Management changes have caused inconsistency. I value things that are done for safety such as proper lighting, cleaning leaves and pine needles from the sidewalk and parking lot. I don't like paying extra for valet trash service!! It isn't worth it for this community. New maintenance workers seem more knowledgeable than before. I wish the walls were not so thin, smells and noises come through to your apartment. If you are looking for affordable without bells and whistles this is your place otherwise if you can afford something nicer I would go there.

The staff are very friendly i wll recommend this community to a friend or family .one thing i love about this community that the pets are very welcome ,the community is very clean ,they have a lot of parking .i love this place keep it up .you guys are doing a wonderful job.

Here a couple of weeks and so far so good. Definitely safe and neighbors are courteous. Clean environment and park. Love the staff. I live near dumpster and was worried but it is cleaned out a few times a week and never out of control. Packages are left at my door all and I have the option to have it left at the leasing office as well. Very happy, this far.

We just moved in about two weeks ago. Stoney Ridge is a great place to live. It is in a great location, just minutes away from several grocery stores and restaurants. Shamea is very friendly and helps solve doubts. So far I have no complaints

Has been great so far, staff is great they always answer any questions i have, the apartment needs a couple things fixed but otherwise was clean and a perfect space for my kids and I. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was great...with professionals. Easy Online application and payment. The community was clean and your valet trash is second to known. On overall, you guys are doing a great job. I will love to up great to a 3 bedroom in future.

Easy and fast paperwork process and access to an online account that is very helpful. Keeps track of payments and community activities! Very clean when first arriving and great location. Also provides a pool and playground for the community.

Community is a nice quiet place to live with access to stores and outside activities. Units are very spacious. There is an insect issue (roaches), however, if you keep your house clean, you can keep the bugs at bay. My unit needs upgrades, but the new upgrades that are underway should be state of the art.

Worst experience ever, rent is too high but at the same time your not getting what you expect. Old units and old kitchens. Air conditioning system doesn't work properly high electricity bills. Smoking in apartment, noise,

Very professional staff and very friendly. Deborah is great at the leasing office. I would like some of the interior to be updated. For example cabinets and counters. But overall I'm quite happy. Good job!

I love the fact that they allow our dog. That was the main reason we chose this complex. Moving in went pretty smooth, although the appliances could have been cleaned/updated. My building seems to be very quiet, which is a huge plus.

They are very respectable. And staff is on point whwn it comes to things going on in the complex. When something is broken they come the next day or immediately. They arw always polite whene come to the office. And i thank them for that.

Overall experience is good especially the cleanliness of the surroundings is best when you compare it with the other apartments that I look into before moving in. So far everything is been nice and clean. Hopefully the bills are low here as we have to pay all the bills compare to other apartments where they pay some.

I just moved a week ago and i like it so far but my only concern is the unit is not updated. At least the basic need to be addressed ( stove, fridge and faucets in the bathroom) beside that i am ok. The complex is quite.

So far great. Excellence staff and good communication skills . Certainly a nice destination to live if you are looking for a nice and peaceful apartment to live with your family. I highly recomend them.

I love staying here at Stoney Ridge. The community is clean, safe and quiet. The staff here are very organized, courteous and immediately responds to all our queries. Our unit was very clean upon moving in, and clearly well maintained.

My Husband & I love our apartment community is clean and safe. Move in was easy. Apartment was in excellent condition. Office staff was professional ,no complaints at all. Also after doing a google search of sex offenders , it felt great to know none lives in Stoney Ridge or anywhere near for the matter.

I have live here for over 5 years, staff is courteous, community is ok, even with all the changes in the company, they can improve with a better or a new pool, and it would be nice if they would add a kiddie pool.

I just have 4 months living at this community, but I really like, good apartments, good service, the staff is very helpful and kind, when you need them, they always make your day, my family and me are very happy

I initially was very content living in this complex, but there have been a few incidents that have occurred over the last 2 years that have changed my perception of the neighborhood and the management of the complex. I had to call the police due to a man exposing himself on the property. I also had the misfortune of having my rental care towed and office would not give me a temporary parking sticker. I ended up having to park far from my apt bldg in a visitors spot and walk to my apt in the dark.

This apartment complex was fine when I first moved in, but management has changed. Their priority is on money now instead of the residents. There isn't enough parking and rent continuously increases.

Terrible Experience! Do not move here! The staff is rude, they hate being wrong when they often are, and they have no sense of urgency to fix issues. The apartments look old fashion for how much the cost. The floors squeak so loud on all 3 levels. The walls are thin. Its in a convenient location.
