lived with the smell of rodent piss in the a/c, laughably incompetent maintenance (when I could get it), pimps and drug dealers for neighbors, and swimming pools unfit for pigs to swim in, if they were even open. My vehicle was damaged twice in the parking lot. Nobody left a note (I suspect a tenant or guest and some idiot with a weed eater), and I was out over a thousand dollars. They charged a monthly extermination fee while massive cockroaches infested the south mechanical room and my balcony. They charged for hot water even when they didn’t supply it for weeks at a time. Then they tried to bill me for thousands of dollars because they didn’t like the notice I gave as a month-to-month tenant. Businesses like Bent Tree / Eckert Heights need to fail. Avoid that dump. Leave it to the resident pimps and drug dealers.

This community doesn't provide hot water to residents and charge them for the same. Residents don't have hot water for last 4 months. Now the laundry is also closed without prior notice. Maintenance request is not taken care and leasing office staff is not co-operative.

Very bad experience. first of all my apartment was not ready.. It had stains in the bathtub. Stains in the kitchen sink stains in the refrigerator and the dishwasher. Roaches everywhere. leaky faucets. hot water goes out a lot. I did not I did not have a c for 2 months. they took a long time they took a long time fixing things and on top of it all these kept my security deposit. they charged me a cleaning fee. For all the stains that could not be cleaned. these are slumlord Apartments. I would not recommend.

I find the management very poor as well as maintenance. The outside of the complex has trash everywhere and is not kept up. I think that they should post the hours in answering machine message and when there is a problem they should send out messages by email or fliers.

This is third class category apartment, I have ever seen in my life.Most of the staff are very unprofessional. Maintenance is very very poor.Full of cockroaches and other insects.This kind of service, we will not got any where in the world I believe. Will never recomend any one for staying in bent tree

It is very much disappointed to express my view regarding the false promise. Property Management was supposed to give my caution deposit plus over-charged amount($139.99)/- I vacated the apartment 4 months ago. Till now I haven't got the amount yet. This is not a healthy business to do this kind of cheating business with the clients. If I would have got this amount. I thought of donating this amount to American Red Cross or Children Caner Foundation. This kind of bad business is not good for the Management. I was having little hope on the Manager unfortunately, he also washed his hands at the end. I wont recommend anyone to move into this kind of Property.

Very poor experience since last 4-5 months. No one coming to complete Maintenance tasks no matter how many times you ask for it. Looks like Staff even stopped responding now. No plans to stay with Bent Tree anymore. Can never recommend this society to anyone.

I like this community.Because good atmoshpere, people are also friendly type,very close to shopping,my daughter playing outside and swimming pool(we mostly use swimming pool).My daughter learned swimming in this apartment swimming pool-my daughter age 3 years old.lot of movies available in CD ( Blu ray disc and normal dvd ).Speciallly kids movies also. And very important one thing Every 6 months once management conducting fun event this is awesome. I love this apartment.

Liked the community very much. It is our 3rd time stay here and wr dont want to go anywhere else. It is one of most beautiful society in surrounding area full of trees and small rocks. Staff is helpful too really appreciated for bent tree to make it dream home to live.

Multiple changes in rental and lease renewal and removing regular employee discounts, So I feel I'm not happy with my lease renewal also there is no proper notification for monthly rent increase also monthly pest control was not properly done due to this we have house full of roaches even not able to sleep properly.

not that good and not too bad. maintenance is average. old appliances might be one of the issue causing the frequent problems. i have and still facing the problems with my air conditioning. once in every couple of weeks ac repair has to be done. and at times office staff wont take things seriously. I have lived here for 11 years and I love it. The people are friendly. When I first arrived here 11 yrs ago there was crime and noise, but now its become a friendly and safe place to live. The grounds needs improvement due to high grass. Noise level is high when you live in a bottom apt and the noise is on the upper floors.
