I've been here going on eight years. I love it here. The leasing staff, and maintenance is always helpful and kind. The apartment is very spacious and I love the area. It's quiet, clean, and safe. Transportation is right at the front door quick and easy to get to Lorton VRE station.

Overall, my wife and I love the area. Being military is great because you are right by the gates. Lots of things to do in the area around. Neighbors for the most part are nice and quiet. Sometimes noisy if someone is above you. Others besides you can have dogs and walls will ensure you do not hear them. It is great and I would recommend to live here.

I have really enjoyed staying at Belvoir Square. It is a great place to live and is very quiet. I look forward to coming home after a long day. I always feel safe and having a secure, covered parking garage is super convenient too!

Like I said in the previous "comments sections", Belvoir Square is far too expensive for what they offer. Elevators rarely work, Stairwells are somewhat accessible, packages get stolen, pet waste everywhere in community areas, vehicles getting broken into, vehicles getting stolen, vehicles getting towed, etc. If Belvoir Square wasn't a matter of convenience I would have moved out after my first lease.

Front Office and Maintenance staff are great. Whenever there's any problem or you need a repair you just let them know and it is fixed literally before you know it. Security is onsite every evening throughout the week and they are always extremely well.

The best community for pets! it is very quiet and clean! everyone is friendly and the staff are amazing! they know everyone and they go above & beyond to greet & make conversation with residents. they know who residents are by name which shows they genuinely are connected with their residents.

Belvoir Square offers great amenities including covered residential parking, overnight security, an on-site business center, a fitness center, a complex game room, and secure package lockers for small to mid-size lockers. Maintenance is quick to answer requests and is very communicative with solutions.

A good solid starting apartment for young professionals. Night time can be sketchy due to the surrounding area, however, the apartments are good living spaces. There are many places around here with more amenities but the value for price before rent increases is okay for the area.

Belvoir Square is a very nice community that is well maintained. The common areas are always clean and inviting. The staff are always helpful and attentive. One of my favorite features is the covered and secured garage area. Also, having a gym on site saves time some days. Everyone here has always been real nice.

The apartment building is quiet, well kept and clean. The maintenance staff is amazing with work orders. The office staff is equally amazing. Ashley and Dina, as well as the Assistant Manager are fantastic. Very helpful and caring. You will not regret moving here!

Good, however, I can't get a straight answer when I inquired the drastic increase in my rent regarding my lease-to-lease agreement when I've never been late or missed a payment and I have no formal complaints against me since I've resided here.

I'm new to the community so I haven't experienced anything. The leasing office staff are great! All the amenities are perfect down to the kid play room great for my daughter! I love the garage parking I wish it was closer to my apartment it's kind of a far walk but i've been making it work

Staff are friendly. Most units or atleast mine is dated. It's just a personal preference but the wood used are of dark colors making the apartment appear smaller than it is. I'm just filling up the box to reach minimum characters.

The building is very secure. I feel safe in the parking garage as well as my apartment. The location is convenient to I 95 and easily accessible to other VA and DC shopping and attractions The building amenities like the gym is great

Clean, safe and secure residential complex with good exercise room and community rooms. Staff is pleasant and straight forward to work with when needed. We have attended one of the free chik-fil-a events offered and enjoyed discussion with other renters there.

These apartments are modern, clean and very welcoming. The staff are great and responsive to questions and needs. The units are spacious and clean. There is so much storage. And it's pet friendly. It's a great location and has plenty of amenities for professionals living in the D.C. area.

Though we have generally enjoyed our nearly 5 years at this apartment complex, ongoing disregard for safety recommendations made by tenants and the resulting recent events have changed our opinion drastically. Over the years we have communicated the need for locks on the storage rooms to the office staff multiple times, and all requests were ignored. It took our storage unit (and 3 others) to be broken into and robbed for the staff to finally install door locks and furnish keys to the tenants renting storage units in the respective storage rooms. We knew the lack of locks was a security concern all along, and feel the management's neglect for storage unit security resulted in the robbery event even being possible in the first place. This resulted in thousands of dollars of personal property loss, and ongoing concerns for community safety. Not to mention that the garage door has been broken for countless months at a time, with it always stuck open... allowing anyone to drive into the garage, and steal or vandalize vehicles - yes, these things have happened here... In addition, the close proximity to a homeless shelter and frequent building trespass/break-in events, makes security a major concern. The staff needs to prioritize perimeter security, to include installing more security cameras, doors that properly shut and lock, and employing a real security company to patrol the grounds. I would go as far as saying there need to be security cameras in the public hallways on each floor as well. Thus far, the efforts made by the staff have simply not been enough...

cars and bike are stolen from garage

I can't wait for my lease to be up. In the last 9 months so much crime has happened. Cars and bike were stolen from garage. Building doors have been broken into to get access inside. Storage units are broken into and items are stolen. Just recently thieves came and stole wheels from an SUV and the car sat there for almost a week on cement blocks. The other day someone stole a motorcycle by dragging it through the elevator... if you dont care about living somewhere safe then this 5 star living experience is for you
