When I moved in the oven wasn't working and didn't work for a week. They deducted nothing off my rent to make up for this. The apartment also had the worse bug problem I have ever seen, and never heard of! It was like a horror movie. Nests of bugs were bursting from a place a couldn't see from under the sink. Within minutes of these nests bursting I would have hundreds of bugs at a time, within seconds, scattering in my kitchen. This happened twice! The first time the management office acted like they didn't believe me, but the second time a maintenance man actually witnessed it and radioed it in. Even he was taken back by it. There were lots of spiders.... big, hairy ones. The kind that bite, and I had a baby I could not let crawl on the floor because of this. I could also hear scattering in the walls near my front door at night.... sick, and creepy. Management told me it was because I lived on the side of the apartment complex near the woods. I told them I have lived near the woods before and never experienced anything like this before. When I asked if I could be switched to another apartment they said I would have to pay for all these fees and they couldn't waive them despite all the issues with apartment. Then the first time I was late two weeks on rent they evicted me even though I had the money the third week and had NEVER been late before. Given all the issues with the apartment I was living in I wish they would of had more grace.

I have been at this community for about four years and I really like it here. this is the first time I've had to call to get anything fixed. The request was taken care in a timely manner. I would tell my friends about this place and tell them it is a nice place to live.

Nice and very welcoming. But they need to pay attention to detail before they say the apartments is ready to move in. Some appliances are way too old missing pieces.Would have been better if you had a 24h gym like most apartments do and a dog park. .

It's not a bad place,not too much to complain about! We moved in in the month of October 2016 and have enjoyed little problems here and there but nothing major. Wish there was an exercise room/spa but that's not available. Great place for someone who needs a reliable apartment.

The staff is really nice. The neighbors are to needy, complain about everything! The prices are good. The apartments are a little outdated but still very cozy. I would recommend this to a friend if needing a cheap nice apartment to live in! Dog park is a very nice addition!

This is my second time living in this complex.A total of 6 years. I love this place also the staff in the rental office. Pleasant experience. No problem. Good location, this is home. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an appointment to live. Very pleased.

Since they continue to allow people to have dogs and don't require them to keep tight control on them, it has become extremely noisy, dog bark most the time, it seems like one dog starts and another picks it up and then continue throughout the area. It was pretty peaceful, now you don't know if you are going to run into someone with a pitbull dog on the stairs or not. Makes you wonder where the priority is, just rent to whomever and don't worry about safety.

I think stoney ridge apts is a great place to live, the maintenance does a great job but the most of all is the staff does a great job very knowledgeable and experience at what they do, and the only reason i left is the rent increase was to much for me other than that i would stay

The community and property managers is great and the property manager is very professional. Unfortunate, I have to move out of state, to be closer to my current job. I enjoyed my stay in Stoney Ridge and the community as a whole.

Overall a great affordable place to live. My unit was fully renovated and it is extremely spacious yet affordable. The updated cabinets and carpet really make a difference for everyday living and entertainment .The staff is very friendly but not as on top of things as I'd like .. I would definitely recommend to a friend .

Really like the neighborhood and the staff is very friendly. I like the quick access to shopping centers and the highway. The apartment was spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking for tenants. No one is loud and disturbing in the neighborhood. It is pet friendly and not expensive for pets.

Great place to live, it is a well kept apartment complex. Nice pool for the family. Office staff is efficient and friendly. Service requests are completed promptly. You have the choice of reserving your own parking spot, which is great when you come home late at night. Perfect place to call home!

Several issues should be address that is concerning the safety of the people in the community. To include noise, several people living in a two bedroom apartment, breakings, people knocking doors asking for money, non-residents using swimming pool, etc.

So far the experience has been good. The maintenance crew gets to the tickets fast and the leasing office personnel are nice. They do care about their residents. The apartments need some upgrading. People need to not speed through the complex.

Very quiet and clean. You would think the apartments would be expensive but are very affordable. I would recommend this community to anyone thats looking for a nice place to live without breaking the wallet. I hope they keep up the good work.

Please stay away if you're looking for a place that's clean and won't affect the quality of life of your family. The units are not updated, there's only one maintence worker and the office staff besides Debra, are worthless!

Overall, I would not recommend this property. The rent is a little high, there is often noise and strange smells. The other residents are not respectful and do not clean after themselves. The staff is not professional, complaints about treatment of residents.

I currently reside at stoney ridge. The management is wonderful. I have never felt unwelcomed by them, they've never given me attitude, no many how many questions I ask they answer them and honestly at that. I live on the second floor with my boyfriend. We're both in our early 20's, having said that I'm pretty sure we're the loud ones in our building. We have never gotten a noise complaint, everyone here has been understanding and nice. The matinence team is WONDERFUL. I heard horror stories about apartment matinence. This team, however, comes the day after you put in a request. And they really do take care of everything. Also, they're respectful. They've never done anything we didn't want and if we needed to reschedule they were always flexible. For my money & piece of mind, this place is pretty awesome. Very under rated I see.

I lived at Stoney Ridge for a few years. When I first moved in - my AC broke and they did their best to accommodate my situation until it was fixed. As the years went by and change of employees in the front office (yes that's how long I lived there) it has gotten worse. My neighbors went from great to horrible in just a matter of 2 or 3 years. The maintenance crew are fine - but the neighbors are not all that great. All I will say is...research who lives in your neighborhood. Watch your kids. Lets just say the environment and people have increasingly become "seedy" over the last few years.I never had roaches until nasty neighbors moved in above and next door to me. If anyone has a loud dog...oh best believe you will here it. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING. The place is over 20 years old so floors are really bad, and walls are very very thin. I had neighbors who let their bath tub over flow several times..(so the front office tells me) I may have had mold. Who knows. The prices may be good but the quality is very poor. Glad I am leaving.

When I first moved in my wife and I scratched our heads regarding the condition of the cabinets, toilets and such. But we did have new carpets. One toilet didn't flush and the other had a turd floating in it. But I can say, the office staff is great. Maintenance took care of all the issues, we took care of the turd. The grounds appear clean and well lit. No hoodlums loitering in the parking area. Seems enough parking where we are at. Then I did a lot of research today regarding all the properties within 12 miles. OMG they were all horrible. So besides the fact the floor is made of cardboard and I'm waiting for the upstairs neighbor to fall through the ceiling into my living room, I believe this is the best place the area has to offer at this price. My OVERALL was 4 stars based on reviews from various complexes in the area.

I moved in a month ago and love the apartment block and The office staff are so awesome and responsive. I also have great neighbors and no noise. The maintenance team is great and prompt to work on issues. I'd highly recommend the community. It's close to the shopping centre, banks, I95, the Potomac Mill mall and I see there's a PRTC bus that runs to the block too. I feel safe and stress free.
