Over the past year has been really a hard time for me adjusting to new change in my life but I must say residing at Eagle Harbor has made my change easy. The Staff are more like family; my neighbors are amazing. I was able to host my nieces surprise 18th birthday party at the club house and I was beautiful. The staff gave us some ideas which we took the and ran with it. Creative night with the wine bottles was amazing and relaxing. My cousin who is a home owner now wants to down size and rent her home out to move to Eagle Harbor.

I have enjoyed living here, the complex is keep very clean and maintained. The office staff is very nice and extremely friendly, they have known and used my name since I moved in, impressive considering how many residents there are. The maintenance staff are equally as friendly, although I have never had to use them, in passing they are always saying hello. The community activities are amazing ice cream socials, movie nights by the pool, parents night out, and monthly wine tasting!!

Everything has been great so far. Guests are very impressed. The only negative experiences are that I had to clean the apartment again. It was not cleaned to "move in" condition. Also, a member of the maintenance staff used a key to enter the apartment while I was sitting in the living room in my nightgown. Scary!

soon as my lease is up I plan to move. I can't rest because of the the upstairs neighbors, I have reported it several times and to no aval it has gotten worse. I am up all during the night trying to rest. I cut my TV all the way up and sometimes go to bed with my headphones in my ear so that I do not have to hear that noise. I think its rude and disrespectful the way the upstairs neighbors are.

One of the stove burners cooks the food too hot, and the stovetop is not leveled. I asked for the toilet seats to be changed and only the master bathroom was changed. Was told if there's nothing wrong it won't be changed NASTY. Could go on

Great place to live. Close to all major services. Clean. Only exception are the dog owners who are too lazy to pick up after their pets. Pool is nice. Bathrooms and workout facility is great but the bike needs to be replaced. Quiet. Maintenance is done in a timely manner by a great crew. Lazy renters trash the dumpster area on a regular basis.

Suzan, Rachel & Casey are an awesome combo. They genuinely care for their residents & are very attentive to any matter, issue or concerns. Awesome women individually or in a group. I just enjoy living here & have no complaints, pray it stays this way, remains quiet & no riff-raff moving here.

I quickly had to plan a move to a new city, and the Eagle Harbor team helped make the transition easy. While me unit is older and shows signs of wear and tear, the team has worked with me to help upgrade as they are able.

It's comfortable, I feel safe, I don't have to climb stairs. The staff is super and friendly. If I need them they are there for me. The pool is a plus as I have grandchildren and family that come to visit and they love this place for me. I've taken my grandchildren to the play ground and its maintained well. So I feel they are safe playing there. All in all a great place to live.

When I think of Eagle Harbor I think of good people, good neighbors, in a great neighborhood. I feel like I can really rest at home. I'm glad I chose Eagle Harbor; although it's almost as if Eagle Harbor chose me.

Not a good experience. There is no sound proofing between floors or walls. Rude neighbors bang and move furniture at 2 a.m. They also play loud music and management does not warn you or stop the noise. Be wary.

The city of Carrollton is beautiful. The property is located just outside the James River Bridge and is close to many amenities. The apartments them selves are very nice. Very affordable and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Decent Apartments....Staff is nice, very pleasant New Tenants are way too loud, cars being worked on well into the engines revving loudly! The apartments could use some updating, the carpets, appliances and fixtures are old.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The good attractions are the open gas grills and fire-pits for use by the tenants. The entrance is nice and presentable and displays class. Living here does offer free cable and internet for convenience.

There's no privacy here. They don't enforce any rules concerning noise issues, parking spaces, or common recreational space. The comfortable, modern spacious feel of the clubhouse and apartment office stops there. The apartments are old, dingy, and run down on the inside. They do have a relatively new set that's located on the furthest point of the property, that they ALWAYS show as their "sample". DON'T LET THIS FOOL YOU! Yes there are some relatively new units in that one area, but unless you are being temporarily housed by a large corporation, your chances of getting into one of those newer units are EXTREMELY LOW. The only good thing I have to say about this place is their staff has always been friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely interested in their tenants. Several years ago, yes, this property would definitely have been "luxury" apartments, but not anymore.

The apartment is really nice. I enjoy the free gas grills by the pool. Truth is...I only moved here for the schools. I wouldn't have picked an apartment this expensive if it weren't for my children. Lots of car break ins out here. It hasn't happened to me but I hear the neighbors complain about it frequently. I'm sure crime as petty as that is the work of some immature teenager. Either way, besides that I really feel safe. I sometimes leave my door unlocked! Believe it or not, I never hear my neighbors or the traffic outside. I can hear people climbing the stairs though. I'm on the third floor.

Very nice amenities. The walls are extremely thin though. I hear my neighbors above, beside, and beneath me. The landscaping is kept in nicely during all seasons. We have frequent problems with the trash that can cause an eyesore from time to time.
