Belvoir Squares Apartments gives you the living style experience of an upscale corporate establishment with highly professional, knowledgeable, and accessible office staff and maintenance crew. Very secure building with active and noticeable roving security guard team. Very friendly atmosphere that promotes social events for tenants to participate and show appreciation for tenants. Apartment complex is ideal for military tenants who must have workout rooms, secure parking for vehicles, and close proximity to military base and interstate exchanges to get other federal buildings for work. Military appreciation incentive to encourage military to trust the quality of these apartments is a great way to give back to those who honorably serve their country. The constant upgrades of common areas and facilities inside and outside instill pride in those who occupy units.

Very clean & quiet community. 10/10 apartment experience. Leasing office is very professional and timely when interacting with. Indoor covered parking is heavenly for snowy/scalding days. No issues since move-in; would highly recommend.

This is a new, modern complex with great staff and amenities. I was previously in an older complex, and things have sure changed. I have only dealt with one staff member and she was extremely helpful with the documents, move in, and all the questions I have had. I could not ask for more.

Management wasn't so great. I couldn't find my package the lady said if wasn't in the package room she's sorry. My brother car was towed, I never received an email about towing starting back. I never received the money back. Manage said if I had told them before getting the car from the tow yard that they "could have helped"

There are only 2 thumbs down. 1. Rent is pricey. 2. No swimming pool. The Security aspect is phenomenal along with a diverse group of people that makes it a great place to live. A quiet, respectful community where you can leave a package at a door and not fear some thief is going to take it. (That alone has made it hard to move) A great work out area (2 rooms) and outside area, available 24/7. The most important blocks for me have been checked. It's actually like walking into a different world from the Lawlessness that abounds in the streets. The office staff is very professional, all of them. Masks are optional in common areas. Closed in garage, so you don't have to clean snow off your cars in the winter. This community is a civilized society, where people can live together in harmony and mutual respect because people understand and know how to follow the rules of the building, or boundaries in place.

Moved into an inside corner apartment overlooking the courtyard. Quite spacious one bedroom. New facility with a very nice fitness center. All amenities are located within the property. Facility requires issued fob to access building, elevators and parking garage. Building tenants appear quiet so far. Imagine courtyard will become focal point come warmer weather. Conveniently located close to Fort Belvoir, I-95, shopping, restaurants and more.

Security is number one. You drive into the parking garage and park on the floor where you live. You can only get into the building or use the elevators with a special key fob given only to residents.

Clearly, 2020 was a challenging year, however, Belvoir Square provided a dedicated time for move-in elevator use. A big plus during that time. Further, a great deal of emphasis on assuring the public areas was regularly cleaned and sanitized. Overall the complex is clean, quiet, and secure. As 2021 transitions back toward more activities the apartment complex have provided opportunities for community events.

Belvoir square is a wonderful community. I really enjoy my one bedroom apartment. The location is convenient for my commute to work, and for getting to the interstate. The staff does a great job of keeping us informed.

This is a great community with ample parking, strategically located for military and dependents and a great maintenance team. Also, love that it is several exits to enter the highways. That is a big plus. If I have one annoyance, it is a little noisy due to close proximity to highway, upstairs neighbors are constantly walking throughout the night and can be heard, and some tenants drive extremely fast in the parking area. Normal issues but overall a 9+ rating easily.

I've enjoyed my time here so far. It's very convenient and I would definitely recommend others to come here . I've really had no complaints that are bad besides the trash compactor being next fort to me and really loud outside in the morning.

The building has nice community amenities. I like the granite countertops. I like that the island in the kitchen is movable, this allows me to decorate this space however I like. The office staff are very helpful and all my neighbors have been so nice

The apartments are very nice. They provide exelan services. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. The gym is super convenient and well equipped. All the people from the manager office are very kind, professional and solve the problems quickly.

Office staff doesn't answer phones when called. Maintenance doesn't really seem like they want to fix things when asked; I have limited great experience the only good part is the amenities in the building. Parking is tough, towing doesn't happen often, and it's hard to get people when you need them.
