I am amazed with the leasing team. They are awesome and super nice. My move in during covid was exceptional. I had no trouble with my contactless move in and the contemporary concierge service is a great benefit.

I have lived here for about 3 years now and it has been really nice. Everyone is friendly, and the staff do their best to make the community look nice as well as offer fun things for us to do as a whole.

The sprinkler heads that come on at night are often broken and if you mention it to that one person in the office you are told pretty much that it is not my concern. The complex waters weeds because there is NO grass. Weeds dont need water to grow. They water these weeds/woods all the way to the car wash. That is wasting water just like the broken sprinkler heads. Ive seen 3 heads broken at a time but was told when I mentioned it I was not to talk to the lawn people because they ONLY listen to her. Bikes,scooters and all childrens riding toys Ive seen stored under the stairs for the 3 years I have lived here but my wagon also there 3 years was removed without a community email because a tenant complained about a different wagon that had water in it wanted it removed. A community email would have been fair to find out who it belonged to before just taking it than acting like you know nothing about it.

My wife and I feel like we are on vacation and at the same time we feel at home at the Retreat I highly recommend the Retreat for a vacation and home style experience . The staff and grounds are magnificent !

We visited the Retreat at The Woodlands and absolutely loved Kristy the Assistant Manager. She totally sold us on this apartment complex. Kristy is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind and offered additional information about the safety in the community. Very good performance. Instalation looks nice and organice. The view of the place is always in a good chape. In my opinion the place is very quiet. I will sugest make at lease one activity a month with the nabors.

The Retreat at The Woodlands is by far the best community I have lived in. All of the staff is top-notch! This is the most friendly place I have ever lived! They also go over and beyond on all of the social events... if you live here, you owe it to yourself to attend at least one event.. so much fun! Krizty is my initial contact with the complex and she is so personable and sweet. Cori, the Manager, is so outgoing and personable as well. This place has a great atmosphere, any service request I placed in was taken care of promptly.. Jay and team do a great job in the community. No better place to live!! Ive lived here for 3 months and Dont ever want to leave. Im home!!!

Honestly a great community to live in!! Nice and quiet. they put on great community events. amazing apartments inside and out!! Beautiful cabinets, gorgeous granite counter tops! The whole nine yards! It was a great choice moving to this complex

Great place, helpful management, quiet neighbourhood, active community. Leasing staff was very helpful especially Kriszty. Like the gym and pool. Also the monthly events that we have here. Its a good opportunity to meet the neighbors

I have been living here for about 5 months. It's a good place to live. Most of the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The maintenance of the units and common areas is good. It is a safe neighborhood. The schools are great.

Professional staff and lovely landscaping, the only issue is the noise you get from upper level apartment. But I guess its ok, especially when kids are playing, you cant complain. Other than this, we love it here and we are going to renew:)

The only complaints I really have are the sometimes I hear a lot of dog noise at 3 am that wakes me up but it ends pretty quick so I really dont mind it to much. The only complaints I have about the landscape is the Crape Myrtles are not always trimmed and block the sidewalk.

Excellent community with great management. They are extremely pet friendly with included dog walking services through the Contemporary Concierge. Everything is kept up well. The Community Manager, Cori Graves, is constantly finding ways to improve the community and grounds.

I have many reasons to be unhappy with the management of this place. It is a money making place, unfriendly to tenants. I suppose to buy parts for the closet if I want to used. Pay extra for led bulbs, coffee cups, parking spot, trash transport to shut. Gate has been broken for 2 weeks+, signed extra papers regarding safety??? No good here.

I just moved in a few weeks ago, but I am loving everything. The 1st night here we realized that our AC was not cooling correctly so we used the emergency maintenance service and they were very quick and let us know what was wrong and how they fixed it!

Two weeks after move-in there is alot to improve upon. During the initial visit everyone was professional and eager to please. After the lease was signed and move-in occurred, it has become a different story. Emails take over a week for a response, if any response is given at all and we are still working through sub-optimal move-in conditions. There is significant room for improvement here. Most importantly I would like to live in a unit where the smell of cigarettes and smoking doesn't fill the main bedroom and closet.

I wouldnt consider it luxury living, just a regular apartment complex, with tons of dog and subsequently poop everywhere. Its pretty quiet and relatively safe, and close by shopping areas all around. Dont live on first floor because when people drop drinks from above, stains will stay in front of your door.

I have lived here over 3-years and paid my rent on time everytime, yet I have been personally targeted for pedantic enforcement of community guidelines when others get away with the same behavior day in and day out. If you have rules, enforce them for everyone not just the people you don't personally like.
