I’ve had a generally positive experience living here. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are kept clean and inviting. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, and the staff has been courteous and professional whenever I’ve interacted with them. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes commuting and errands much easier. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Parking can sometimes be limited during peak hours, and noise levels may vary depending on neighbors. However, overall, the atmosphere is comfortable and feels safe, which is important to me.

THE ONLY PROBLEMS THIS WINTER ARE THAT THE HAVAC SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK WELL WHEN THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES ARE LOW. ALSO, INDIVIDUALS WITH DOGS SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THEIR THING IN FRONT OF ENTRANCES AND PATIOS EVEN IF THEY PICK UP AFTER THEM.

I’ve had more disturbances at this location than anywhere else I’ve ever lived. Management has changed over time. Some have been more involved and aware of the issues going on with the property than others.

My car was stolen twice from the parking lot. There is no parking unless you have a junk car filled with trash. It feels unsafe here. The inside of the base apartments haven't been updated since 1985. There is mold and water damage.

My experience living in this apartment complex has been very good so far. From the beginning, I have felt comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. One area that truly stands out is the maintenance team. I really want to vouch for them because they are always willing to help whenever an issue comes up. Every time I have submitted a request, the response has been quick and professional. The problems get fixed fast and on time, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable.

Nice place to live! Management team Is great they listen to any concerns you might have and rectify any problems quickly. They are always pleasent to the tenants. Maintenance staff is awesome! They respond quickly to work orders placed and they are knowledgeable, they fix the problem right the first time ! Community is clean and I feel very safe . It’s convenient to shopping centers.

Lived here a few years, at first it really wasn't so bad but new neighbors moved in and it's been terrible since. Management doesn't do much about noise complaints, maintenance is nice but don't always fix an issue, just band-aid it to break later.

Avana Stoney ridge is a great place to live, they have a great maintenance team in place and the environment so neat and peaceful. There’s always a sense of security. Management are warm and always welcoming and they do have a listening ear.

My experience has been great. I always see workers out cleaning and the dumpster area is always clean. The community puts on events throughout the year to keep the community engaged. Maintenance request turn around is within 24 hours

Stoney Ridge Apartments has been a great place to live as a single person. My apartment is great. Love the washer and dryer in the unit. Never has any problems with any of the utilities or appliances, I always see employees maintaining the grounds and buildings during the day. Never see trash laying about the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Always someone on call for emergency situations that might come up. Plenty of lighting at night for safety. I don't use it but there is a bus stop out from front the complex. Several shopping centers near by for anything you might need. There is many community events and the pool available. Nice neighborhood.

Everything is great they have a pool playground for the kids dog park for the pets and they even have a spot to clean your car out it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants bowling alley and a new bar just opened up

staff has been responsive of maintenance trquest. They have answered all concerns. Outside common areas are kept clean daily. Love the valet trash option but you still have access to bigger dumpster if needed.

I like the location. Neighbors are a bit noisy, the construction in the back is noisy, the cabinets are old/original and give off an odor. Also trying to justify the rent increase when compared to other places who offer more for about the same price.

Very responsive to issues that arise. Maintenance staff are excellent. Community is relatively quiet. Not many amenities but the pool is nice. The price of living here is lower than others in the area, but the apartments could use upgrading. Great place to live overall.

The carpets needs to be change the management team is ridicules the are so rude I contacted them to solve the issue with the carpet smell the cut the phone on my face and call them back and asked why you cut the phone on me when I am so nice to you and she was acting weird and stupid

Prime location within Woodbridge. Close to major shopping centers yet it is quite enough. Maintenance crew is excellent and will solve most issues very quickly. Rent is not too high when compared to other places. That being said, I wish there were more amenities, like a gym and car wash area.

Great place to live. Quiet, safe, neighbors are friendly and maintenance responds to and fixes any problems quickly. The leasing office is friendly and helpful. There is a playground for the kids, next to the pool. You can barbecue at the pool.

I just moved in 11/15 and so far I’m impressed!! I love the modern updates and finishes; any issues/maintenance I’ve had gets addressed and fixed the same day! So far I’m loving it overall, great location and would definitely recommend.
