I don't know or care about the schools, as my children are grown. But, there is not a lot of entertainment nearby; no fault of BS. Close to the base - EXCELLENT. There is a walking park nearby, which is convenient also. The apt. has three separate workout areas, so that is a key element of living here.

The Belvoir Square is an exceptional facility with a desired location for working on Fort Belvoir. Extremely clean and well maintained. I could not have chosen a place to live. Thanks to staff here who eased my concerns and made my transition simple and pleasant. Well done!

Great place to live, great amenities and a wonderful and professional management staff. Easy to get around and the area has great stores, everything you want is nearby. I highly recommend Belvoir Square.

The leasing agents are great. Both Max and Erika have a genuine concern for the residents satisfaction, they have seamlessly assisted me and far exceeded my expectations. The management team is also resident focused. The floor level parking garage keeps me only steps away from my vehicle while keeping it protected from the elements. The apartment itself is satisfactory. Bottom line- good people, good amenities, a great place to live!

Excellent property. Excellent staff. Apartments are well maintained. Amenities are fantastic. Move in process was easy. Application process was easy. The property is close to local freeways giving easy access to D.C.

I am extremely grateful to leasing agent Max V. for being so courteous and kind. He was very detailed in explaining the rental agreement and amenities of living in this beautiful community. Belvoir Square apartments are completely luxurious, and based on what it offered, I felt absolutely safe within the community. Max even took the time to show me how to play "shuffle board", he made my rental experience a stress-free life event! I believe that Max is a great example of the Greystar vision "Beyond Expectation". Thank you Max for being outstanding. M.W
