This apartment complexes amenities are great. The maintenance staff and front office are attentive and very helpful. The gym is decent for an apartment building with new equipment. The nicest part is the courtyard with plenty of seating and grills.

I had to submit three requests so far and only been here 8 months. It was taken care of. That makes a big difference when they do respond quickly and take care of the issues. Hopefully things will be smooth from here on out.

We have nothing but good thing to say about Belvoir Square! The office staff is wonderful - everyone is so friendly and accomodating. The maintenance team is phenomenal - they come right out when you put in a ticket, never leave a mess behind, for us they always repaired what needed fixing on the first visit, and are quick when they do it. The cleaning staff does a great job, and a clean apartment building always makes it feel more at home. Our neighbors are really nice, they always stop to say hello. I love the common areas, especially when they're decorated for Christmas! I love that the building does communty get-togethers and shares local events in the area. The game room is the best - my family and I had so much fun for Christmas and New Year's down there! The gym is small, but it has the equipment you need to get a good workout in. I'm not sure what else to say, except that I wish we had found Belvoir Square when we first moved to Virginia, because it's been a fantastic experience and we do highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice home!

So far I have been satisfied with the services and amenities provided at this apartment complex. Their gym is small but it has very thing that I need to have adequate workouts. The staff here has been amazing. Everybody is kind and well mannered.

There were some minor issues moving in but Ashley was very helpful to still some issues with being doubled billed via resident portal payment system to be resolved. I received an invoice for water which I paid and then discovered I was charged a 2nd time on monthly payment. I'm VERY responsible taking care of my finances and when rent is due. But payment system needs attention

very conveniently located near fort belvoir, beautiful apartments, great staff, and a very secure building they have a coffee bar available 24 hours seven days a week. They have a game room which includes a pool table shuffleboard cards available 24 hours seven days a week a beautiful weight room inside and out fire pit grilling area all in the common area great for socialization.

Belvoir Square is a clean and secure place to live, located within close proximity of Fort Belvoir. I really like the gym located on the first floor as well as the parking garage. The office staff and maintenance staff are professional and responsive.

Excellent place to stay and the staff is very good additionally, I mean top-notch crew I mean to keep the place extremely clean. Everybody here is very cooperative to each other. We assist each other here very well and management is second and they are very appreciative and very helpful and one call upon when you need help from down, I need assistance they always get to take care of you.

A safe and comfortable place. The staff were amazing in helping get settled in. And the shopping centers on either end of the area are great and safe at night. I personally have no issues and love the area so far!

Belvoir Square Apartments are a great place, especially for military or DOD employees. Located right across Tully Gate, and on route one it is perfectly located to reach multiple nearby cities such a Lorton, Springfield, Alexandria. The complex offers lots of amenities such as a gym, community room that is free to use on ones needs. It has a pool table, couches, little free library, etc. There is also a computer/ internet room and outdoor furniture with gas grills.

It is a wonderful community to live in. anyone will be happy to live here. Great place to raise kids. Close proximity to the mall and to go grocery shopping. really close to I-95. They keep up the apartment compound very well.

Everyone I've come in contact with at Belvoir Square has been warm and welcoming. A great community I'm proud to live in! They have several community events throughout the year. The staff is extremely helpful, from maintenance to the custodial staff and the leasing office!
