You cannot go wrong with The Element at Ghent!!! The staff knows your name and makes you feel like family! The apartments are clean and safe. There are always resident events organized by the staff and they are so well done and fun! I have lived here for almost four years and will feel like I'm leaving my family when I finally have to move.

After living here more than 3 1/2 years, I've only had a few minor maintenance requests. My first larger issue has come up: my air-conditioning stopped working. That didn't matter much because the maintenance guy Johnny arrived in 35 minutes on a Saturday evening and had the problem resolved 45 minutes after that. That's gotta be a record or something. The whole team is amazing. Oh, and I really enjoyed meeting other residents at the wine and dips gathering last night, too!

Element at Ghent is a great place to stay,staff are very friendly and they treat everyone with respect.The maintenance guy is Awesome,I can put a work order in and it's get done that same day ,excellent service .The Events are always fun and Janice and Harley serve the best beverages .The building is always clean and smells good too .I would definitely recommend Element at Ghent to anyone looking for a home away from home

A great community to live in with awesome, friendly, caring management/staff. Love it's a pet friendly community as I'm a new fur mommy. Centrally located in the Ghent area with plenty to do within walking distance.

My experience living here for a year.

I had the best experience living here! I had never met such a kind apartment staff who treated all of their tenants like family. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the property managers made this apartment feel like a home away from home. The amenities here were beautiful and well-maintained. My favorites were the pool and the gym. Any maintenance issues I had were quickly taken care of, usually within the same day (if during the week). I loved the social events hosted by the apartment, such as the annual summer pool party, Friendsgiving, and Halloween and Christmas parties! Overall, I greatly enjoyed living here for a year and did not want to move! If I end up back in this area in the future, I would choose to live here again!!

The community is pretty quiet and everyone is so kind and welcoming. The maintenance guy is the best, he's always on time and gets the job done no matter what the problem is. I appreciate how friendly he is and he's also a great communicator.

Been here for two years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Norfolk. The Element at Ghent is such a great living experience. Centralized location, so many great places to dine, socialize, and shop.

I have only been here for about two weeks, but I have really enjoyed the apartment so far. Now that is is warming up and I am starting to get more settled in, I am excited to use more of the amenities, and I am excited to get to experience the community events!

Terrific place to call home.

Exceptional property to call home. It's incredibly walkable to all the trendy places and the it's always spotless. Had to make a move to a different state, and I only wish I could find a place as wonderful as Element at Ghent. Kudos to Harley for making my transitions both in and out seamless thus not adding to the stressors of any move. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to live. The Element at Ghent staff is amazing. They take really good care of our community. Johnny the maintenance man takes great care of all maintenance related issues very quickly. If he can't fix it in the first round he makes sure to fix you up with something while he fixes the issue. I had an issue with my AC and he put wall units in until the parts needed to replace the other arrived. The staff here always goes an extra mile to take care of the community.

Fantastic Apartment

As our first home, my wife and I could not have been any more satisfied. The staff were great, and the very few issues that came to be were taken care of on the same, or next day. I could not recommend this apartment more, and appreciate all the help that the staff provided.
