Awesome! I enjoy the events for the residents. Though my apartment is near the pool, office, and apartment used to show potential tenants, the noise level is quiet. The complex itself is smoke free which I love due to being sensitive to the smell of smoke, but there is a smoking area.

Best service team!
The Retreat team does a great job holding a variety of resident events, including the event with the fire dancer. Their maintenance team has been there since the property was first built, and they seem to know everyone. The service team is always quick to respond, and they are very friendly. We love the landscaping and the beehive. I have never seen a community with their own hive and harvest their own honey. Very memorable.

My family and I have lived at The Retreat for over a year and love it! The grounds are lovely and it is very quiet. The management responds quickly. The maintenance staff is responsive and so nice to work with. I highly recommend The Retreat apartments!

My experience as a resident at The Retreat at the Woodlands has been a positive one. The complex is well-maintained, with a welcoming, well-kept landscape. Requests for repairs and maintenance services are always prompt met with polite, friendly staff. The gated community provides a sense of safety, and having considerate neighbors is most appreciated. The Retreat is my home and I recommend it to all my friends.

The great choice resulted by community personnel
I was recently moved to the USA and I went over several communities in Conroe and woodlands searching for the best property for rent with different prices, locations, facilities and categories. However, we had to conclude our decision and select retreat because of the great welcoming, politeness, and support shown by Brianna during our tour day. Nevertheless, my wife was very optimistic about moving in because of Brianna’s nice approach and orientation which was really appreciated for her support and collaboration to make our selection very easy. Furthermore, the moment I moved in I had several issues but all were dealt with professionally by Brianna and all issues were solved promptly. Moreover, she can be reached easily via email or phone calls. As a point of care by community management I had to fill up a survey for the sake of improvement which reflects on the professionalism of the community members and I received feedback for improvement for every single comment addressed by me as this illustrates how care they are for the residents’ Initially, the community have great facilities that suits all your needs with great lounge.

I've left numerous positive reviews for The Retreat at The Woodlands because we have always loved our years of living here. The community feel is like no other apartment complex I've lived in, and this is due to the professionalism and friendliness of the office and maintenance staff. We have no plans to leave because this is our happy home!

It's a clean and high quality live community apartment. All the equipments and environment are good. A small issue is our apartment which near to the outside roas is little bit noisy. Whatever it's fine for us. Good community and beautiful apartment!

Great atmosphere, great service. Could not ask for anything better. Gym facility is a good size to accommodate multiple people at once and can be accessed any time for those with crazy schedules. Finding parking is never an issue, there are plenty of spaces for everyone.

Excellent!! Very clean and beautiful all common areas. Good gym and pool. Nice leasing offc and excellent attention. Needs more communication with maintenance orders in general. Good apartments for living, excellent schools!

Sometimes during the night my neighbor make noise for 20-30 minutes. I think it’s the neighbor which I have common wall at the bedroom. But everything else it’s good in this community. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Overall, satisfied. Price range increases yearly by approximately a hundred. I could sometimes hear my upstairs neighbors’ dog running around, and one time, heard my neighbor’s (across my unit) friend, knocking relentlessly for 10 mins and yelling for him to “open the door”. Assistance for apt requests are provided promptly.

Beautiful apartments! My family loves the location, and the staff has always been so helpful and kind since the start. I can't recommend living here enough! No pest issues, maintenance is always fast to repair, and the community feels safe and cozy. Best place to live in The Woodlands!

Poor they wrecked my car with the landscaping crew and never did a thing about it that's one big reason. The office never responds to anything except if they are trying to harass you about stuff. Can't use the restroom in the office. Always complaining about covid and covid is not a big deal anymore.

Some of staff are really nice some others are extremely rude. The flowers and grass have been being worked on for a little bit now. The pool is nice but only 3 feet deep. You can see cheap fixes all around the apartment. Paint over holes. They used the wrong type of caulk for the bathrooms which caused cracking. As well as caulk on the floor to the trim. Some of the other residents don’t care about the no smoking so if that’s a problem for you I wouldn’t recommend. Security isn’t followed at all as they allow the gardeners to prop the doors open with a rock. Mail is outside of the gated area which doesn’t make sense ups and fed ex will leave packages on the ground which is stupid. Staff is more concerned about when you set your trash out for pick up then people not picking up after their dog. It’s really unfortunate because this could be a really great property but unfortunately for the price I would avoid it.

Overall is good, I wish the gates are not open during the night (not sure about the reasons they are open sometimes letting anyone enter parking lots and premises). It would be good to have an access to the lounge from the pool area.

The Retreat at The Woodlands is an awesome place to live. I have been here for almost seven years. It's very quiet and everyone here is very friendly and nice. It's a wonderful place to live, I will highly recommend.

Beautiful place to live. Convenient to everything. One of the most friendliest staff Ive ever encountered. All floor plans are super cute, fans are not standard in the living room. Events for the complex could be more often, but overall, top notch!
