So impressed with every aspect and attention to detail from the community support and service teams here at the Retreat! The complex is clean, the units are up to date, it is true luxury living. I feel like I am pulling into a resort every day after work, and the weekends I enjoy a gorgeous barbecue cabana and pool area.

I absolutely love living here ! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to get an apartment. The layout of the buildings is super convenient and the pool area and club house are very nice. I looked at a lot of apartment complexes before choosing this one, and I can say that I did not see any other one that I liked as much as The Retreat.

Its been an absolute pleasure living here. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The department apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is amazing. The pricing is reasonable and much lower than other luxury apartment options in the Woodlands. Gym is pretty great, I canceled my 24 hour membership when I moved into this apt. Great apartment for living in the woodlands.

Its a great community to live in and love all the amenities that are included. Only wish a new gate remote wasnt so expensive lol I havent lived here any month yet and mine fell apart in my purse and cant find the backside

Wonderful front office staff, the concierge service is amazing and everyone is extremely dog friendly! I probably wouldnt let maintenance in my apartment without me there but everything else about the apartment complex has been wonderful :)

This is a good community to live in. Close to everything: schools, grocery stores, churches, town center...Nice pool. Nice management. Friendly neighbors. The landscaping is precious. I like it here and would recommend it to my friends

This is not my first apartment, FYI. I know other place but overall not good. Their maintenance is really poor. e.g.Sprinklers are always broken and often to see big fountains every night. Waste water fee which we pay for it as a "rent". Staffs are not kind. They dont care about residents but their working ours or fee and lot of serious mistake. e.g. they entered our apartment and forgot to remove the spare key from the door. When one of my friends who lived in the same residence came back to the apartment in the night, she noticed that the key was there and she couldnt go into it because she was scared (someone might be there). Next day, she told apartment staff but they didnt care and she decided to leave the apartment. There are many other story that I heard and experienced. They are not smart at all and dont care about us. I'm gonna leave this apartment soon.

I love the friendliness of all of the staff! Everything about this complex is beautiful even the covers around the dumpsters haha. The parking isn’t great, but I understand that is out of your control.

I have been a resident at The Retreat for 2 years and have no plans to leave unless I decide to purchase a house. The maintenance team (Jay & Martine) is wonderful and with quick turnaround times. For any problem I've encountered, the maintenance team has exceeded my expectation in getting the issue resolved, and in a timely fashion. Lastly but certainly not least, the office staff (Cori, Veronica, & Mashawnee) have been exceptional. They know most, if not all residents by name and the building and/or apartment number in which we live (impressive memories). They are like "family" to me and are so warm and welcoming to all of the pets. I appreciate the things they do to make us feel as though we are valued, as residents. For example, they cook and serve breakfast several times throughout the year. They also provide breakfast on-the-go for us as we are leaving early for work, host bingo, as well as pizza and movie nights. That's only some of the awesome things they do to show us they appreciate us. Overall, I would recommend The Retreat at The Woodlands, hands down!!

Disgusting carpet complained before move-in & first told new carpet for apartment then leasing staff said no carpet approved. Move-in day carpet dirty also kitchen dirty, no light in oven,no light in microwave or oven hood lights (2). Had to provide my living room light&fan fixture & had to pay $50 for install. I asked the leasing agent ---- to come to apartment to witness all the issues upon move-in she said write it down. I am afraid I will be charged for the damages already occur before my move-in. I am very happy to have the opportunity to write a review for this community. We lived at Retreat little over two years and we have had the best experience. The staff is marvelous Veronica,Mashwanee,Cory . Maintenance are very prompt on solving residential needs I am very pleased at the attention that has been given to me and my family . Y'all have made our transition a pleasant experience I thank each and one of you for being kind and friendly we loved our time at Retreat and will always recommend to others. Thank you Megi 2/1/18

My wife and I have lived here since May of 2016 - present. Everyone in the world complains about prices but let's be the complexes do the same thing. It is reasonable, great staff, awesome concierge, nice/clean units. Only knock would be parking in between buildings. We went from a "shared" parking area to the back where there is never an a race to get the best few spots. Highly recommend this place and this staff.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Retreat in the Woodlands, and cant say enough about the staff and the efforts made to make this a home. One aspect to mention is they put in a small fenced in dog park area where the tenants can let their dogs off the leash and play with other dogs. I dont have a canine myself, but thought this was an extremely nice gesture.

We love The Retreat! Everyone is really friendly in the entire complex. The pool area is a great space to relax and grill out. We also love the gym. It has just about all you could need for an indoor work out. The only two things we have noticed is the parking and that the trash pick up is an additional mandatory cost per month (not included in rent price). Spaces are pretty tight for our medium sized suv and truck. I would definitely think about that when choosing an apartment in the complex. We didn't, so we have a garage right where we thought we could park. Other than that, the complex is very well managed.The apartment itself has a great location and is a wonderful community to live in.

Management forgets to submit my maintenance requests. I've had to ask up to 3 times for something to be done about power shortages, broken water heater. I've had to go a full 1 1/2 day without hot water because of the management did not call the maintenance man to inform him of the problem. They do not have enough staff to take care of all the current residents requests and also show new clients around the property.
