Very satisfied with the community and the team. The location is good for ease of access to grocery stores and restaurants and Walmart. IAH airport is also relatively close to the complex. H-E-B and Kroger and Trader Joe’s are all reasonably close by.

Car was broken into , poor lighting , no security or cameras other than at the gate, the gate works sometimes . Maintenance has to be called out multiple times for same issue . Management is aware but no action plan . Grounds well kept , Pool clean, and great location city wise.

I have had an excellent experience living at the Retreat in the woodlands. the area is highly convenient as it is a college town with lots of different amenities easily accessible (ie. pharmacy, eateries, etc). Its also conveniently located next the main highway, and plenty of hospitals and urgent cares, and play grounds, walking trails, parks. The grounds are well maintained, my neighbors are kind, quiet and friendly. Every interaction with staff has been professional and courteous. Overall, I enjoy living here.

Nice apartments but the property manager is condescending, inconsiderate, and always seems to be having a power trip or in need to flex her ego. Overall just not a warm person. I avoid the office at all costs just to not interact with her…Maintenance is great, hard-working and they communicate well.

FANTASTIC !!! I am VERY happy living here at the "Retreat". Quiet, clean, friendly, yes to all of these ! The front office have the best three ladies you can come across. Always ready to help. Maintenance guys are second to none. The special activities that are through out the year are fun and lets you meet your neighbors. Hawaii night is this week !! I plan on being here a long time!

We have been happy here for 12 (twelve) years! That says it all. If only one thing was to be changed, it would be for overgrown plants to be trimmed down a bit. Can't see out of windows on first floor like we could a few years ago and have hardly any view of pool. Other than that, this place is the best place to be.

The apartment was clean and had a perfect layout for me because I work remotely. I have a 30-pound Cockapoo, and the grounds are well-maintained. No dog poop lying around, which I enjoy not seeing.

Awesome! I enjoy the events for the residents. Though my apartment is near the pool, office, and apartment used to show potential tenants, the noise level is quiet. The complex itself is smoke free which I love due to being sensitive to the smell of smoke, but there is a smoking area.
