My experience living in my apartment community has been a great one. I enjoy the natural view of nature and the outside of the complex is very well maintained. I have always had immediate response from the maintenance staff when needed. The office staff is very helpful and I admire their professionalism.

I don't like it at all. I will not recommend the back side of the unit. They don't clean it, it looks like abandonned and they care only about reminder to pay rent? no light in the parking lot to access the back side.

Over priced, dated apartments but decent staff. Cheap maintenance fixes that don't last. Plumbing issues took over a month to fix. AC broke 3 times in a week. Everything is patched together.. No good.

I really have enjoyed living at this community. I am speaking primarily of the time with the previous owner, but the location and quiet community make my daily life very satisfying. I felt the announcement of the purchase was quite sudden, but I suppose that is necessary in such a business. I am pleased that my rent offer was reasonable and not raised a lot with a new owner. I like the landscaping, have always had a good experience with maintenance.

the apartments are outdated. management seems to do nothing about the massive amount of dog poop around the area. Little to no security and parking is terrible me and my sig other were only provided with one parking sticker.

Perfect location, small complex. People mind their business. Maintained well. Pool is open year round. Love love that. I hope they don't change that rule with new ownership. Overall it's a nice place to live, I like it.

It's very safe and peaceful environment. Just that appliances are old enough and not updated. They should renovate toilet and kitchen cabinets and appliances. Other than that, it's quiet and beautiful place to live.

Awful

They have a bad pest problem from roaches and b fleas they need to treat their grass, they say that they have a breed restriction and you can’t have pit bulls or stafford Terriers but a handful of neighbors have them just walking out in the open so I’m confused shouldn’t they be off the property?? this is the worse place to move to for a first apartment experience things break so easily in the apartments it’s ridiculous

Just wrapped up signing a lease for this place, had a bit of troubles at first but they were resolved professionally and expeditiously. Sha’Diamond and Brooklyn who work at the leasing office went above and beyond to get me set up right. Abbington Hills is lucky to have them on their team!

Don’t move here

Worst place to stay. They do not care about their tenants. The apartments are old. A/C goes out every summer and leaks. 24 hour maintenance… JOKE! there is none unless you act like a fool and show them that your pissed. I will not be renewing my lease. Plus they raise your rent $150-250 every year and blame it on the market value. So many better places to live at than this dump!

Our heat is broken; this is the fifth time this winter. Maintenance has also "fixed" our washing machine multiple times. There have been three explosions in the last nine months, including one last week. I have no idea where the explosions are coming from. You can hear the neighbors through the walls, even though the neighbors aren't that loud. We can hear a baby crying all of the time. There is trash on the grass and parking lot. Despite all of this, they are raising our rent by $225/month. When our current lease is up, they will be charging $1475 per month for this two bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment that does not consistently have heat. The air conditioning is not great either; the upstairs is extremely hot during the summer.

Everyone is very nice and haven’t had any problems with any neighbors. The leasing staff and maintenance team are very professional, especially maintenance. They respond super quick and usually have any issues I had resolved in a matter of minutes. Pool is almost a nice in ground pool open year round as well!

Except for my current problem, things have been OK. For the last 5 weeks, after they moved smokers into the 2 adjacent apartments to me (into my non-smoking building), I've been smelling cigarette smoke smell throughout my apartment. I've complained about this three times, and each time they come over and spray into the a/c ducting. This helps for about a day or so, then it comes back. It's in my bathroom, my living room, my kitchen. I now have burning eyes, a steady cough, and the smell is detestable to me. I don't recommend living here if you are a non-smoker. It's killing me.

Abbington Hills is an excellent community. I love the homes and they are in great condition. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I love how knowledgeable the maintenance staff is. This community has great resident portal where you can text, email, call, and put in work orders. When you do put in any work orders the maintenance team come out to your home in a timely manner and respects your schedule. Ashley and Zaire in the office are amazing. They both are great at their jobs and you can tell they truly love what they do and have all residents best interest in mind. The office staff even does resident events once a month and are amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I don’t know why you guys choose to have Melissa & Justin leave that was a big mistake because the new lady in there now is very rude ,unprofessional and make you feel like your bothering her when you call in for something. We used to go in and work out while Melissa and Justin was there and it was a comfortable place to work out but when she’s in there she makes you feel like you’re bothering her or you’re making too much noise being in there please bring Melissa & Justin back ????

Justin and Melissa are fantastic. They really went above and beyond for me. I loved the community, the units, everything was clean, felt safe, and the community seemed friendly and diverse. Unfortunately the timing of the available units they have didn't work with my time frame, and I did really really want to move into this community. But because of factors out of my control, I just couldn't make it work. However, Justin and Melissa really did bend over backwards to help me out. And even when it didn't work out, they were INCREDIBLY helpful when it came to me looking into sister properties under their company. Really good people, solid people, not just trying to get you to sign a lease to get you in, but to find you a place to actually call home. Would HIGHLY recommend you give them a look, clean, affordable, cute community. And the proximity to SO many things to do, see, eat, etc. makes it worth it as well.

NOTE: I'm not usually one to write reviews for anything so where do I start?! I just moved in June 9th and I could NOT have asked for a better place. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is SO friendly and accommodating. Any issue? BAM. Fixed within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is amazing and really on top of things. AND THIS MAY SOUND A LITTLE CLICHE, but literally everyone I've passed waves in my direction. I was looking for a place to settle down for a few years as I just graduated and I definitely can see myself living here for a while. Abbington Hills is my home!
