Very helpful staff, polite and always respectful. Only minor issues, but should be able to resolve as community becomes awhere of these many issues. cleaning of halls, cleaning of garage area near entries, as a lot of unknown junk tracked into the bui,ding.

Building is kept very clean and staff is very helpful and courteous. Apartments are quite nice and the parking garage is spacious. If anything needs improvement it would be to hire more staff. Seems like there's only a handful of employees to run the place.

Very quiet, good location, great maintenance when needed, clean building and grounds, helpful staff, etc. I enjoy the apartment size, attached parking garage, amenities. The added benefit of additional storefronts added on the first floor.

Good service, good quality appartments with excellent durable flooring, and convenient access to US1 Fairfax County Parkway. Staff on site are helpful, and while rent is relatively pricy it's in line with what you get. Trash pickups are frequent and you can drop off yourself if need be. Soundproofing is okay.

Convenient to base for work, good comprehensive gym equipment. Poor staff communication and responsiveness to emails. You take your life in your hands in the parking garage because people speed like maniacs and there are no speed bumps or safety mechanisms in place. Maintenance staff very timely and friendly.

When they advertise luxury, the word is used perfectly to describe these apartments. Very well built and well kept luxury living. Perfect location for folks working at Fort Belvoir. Very professional staff and maintenance staff.

Initially, my experience was GM great. The property has slowly gone downhill. The building is definitely not in the shape it should be for being a fairly new construction when compared to older properties in the area. Rental prices are higher than those I have recently toured in Arlington, Crystal City, Alexandria, and Woodbridge. The other locations are located in close proximity to public transportation, stores, restaurants, and night life. Additionally, they offer more amenities than this location. I do not recommend renting from this property.

Great living experience thus far, staff is friendly, professional and responsive. Maintenance is also responsive if any issues inside the apartment. Location is convenient for accessing Fort Belvoir, Springfield and Alexandria.

The community is very quiet but I have noisy neighbors above my apt. It's more vibrations and the acoustics from stomping or running practically all day. I would like to see some type of letter sent out to residents about how to properly respect each other's peace and quiet while most folks are home on telework or for those who may be retired. Also if you exercise in your apt consider you may be disturbing someone below you due to noise and/or the acoustics from your exercise so limit it to a few hours a day and not after quiet hours.

The move in process was a little rocky, however nothing that set us back a ton or changed our view of the apartment. The building is very quiet and everyone here is extremely friendly. The apartments are very nice with updated appliances.

Friendly management staff, very helpful and mindful of their military clientele and the services we need. They have a modern systems based practice that enables busy career individuals to simply apply for maintenance work orders online. Same stream lined process for communicating concerns or paying rent. Very convenient when working odd and often unpredictable hours during COVID crisis for the US government or military.

My experience at Belvoir Square was amazing before new management took over. I understand that the pandemic hit, therefore putting a halt to all community events, however, the leasing office does not give the same attention, work ethic etc. Also, there isn't an areas for kids to play safely?only concrete in the courtyard. The dogs have a grassy play area outside & they have both an indoor & outdoor gym (complete waste of space). There's also a fire pit taking up space that doesn't actually work, just there for "looks". On the plus side, maintenance is amazing & always super sweet, attentive & efficient. Neighbors are really friendly & inviting. Courtyard is a nice area for adults to hang out, cookout & meet!

Sophia, Jose, and the maintenance team were attentive and prompt from the beginning to the end of the move in process. I previously cleaned residential/commercial spaces for a living and in the last 20 years this was the CLEANEST apartment in to which I have moved. The attention to detail (under appliances, high/hard to reach spaces, floors) was greatly appreciated as it is both inviting and saves me many hours (average 40hrs) that I would normally do once moved into an apartment. Also that in touring the facilities that all areas were clean, free of clutter/ tenant personal belongings, secured, and in working order. There were no signs/smells of animal waste, drug use, or disorderly tenant behaviors/unaccompanied minors. Moving in general with the addition of relocating to a more expensive cost of living area can be stressful, thus I am VERY grateful for the presentation and service at Belvoir Square.

the location is great for my work. the design of the building is also above par. there is a lack of kitchen cabinets. full-size balconies would be appreciated. there is a lack of understanding regarding apartment personal security. there is no need to keep the interior hallways so cold. the buzz-in system is outdated and ought to at least include opening the front door. the package retrieval area is too small for the need. there is a general lack of communication from the office staff. i had to ask for simple things like a mailbox key and access to the buzz-in system. such simple necessities ought not be overlooked. even with all of these things in mind, this is a very nice place to live. perhaps i have too high of standards.

Overall, the staff has been helpful and responsive. The apartment complex is clean and very secure. The valet trash service is helpful and the amenities are nice. The location is convenient. The only problem I have had is with getting internet.

Rent is high. Neighbors are rude. There is additional charges for everything (parking, trash, etc.) Office hours are not open long enough to get packages. The mail rooms doesn't always have your delivery. Gym was closed for 4 months but still paid full rent .

it inspires tranquility...the staff is very professional and kind. Very clean and safe, dog friendly and residents are very responsible. Walking outside is great and also has a great workout room for everyone to enjoy and relax.
