Best apartment complex in hampton roadys and surrounding cities. Everything js great from the tenants to the maintenance to the people who work there. Nothing is perfect of course, but the people here are very helpful at making u feel at home and solving any concerns u might have. They really so take care of there tenants here. And the valet trash service is nice to have sometimes as well. Love this place! Would only move for more room.

My experience has been good. Was quite noisy in the summer being by the pool. And sometime at night during the week. With people playing loud music. Other than that occasionally and the spiders and webs in the stairwell. Other than those couple things it is great living, friendly staff , and great ammenities.

My wife and I was married in September 2016. We had visited Eagle Harbor with our daughter before we were married. We really liked what we saw. We decided to apply and were approved. We have lived here for 2 years now and can truly say that we have nothing to really complain about. The neighborhood is peaceful and inviting. The staff that we have encountered have been professional and polite. We feel safe here.

Stay away!! Has been through multiple management and each set gets more incompetent as it goes along. Currently, the management's customer service is poor. They treat you like an inconvenience, don't follow through on promises and are never available. Once they don't like you, they make your experience living there a living hell, all because you request they do something about the "riff raff" that are allowing to move in. Current residents are afraid to walk outside at night, any given night you can ride through the area and hear loud music and marijuana. The safety issue has become so bad that the manager has a personal relationship with the local sheriffs office who have to patrol there often. Now you would think they would be concerned about losing good residents due to this, but instead they choose to harass you about water accidentally being leaked off of your balcony. These are all true accounts and I have emails and texts to back them up. I wish I had never moved here! I did my one year lease and am officially gone as of this week. Good riddance!

Well overall. Dog park could be larger and landscaping has deteriorated recently but the value of the apartment and amenities is well worth the price. The property holds up well against flooding and is located and a very good spot to access different areas of the region.

We moved in on the 28th of July in 2016 and the apartment was very clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. The carpet had been cleaned and the kitchen was spotless with everything we needed to cook our foods and store them. The apartment is everything we need to live comfortably and we feel safe here. We love it!!

From the time we came to look at the apartments to today, everyone has been very friendly. The grounds are keep very nice and I enjoy getting to walk my dog around the complex. I love the community around Eagle Harbor! The schools in this area are the best! The staff are amazing and are always willing to help out! The pool and the gym are my favorite part of Eagle Harbor! I love living in the country/ city!

Everything has been satisfactery; I would like to have had help in maintaining my carpet though. It is very light and shows the soil; I had to pay to have it ccleaned. If I had moved, this unit would have been rented many times and the carpet would have been cleaned or replaced. I am 96 and so far have been able to manage here nicely.The garbage pickup right in the hall is a very wonderful help. Any unnecisary noises (dogs barking) have been taken care of.

Like I have said, we have enjoyed the whole apartment experience. Eagle Harbor has been just a reclaxing lovely place to live. The office and matience staff have been very helpful and kind. Neighbor is great. Police always patrolling makes us feel super safe. Grounds are well kept. People neighbors all very nice. We love it here.

Very clean and well maintained apartment. Large living room dining area and nice patio. Pool is very nice and workout center is decent. Super quiet where I live n .i've had no problems so far! Short drive over James bridge n your in high shopping n dining area with plenty to do.

It's best feature is it's convenient location in the Hampton Roads area in general. With a newly renovated Food Lion and a newly built Rite Aid within walking distance makes the location even better. On the downside, the cost for that convenience is rather steep, especially when you look at the price per square footage of what you're actually getting. Also, a lot of the apartments are much older builds with older appliances, fixtures, etc. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and courteous and the pool and clubhouse is really nice and well maintained. Overall, I'd give it a 3 out of 5 star rating.

My neighbors are very noisy, with loud thumping, hard walking, sounding like they are coming through the floor. I??™m not satisfied as this wakes me up & keeps me up. Therefore I??™m not sure as to whether or not I??™m going to renew my lease.

Great experience so far. Lots of community amenities available, very modern apartments and reasonable pricing. My wife and I especially enjoy the pool on hot summer days. Also, we take advantage of the very dog-friendly atmosphere at Eagle harbor. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for residency in the Carrollton area.

My husband moved into this apartment complex a few years ago, and I joined him last year. The staff here is very nice and as helpful as they can be when you have a problem. The main areas are always well landscaped and cared for. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient when you have a serious issue, but you might not have an issue resolved if it??™s not considered a high priority.

Everyone has been friendly in the office and very helpful. My son and I love our living space it??™s perfect for the two of us and it??™s very affordable for me as a single mother. The two bedroom two bath is cozy. I did have an issue with my kitchen sink when I moved in and the office had it taken care of at a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends.

Absolutely the worst complex, management and maintainance out of any place I've lived. They are rude, incompetant and unprofessional. Units are over priced for the ---- quality of appliances. 90 percent of the neighbors are rude and loud but management refuses to do anything about it. Not only do they not address the issues, they simply say sorry and theyll look in to it and then try to get you to forget how much you hate living there. If something breaks it will take them weeks to months to come out and even when they do they don't fix the problem. I still have a front door that has been broken since July of 17, contacted then multiple times and nothing. We ended up making it work on our own. People who don't live here and aren't visiting anyone use the pool and no one checks on who these people are. If you're looking for a place to get screwed over every month, this is the place for you. And if you get ------ neighbors you better be ready to deal with it on your own because this --- backwards place won't do a thing about it. This place gets 0 stars and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all, ever, for any reason. And to the management. Don't even bother responding to this because there is not a single thing you could do to make living here even remotely worth it.
