There's nothing to say. The complex is convenient to work. The price is steep and there's no room to get out of a bad lease. I will be leaving short of my lease due to relocation and I am unhappy with the steep price/fees to terminate. I only moved here for the convenience to work nothing more.

I have only been here a few weeks but so far this community has been everything I've been looking for. The location is great for my commune regardless of where I am working that day and it is also close enough to two different shopping locations. This makes getting groceries and recreational activities completed easy.

Great community. Particularly for those who work at Ft Belvoir you cannot beat the community. Genuinely has decent amenities with the stores and gym. The people here are quite respectful and reserved. I would love to renew but the rent increase isn't looking likely unfortunately.

It's been great living here, great management team and staff. They are quite to respond to requests. I'm happy with the decision to move here and package delivery is easy never a problem. I also like the limited amenities.

Good I have only been here one week.The apartment was clean and the staff was very welcoming an quick ro answers any questions I have. So far it has been quiet and I have not had any issues with noise. All appliances have worked as well.

Been living here since 2019. I like the fact that the bldg. Is safe and secure. It's also amazing that the maintainance people are very friendly and get things done as quick as possible. My favorite place is the Gym and Play room.

Very nice, well-kept community. The staff are courteous and professional, there are plenty of amenities available (fitness center, outdoor courtyard, etc), and the residents are nice. The secure access to the building helps with peace of mind.

I enjoy the community and the cleanliness of the building. The amenities are very well done and help add to the overall experience of living. My only complaint is the noise that is generated from the nearby highway.

Got a few problems with the move in, but gladly the staff was able to solve it. It did took longer than expected, we have to call for an hour to communicate with the office and then wait a few day to have a final answer. But overall it was solve

Been in these apartments for the past 3 years. They are nice and like them just wish they had a patio and the walls wasn't so then. I like the fact there is a garage attached but I wished you didn't go in and out the same way.

Belvoir Square is a clean, modern, and secure housing community in a prime location for commuting in the VA and DC area. The facilities afford several amenities, including an up to date and spacious fitness center. The staff is responsive and professional.

This is a great place to live. Love it here?? the locations, staff, neighbors as well as the pets. It's always nice and clean. There are social events for meet and greet for neighbors that live on the property. I recommend you give them a try.

All staff are great. Building is loud due to cheap material used in building. I can hear my upstairs neighbor snoring through ceiling. Walls are the same way. It sounds like the trash disposal truck is inside apartment as well as the helicoptors.

It's a really clean place to live, price isn't too bad considered terrible apartments near are more expensive which is weird. It's located right off the interstate. The biggest downfall is there's no pool.

Our experience with this community has been amazing positive experience. The staff is super friendly, answers to any concerns and questions immediately and show genuine care. The facilities are immaculate, the Gym is open 24/7, great Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby, very cozy, clean and modern community living room with fireplace, tv's and comfortable seating. Nice business center and a mail room that no one has had any issues with

Beautiful amenities, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. The apartments are spacious, the walk in closets are nice and the bathrooms are very spacious. Lots of parking available and neighbors are courteous.

A great place to live -- close to most things -- office staff is wonderful -- so is the maintenance staff. We enjoy living here -- the walls are a bit thin (compared to our last apartment) -- so you can hear noise between apartments.

This is an amazing community. Pet, family and single person friendly. The location is primo. The building and amenities are top tier. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. A wonderful place to live.

Overall the property is kept clean and neat. Many efforts are made to form a "community" among the tenants by management with events and apps. Maintenance is responsive to issues called in. Lately, downstairs property management is more pleasant. I rarely have interactions or issues that require the staff's attention and action. Proximity and location are a plus. All appliances and temperature controls work consistently well. Utilities are much cheaper with energy-saving appliances.

Strong belief both the Management and Maintenance personnel are doing their best. As potential new clients review the property, the Leasing Consultants adjust their marketing script to meet and exceed the potential new clients' apartment needs. After the lease is signed, the McKinney Properties customer service standard remains vigilant and patience.

Units are clean, spacious and quiet with same level parking garage feature. Large kitchen, and large windows to allow lots of natural sunlight in units. Washer and dryer in unit and tons of closet space with huge linen closet feature.

I love the environment, everyone is courteous and clean. Tenants are so respectful, it's quiet and full of peace as well as pet friendly. The maintenance response is quick and the security is awesome! I love my place.

Location is perfect for us. Right outside of Fort Belvoir, close to all kinds of shopping, and retail shops on the first floor. Pet friendly and amazing staff. We love the 24/7 access to a workout room, in addition to a game room, business center, lounge area, and secure package delivery. Good sized apartments make it a great value for your money.

Great community and very convenient commute to the military base. Maintenance is fast, bills are always correct, stuff works (like a/c), place is clean. Could do w/ some pressure washing on the courtyard in summer seasons and the sound proofing isn't great but the staff does a good job of keeping it quiet. Prices are reasonable and again, for military personnel working at or near Ft. Belvoir it's incredibly convenient
