WOW! What an amazing place to live. The management and staff or extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived to move in. It truly is a "retreat" with the surrounding forest, resort-style pool, and well-equipped fitness facility. The daily trash pickup does a great job of keeping things clean. The landscaping is beautiful. We are so glad we chose to live here.

The Retreat has met all of our expectations. Very warm staff. Quick to respond Maintenance Dept. Great pool. Could have moved closer to work, but no other apartments were as impressive as The Retreat at The Woodlands. John B.

I totally recommend The Retreat at The Woodlands as a place to live. It's a beautiful neighborhood and has all the amenities one would want and/or need. The staff is amazing and they have a great communication system.

I did a lot of research before selecting our next home. The Retreat at the Woodlands was top of the list. Their caring management team and fantastic maintenance staff were on any issue I needed help with. The apartments are updated, the pool and splash pad are well maintained along with the barbecue grills. Just nicely done! Yeah, you could pay less somewhere...but you will get what you pay for! Regardless what you decide..wish you the best. Just wanted to share my experience and research.

Overall great experience living here. Had an issue where there was damage to my vehicle because of a known issue by the community that cost me $700 dollars. I understand these community managers cant do much but its annoying that Greystar ignored it. Overall though a great place to live.

Absolutely lovely leasing agent Jena was the most helpful with my location. Jena is very current and on top of her game. Out going personality and willingness to go out of her way for you makes a very easy transition. Outstanding property! Loved it and felt safe. Thank you so much Jena, you were the BEST!

We have enjoyed living in this community. Its very family friendly, safe and clean. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond when needed. The amenities are well kept and easily accessible. We always feel at home in our apartment and roaming the grounds with our kids.

Its a nice community to live in, friendly people and nice amenities. My main reservations happen to be with neighbors, but thats nothing that management can help. Aside from that community upkeep hasnt been what it was when we first moved hear a little over a year ago, but I imagine thats because of Covid and the recent freeze. I can tell that management is trying to keep up with things, but are limited with how much money they can spend on certain things.

The apartments are very nice and kept well. The staff is amazing and so helpful. So many amenities to enjoy the outdoors. It's a small community which I like. Everyone is so friendly here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The property is surrounded by trees.

Very professional team of individuals who respond quickly and always on top of things. Community is safe, clean and just an overall good place to live. Very peaceful environment. Mailroom very safe and always clean. Best maintenance team.

The staff has been excellent and so friendly. The whole complex is beautiful. Love this community. Dog friendly. The tenants are really nice and friendly. Its very safe. Love the fact there are tenants that are first responders.

It is very bad experience and a lot of ignore in many cases especially when my car has been melt on two side and send a lot of e-mail without any feedback Im not recommend any of my friends to stay here

Im wondering if people in the building #6 are not bothering the noise from the neighborhood. Alden bridge sports complex. I have been living more than 6 years but hadnt bothered like this in the past. They sometimes play music very loud in early morning and late night for a couple of hours.

Experience at the community has been wonderful. Moved in during the middle of covid but adjustments were quickly made regarding amenities and accessibility to them. Only downfall is if coming home late parking will be scarce and might have to park far from apartment

Great apartment right off 45 in the woodlands. Nice pool nice workout room. Tucked away in the pine trees! We have loved our stay here at the Retreat at the Woodlands! Cant find a better apartment at the price, we looked!

The apartment is located in a nice location, near to good schools, parks, and community worship places. The ambience is excellent, with well maintained premises, a friendly atmosphere, and nice service maintenance team.

Although I am a new resident, I have enjoyed staying at these apartments. Covid had made using the amenities a little more difficult, but that is understandable and the staff has done a good job putting practices in place to keep residents safe. I had two maintenance requests that were handled timely and with good service.

I recommend to everyone to move in the Woodlands Reatreat. You will enjoy to live in this apartment. We made a good decision to move here. Stuff are very gentle and helpfull. It is quite place to live.

We and my wife loving here. It is very nice and quiet community. The maintenance team is really good. And the staff is very professional. The community is pet friendly as well. And there is a very nice swimming pool as well.

Maintenance requests are always handled quickly (not that I have had many). Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions community events are on hold but hopefully will resume in the future. The walls apparently are a bit thin or are good sound conductors as lately I have been getting vibrations from a neighbor's sound system, which is fortunate my turned down fairly early.

The complex seems well kept and maintained. Unfortunately, the valet garbage staff is very inappropriate and corporate should review the residents concerns about picking up the garbage and keeping the bins in the apartment. Most apartment complexes, including all homes, keep the garbage bin outside of the home. The fitness center needs a few new pieces of equipment.

Has not been a good experience. Was never allowed to see the apartment before moving in. Lied to about being able to access amenities. Racially discriminated against since being here. Treated poorly because i choose to not wear a mask but yet no problem taking my money for rent. i will refuse to pay rent.

Retreat The Woodlands is a pretty, clean complex to live at. Generally, weve been satisfied with our time living here. Over the past 3 or 4 months, Its gotten a little noisier and residents havent been as responsible when it comes to picking up after their dogs

I love the community, amenities and stuff. However, I had an issue with our downstairs neighbors. They dont like that we are walking in our apartment and knocked on their ceiling. That situation scared me to be honest and now Im thinking all the time how we are walking and tying to stay away from my apartment as much as we can which is sad. I spoke with management about my concerns, they said that I dont have to be worry about it but that makes me nervous and destroy my enjoyment of the new home

Overall the apartment is great. It is close to 242 which means you get to where you need to go, but it is a tad noisy. Other than that we love it. Tucked away, has a nice pool and fitness center. Would recommend 100%
